I can never get a thoroughly cooked chicken sandwich. when I bite into the chicken sandwich it's always hard and gummy to bite.

Once again at the Wendy's establishment for a quick pick me up during the work day. Found the restaurant to have ample parking even during their peak lunch hour. Service was polite and prompt. While eating my free 10 piece chicken nuggets and 1 dollar large soda under the golden yellow lights surrounded by other people not so different than me, I found myself questioning the existence of other fast food restaurants. As I stated I wasn't feeling well since last Friday and the foodie in me wasn't able to eat anything that's straight up terror for foodies. So i decided to go visit Wendy and she introduced me to there 2 for 6 special. I ordered the Dave's cheeseburger and the spicy chicken sandwich. I'm not a fan of fast food so thank God my mom helped me try each of them. The Dave's cheeseburger is pretty tasty and the spicy chicken sandwich is spicy but the need to cut back on the mayo and one tomato how about 2. Again I will definately return to visit Wendy when I'm in the mood for a deal. You can't beat 2 sandwiches that are almost $5.00 each both for $6.00. Oh almost forgot I ordered small fries. They were tasty I've always like Wendy's fries. So when your in the Bloomfield area go visit Wendy her doors open to everyone. read more

Normally Wendy's is pretty good, so guess it's this location. The wait was forever, I order a #6 and add cheese (spicy chicken), I paid for but didn't get the cheese. I also ordered large, drink was coke, but at last minute in drive through they said all sodas were flat all day so I had to pick lemonade or tea. This place is under a mile from where I live, but periodically I boycott for months at a time. I can't tell you the number of messed up orders I have gotten. Usually with a dose of either " whatever" or "who cares?". The most recent travesty was with a "single with mustard and pickle". I open the item (I have learned to do that before leaving the premises) and low and behold there is no mustard. "We don't put mustard on burgers anymore" Is this really a new corporate policy? I doubt it. I know that it all starts with management. The Burger King across the street is always fast, correct, and friendly. They draw from the same labor pool and yet remarkably the Wendy's always has the surly and inept service. The newly re-decorated store suffers the same affliction as many fast food places now - the double drive thru order lane with only a single pay/pick up lane. That is a lot of money invested gone horribly wrong. Didn't anybody do some time studies before they launch these things? The new format is definitely slower than the old format. read more

I came here to get a late night meal and the staff were extremely rude, they lied about what they had in stock and was not being accommodating to the cars order AT ALL. As I was ordering through the drive through the staff were laughing and told us to wait, it took 20 minutes to get the food and they messed it up. To be perfectly honest I hate that this is the location closest to my home. I don't think I've ever really dreaded going to a Wendy's more than I do when I have no other option but to go here. The service is terrrible, so to remedy that you'd think that mobile ordering would take care of that but if you don't check the bag before you leave you'll be sorely surprised to see that most of the order if not just the sauces are missing. Specifically tonight how my "Large Fry" had less than half of what a large fry should have in it and taste like they've been sitting for a while. Alright. So! I came here with my parents because they wanted something to snack on after seeing a movie. The lines here are terrible,both inside and drive through while having a 7 person crew. Ridiculous, but the problem I truly have is there's a guy that works here, tonight working the drive through, that cant seem to dress like he is hired for a company. Pants sagging off his butt. Absurd as hell. So the same guy walked past me with his pants sagging and holding them up in the back (gross), ran outside to give someone their food, came back in from touching the door handle and his butt, grabbed more food without washing his hands and did it again. Wtf. I really need something to be done about this. The more think about this, the more pissed off I get but glad he didn't touch my food. read more

This particular Wendys has really bad customer service!! Almost all the cashiers and even some of the managers are really rude and patronizing. They're clearly frustrated with their minimum wage jobs and it shows. Not once was I even given an apology for the long wait time, or for them screwing up my order twice!! It's a shame how some people who are wrong cannot accept responsibility, but manage to show really bad manners instead. The store might look better with the new design. However the attitudes of the workers and the management and the poor customer service do NOT make this a place I would recommend at all! You'd be better off driving across the street to Burger King, at least they have better customer service and workers who are actually nice to their customers. read more

Pleasant experience every visit. Correct order, polite manners, etc... Easy five-star Wendy's compared to other locations.

Waited 15 minutes for a drive thru order. Did they forget they were a FASTfood restaurant. When I got the food the fries were soggy and the chicken sandwich room temperature. They even messed up the drink order. read more
