Could have been better. Im new to the area. I called to place a pick up order. I specifically asked if the calzone has ricotta cheese in it. I was told yes. Perfect, I ordered a two topping calzone. The order was ready when I arrived. Customer Service was friendly. My calzone didnt have any ricotta inside of it. They also only give a small shallow container of sauce. I'm not sure who's Italian Sub - 12'' sandwich I received, but this has many items I dont eat. My order was provolone, lettuce, olives, and mayo, this is fully loaded, onion, tomatoes,seasonings, vinegar, and oil. I also odered lasagna and Tiramisu I haven't tried yet. I'm not encouraged. this is my first time ordering here. I don't know if the sandwich would have been good if it didn't have all the strong flavor stuff. This was my first time stopping in to eat here but I've passed it several times. My husband had a taste for a Philly cheesesteak and we were waiting for our soon to finish up track practice and decided to stop in. I'm not a big fan of restaurants within gas stations, only a couple of them I really like. But we decided to give it try. There were a couple of people waiting to pick up their orders and just us to dine in, so it wasn't busy. I ordered the chicken philly, hubby had the Philly cheesesteak and our youngest had a personal pizza. We got there in time for their lunch special, which the 6' subs come with fries, side salad or chips and drink for $8. The personal pizza (Up to any 2 toppings) just comes with the drink for $8. I opted for the side salad which came before my sub and it was the basic salad but it was good. The personal pizza was huge for one person, I was thinking a mini pizza but it was a nice size. Home with COVID and stupidly was disinfecting my phone while starting an order from 3 Olives, waiting for my better half to let me know what she wanted. Somehow managed to submit a completely random order as my phone screen was wet. I immediately called Grubhub to cancel the order. They were beyond useless, told me there's nothing they could do, and their only suggestion was to accept the order as is -- two orders of breadsticks and an order of wings for $56. Since this isn't what we had in mind for family dinner, I called 3 Olives directly. They were super friendly and let me know they could edit the order there. Super patient and friendly despite busy dinner rush. Giving them 5 stars for customer service alone. Like the Chicago Bears, Grubhub still sucks, however. #gopackgo 9/11: Update- instead of reaching out to do the right thing, it appears GrubHub has blocked my access, so all restaurants on Yelp! Except for direct order calling, now says "Delivery is not available for this address." Strangely, my better half still can order delivery without issue. Pretty shitty, GrubHub. read more

I have to say, the pizza was pretty good! I do wish the crust was a little crisper. I like some crunch on my think crust pizzas. I decided to give this place a try because I wanted to try someplace local other than dominos or papa John's. Definitely a tasty pizza! The pizza was loaded (as you can see) and they didn't skimp on the ingredients. The sauce had some nice flavor and the little sprinkle of parmesan on top was perfect. The garlic knots had plenty of flavor and the marinara dipping sauce that came with it complimented them perfectly. Save yourself the trouble and don't buy a pie from here. It taste like cheap ingredients, for real, it really does. There's suppose to be garlic on here, there's not. So I have a two part review. One as a customer and one as a door dash driver. As a customer- food is on point. The wings are really good. I'm a fan of the garlic Parmesan. So good!!! The pizza is outstanding and I can also attest to the eggplant parmigiana. Staff is always assertive and always greets you. Restaurant is clean and bathrooms are as well. Food has always been exceptional Now as a door dash driver. I'm always immediately greeted when I walk in. I'm always treated with respect and they always work with a sense of purpose and urgency. (Trust me- this is NOT always how restaurants treat us dashers). I typically have to wait maybe 3-5 min max here- and they tell me immediately and it's always accurate or done sooner- BUT it's because everything is cooked fresh and when I get it, it's PIPING hot!!! Lots of customers seem to order wings (which are pretty amazing!!) , pizza, and their subs/hoagies. And again as a door dash driver that has to use bathrooms at the facilities I pick up from- this is one I prefer bc it's always CLEAN and so is the restaurant. Definitely give them your business. They seem like wonderful people that care about their product and service. I always want to order wings when I pick up orders bc the smell is HEAVENLY!!!! Legit makes my van smell amazing!!!
