So I am never one to leave a review because I work in retail and I think it's ridiculous but here I go. EVERY SINGLE time I come here there is a bald gentlemen that is anything BUT friendly. Literally looks so annoyed anytime someone comes up to the counter. Rolls his eyes. Never says thank you or have a good day. I did not catch his name but seems like he might be the manager. Dude should not be working in this line of business. Or should not be helping customers. DEFINITELY should not be a manager. Thought I'd give this Wendy's another shot. It looks like they've turned towards the positive. Two people behind the counter, which I believe one was the manager. Very quick service, considering two people are running both the front counter and the drive-through. Bathrooms were very clean, and well-stocked with supplies. Somebody actually put some attention into it. Also it looks like the dining area was remodeled. Prices have gone up a bit (due to the economy). I will bump this up two more stars due to their improvement. read more

Ordered a biggie bag and did not receive the fries. When I called I got a snotty, scarcastic response. I then asked for their name and the male voice on the other end would not give me their name. I then asked to speak to the manager and he stated he was the manager but would not give me their name. I just wanted what I paid for and did not appreciate the bad attitude and scarcastic response. Every time I come here it's a different issue. They forget some thing, mess up something, or this time added something to my order I never even asked for. but it's my fault because I didn't check the bag until I left. Wendy's makes the worst coffee ever. I mean, it's really bad. The breakfast is okay but I don't think it will last. They tried it back in the day and it didn't turn out so well. They didn't learn. Wendy's should figure out how to do coffee right. Maybe McDonald's or Dunkin' can give them advice. I've attached a pic of the coffee exactly how it was served to me. Don't usually like to leave reviews , but this is a fair warning to anyone coming here. I asked for a nacho burger and when I got the sandwich it was a plain double stack. Went up to the counter to show them that I got the wrong order and when I brought the sandwich back they wrapped it up again and were planning to give it to an unlucky someone that order a plain double stack. That is beyond unsanitary and too much cross contamination and it's obviously food handling 101. Don't come here unless you plan to get sick. Priceshave gone up too much to not be guaranteed that there's proper food handling being implemented. read more

Waited 13 min in line on a lunch break. Told the cashier who took the order through drive thru no mayo 5 times. Received food, burger had mayo. Tossed the burger and went to Taco Bell where they actually listen to your order. Never go hear if you need your food modified in anyway. read more

Line took forever but it was dinner rush so I get it. We also had a huge order for four people so I understand why it took so long. It looked like they were severely understaffed. But props to the workers for working hard. Food was all correct it was hot and fresh. The only issue was the wait in the drive through. Fine place I'll come back occasionally. read more

I am only giving one star because I can't give no stars. Order was incorrect, staff was argued when we questioned the order, and food was cold. Paid for poor service and food. Very disappointing with overall service. Will not be going back anytime soon. read more

Stopped in for lunch. Got the Berry Burst chicken salad. It's really good. It has chicken, blueberries, strawberries, feta cheese with a raspberry vinaigrette dressing. read more

This sucks they charged me $15 for fries. Also did you notice that the mascot for Wendy's has red hair.

I was here late about 10:50pm and they took my order with a great smile and had chippy attitude I didn't know hey closed at 11pm on a Saturday but I felt bad after I said my order but they were real cool and the manager came and made sure not to put tomatoes on our yummy home style chicken and my dbl cheese burger w/bacon was just delicious. If you love cold food, you'll love this place! Can't tell ya the last time I've received a hot meal from this Wendy's. It's disgusting.

It is what it is, a fast food place. I asked for no onion and no tomato and got both. Fries were cold. large coke was 3/4 full of ice.

Chocolate Fest weekend, so you'd think they'd have the A team working. Waited about 5 mins at the speaker. Waited 10 more minutes in the drive through. They made one car pull forward, they took the money from the person in front of us, came back after a couple minutes, handed them their bag and then took the bag back. They still hadn't got the first car their food, so when they took the bag back from the person in front of me, who order only a simple burger and fries, I left. read more
