Okay... If not for my son given the decision to choose lunch, I would not have had Wendy's for lunch. My son wanted to get a Biggie $8 meal, so we went to Wendy's, and sure enough the child did not even order the Biggie meal but opted for chicken strips. Too late we were there so I ordered. To be frank the fries were delicious and the service was polite and friendly, if not for these components this would be a one star at best. My first beverage selection was way too sweet so I poured it out and tried a second. Same situation. That got dumped and I made a third hoping for a different outcome. Not sure what the issue was, but all three were way too sweet. Calibration issue and dispensing too much syrup? I ended up drinking water. The beef patties on my double were old, wrinkled and dry, plus instead of no catchup I swear there was extra catchup on the burger. Not a pleasant lunch. If not for the service or French fries this would be a one star at best. read more

Seems like every time I order drive through, I find missing items. I don't know how it's difficult to read what needs to be put in the bag, and then put those items in the bag. There were 3 workers sitting at an open rear door, clearly not working and not assisting in figuring out how to get an order right. Much better luck at McD's across the street. read more

this is the worst fast food place I've ever been to. The fries always taste as if the employees served them bare handed after going to the bathroom, the nuggets are constantly burnt, and they take absolutely forever to take your order and sometimes don't take it at all. I waited for ten minutes at the drive thru today without them ever taking my order, then I gave up and drove past the window and saw them all huddled together having a conversation. laziest employees of all time, and I'm assuming even lazier management. read more

I've been there twice to pick up for Grubhub I waited both times about 10 minutes ( I had a great tip )they did acknowledge me or put the food out, they were to busy talking and hanging outside,( I was getting orders I had to pass on because of their slow service so I had to finally had to walk out and forfeit my money) I called Grubhub and told them please don't offer me any more delivery from that location don't go there get McDonald's across the street it's quicker and less rude ( I would give it zero stars if I could) read more

I love Wendy's, but this location is terrible. The diningroom is rarely open and it just took 34 minutes to go through the drive-thru. The quality is all over the place; sometimes it will be great, but mostly not so much. Typing my order into a computer would be a warmer experience than talking to the person I usually get on the other end of that speaker. I have many other complaints, but it's fast food, so... Used preorder and still had to go through the drive thru to get my order because the inside was still locked. Took just as much time to get the food if i just showef up. Breakfast was terrible egg sandwich on a english muffin wasn't even toasted. Breakfast baconater tasted off. Tasteless sausage and some kind of sauce that tasted spoiled to me. Went through the drive-through to order a cheeseburger half their menu was blacked out with the light off so you couldn't read it so I was asking questions about getting a double cheeseburger and a female voice spoke over the female that was taking my order and stated read the effing menu this was last Monday night November 18. In a world where the performance of a fast food operation is expected to be bad most times, the Camillus Wendy's location is it's own special kind of failure. The dining room, on the rare days that it's even open is usually dirty, tables dirty, trash overflowing, floor greasy. If you slip into the drive through you can count on 30 minutes minimum of your day gone. Of course it's 50/50 that what you get in the bag is what your ordered and paid for. Hard to go back to have them fix It with the dining room closed and the line to the window 30 more minutes away. And speaking of the drive through, last two times I tried were disasters. One day I was told they are only taking mobile orders. One time I waited to get to the speaker to order after other cars were served, only to be told tersely "We're closed" at 6:30 in the evening, after waiting..yep..you got it..30 mins in the line. The staff is surly and uninterested, and the management is ...well IS there any? The best thing corporate could do for this location would be to close it, fire everyone that works there, deep clean the place, re-hire and re-train staff. Wanna see how BAD fast food can be? Why is the line always so long at 8pm at night?! You are losing business. I have gone to Mc Ds across the street several times because the line is so long. Last time the line wasn't so bad so I decided to get Wendy's. It still took a while even tho there was only 1 car in front of me. And the employees were rude. The place was empty. No one inside at all. Except the employees. Standing around. The place stunk and almost every table was dirty and needed cleaned. The floor was tacky from needing mopped I had to ask an employee to ring me up and she turned and left to get someone else. This lady was kind and nice and apparently new but did her best. However after taking my order, they lost 2 other customers that walked in and waited and no one would wait on them cause my burger was on the grill. Both left without ordering. I waited 10 minutes for my burger and potato and after it was put on a tray I went to get my drink. The drink machine was so nasty I wouldn't get water from it for my dog much less drink out of it because it was so disgusting. I went back and got a bottle of water. I then opened my burger wrapper to find the bun soaked in blood. I tore the top patty open and it was completely raw inside and bleeding all over the wrapper and tray. I completely lost my appetite and took it back up and asked for a refund. They actually asked if I wanted it recooked. I said no thank you just a refund. Also the meat smelled horrible. I'm guessing because the grill is probably dirtier than the drink machine and the tables and floors. I will not go back to this Wendy's again. Worst experience ever. read more

