Next up was their burger - I got their Beef on Weck Burger. I was worried about the saltiness of the bun, as I find Kimmelweck buns to be way too salty, but she assured me that they get these from a local bakery and they're perfect. So, I ordered it and was VERY HAPPY with it! The bun was insanely good... soft and so flavorful, while hardly salty at all, which was my preference. The roast beef on it was really good and tender. The burger meat was so very tasty and tender - WOW! The entire burger came together perfectly! I got it with a side of poutine fries and those fries were amazing!