I think new owners and they now have horrible service. The dinning room is always locked so you have to go through the drive thru. The drive thru has long lines and they don't get the order out fast. We sat for 15min and only moved one car length so decided to leave. Saw people trying to get in dinning room and getting mad before leaving as well. We went to 5 Guys and saw those same people there. i used the Wendy's mobile app to place an order for breakfast around 8:15 AM, the store says the drive through opens at 6:30 AM. Upon arrival there were no signs or other indications that the drive through was closed, after waiting 7 minutes I called the store and was told they were not open and are not responsible for reimbursing me for the order I placed. All around just horrible communication and I felt like they did not care about my satisfaction with the transaction and did not know how to help me go about getting reimbursed. read more

I can't even eat at Wendy's anymore because I'm either faced with a 30 minute wait for "fast food" or I'm given a poorly made and most times incorrect order. I've worked in fast food its not that hard to cook food, stick it in a bag and throw it out a window. if I was the manager at this location id seriously consider firing most if not all employees and either hire people that can do the bare minimum or close to make way for a business that can provide at least something to its customers. I walked in and waited 10 minutes or more, and none of the three workers even acknowledged me. There was only one other person at the counter, waiting for his order. Very nice, modern location. There seems to be a bit of confusion regarding where the line to order starts. There is a sign hanging from ceiling that reads Start Here. The cashiers were fast and friendly. They take your order and ask for your name. They will call you when it's ready. There two seating areas. The one in front of the registers gets hit really bad with the sun. It was brutal, but the place was packed. They should do blinds or some kind of shades to roll down when sun is up. Overall it was a nice visit. It was clean and food was fresh. Good job! read more

So for a fast food restaurant the food I got was pretty superb. There were minor flaws. The fries were a tad soggy, however the creaminess of the frosty made up for it. My chicken nuggets tasted like real authentic white meat, but they only blessed me with one delicious bbq sauce which upset me. Overall I give this establishment a 4/5 Once you have accepted you're flaws no one can use them against you, Wendy's. read more

If this was an episode of undercover boss, Devaughn and his team working the closing shift on 3/30/20, just NAILED it. I'm pregnant, hungry and it's a pandemic outside- mobile ordered for pick up juuuust as it was closing. It was 9 pm and I told them if it was too late it was ok but Devaughn insisted it was not too late and he was not going to do us like that. The 16.50 spent on the order is nothing compared to the service, warmth, hospitality and professionalism we experienced tonight. JUST WOW. They all deserve promotions! If the CEO of Wendy's could have seen this, he probably would've made a corporate training video for the best employee example. I order two half salads and the worker on the speaker at the drive through was super friendly. When I moved up to the window to pay and get my food the lady at the window was miserable. She said not one word to me the whole time I was there which is very unusual for a fast food drive through window. When I recieved my food and credit card back I told her thank you and have a good day, she said nothing. She shouldn't be working there if she doesn't enjoy interacting with customers. read more
