I stopped by this Wendy's for dinner this evening. Everything was just right. Parking was a breeze, lots of empty spaces. I ordered at the Kiosk - "to go." Sat at a comfy booth and waited for my number to be called. The place was clean and quiet. Didn't have to wait long for my order. I was happy to see the drink machine was the newer style with a touch screen. I was going to order a Diet Coke but since this machine had extra options, I got a Diet Cherry Coke. Yum. I leave you guys 5 stars in hopes that you'll read this review and consider it. This location has just been a train wreck since Covid. The food is just terrible...every single time. Tastes like you cook in the morning and slap it in the microwave when it's ordered. A couple of weeks ago we thought we'd give it once last chance and surprise, everything was really good. We thought wow, our Wendy's is back. It is October 3rd, 2:00....we just wasted our money once again on the worst food...again. The staff looked unkept, tired, and totally uninterested in food at all. Stopped here after a long day of driving, it was raining and just about 8 pm. Pulled through the drive through, we were asked to wait a minute, more like 5 mins before she finally took our order. Finally get to pull up to the window wait about a minute then was handed a drink with no straw, we proceeded to wait another 8 mins before our food was given to us. So yes slow is an understatement! I have been to many fast food places across the country and experienced some pretty poor service. This is probably the worst I ever experienced. The employees look like they just left a funeral morning the loss of their pets. Eventually after walking into the store a young employee (as typically found in fast food establishments) slowly approached the cash register as if he was hoping we would leave before we ordered our food. As you can imagine he was not really looking like he wanted to be there enthusiasm would not be a word found in his vocabulary. Oddly the entire crew appeared to be in the same state of mind. (I will say there was one person working the drive through area that at least knew how to smile and appeared to be engaged with her responsibilities. So we finally get our food ordered (3 of us) and proceeded to the drink station, walking across a very dirty and sticky floor. ( Yes you can feel your shoes sticking to the floor.) Obviously we knew we were eating fast food not a steak restaurant and fine wine so we humbly hunted our table amongst the dirty dining room table. (the floors were not just stick by the drink station) Of the 3 ordered sandwiches one was made as I would say to company standards (exclusive of the absent markings you would expect on a special order that differentiates the types of burgers ordered) The second burger was cold and the chicken sandwich was cold rubbery and tough. Probably something should have been thrown away 2 hours ago. I hope my freind does not get some type of reaction from the poor quality of this item given to us representing what should have been food. So I know you may be in town looking for something to feed your family between practice or tournament but my advise to you if you walk in to this poor excuse of a restaurant is to look for clean floors and happy employees if you don't find them Run hard and run fast! read more

I have lowered my customer service expectations lately, but the employees at this Wendy's are downright rude. We visited 2 days in a row while in the area for a baseball tournament because my son loved Wendy's. The first night we attempted to walk into the restaurant, not realizing it was drive through only and an employee that was sitting out side rudely told us they were closed. On a whim we tried the drive through, which was open (which the employee failed to mention). We ordered and initially only received half our order and had to go back to get the rest. The next night we arrived in the drive through at 5:56 (they close at 6, which is odd in and of itself in a busy area). At 5:59 no one had greeted us so I said we were ready to order and an employee came on and said sorry they close at 6. I told him it wasn't 6 yet and we had been waiting for several minutes at which time he rudely stated "oh look at that- the clock just turned 6". We went across the street to chick fila and enjoyed amazing customer service. If in the area, save yourself the trouble and visit another one of the many fast food restaurants in the area. read more

The staff In the morning is just awful and so incredibly rude, like we're is the integrity here? My sons lunch starts at 10:40 we decided that we would have a father son lunch today! He choose Wendy's out of every thing else. So we agreed on Wendy's, being that my sons lunch starts at 10:40 I arrived at the Wendy's at 10:15 (they open at 1030) I drove up and got In line to ensure that I would be first so I can make it to lunch on time with my son. Upon pulling up, someone gets on the intercom and says "Sir we won't be opening for another 30 mins". Mind you it's 10:15 at this point. To make sure that I wasn't missing anything, I asked. "You open at 10:30 correct?" 15 mins from now? Then the voice paused, and said yes... 2 mins later, the Manager I. A light blue shirt with to other staff members came out and told me to get out of the line?? Key word told me not asked. And said to get in line when they open, I asked if I was messing up a timer they had or if this was a safety hazard , he said NO. I explained I just wanted to make it to my sons school on time to have lunch with him.. the manager "told me I need to get out of the line I have no business being there and after I asked if it was truly a problem, he back tracked and stated NO and went in side... he was just NASTY rude and mean.. there was no empathy nor integrity here.. This area is a goood place and doesn't have room for people like this.. very disappointed..... then I order my food and Jessica comes over to me and makes eye contact while i am paying for my food and shakes her head in disgust!! The cashier was not friendly at all! I ordered a salad, which turned out to be a lot smaller than the salad that I normally get from my local Wendy's. I also asked for a baked potato, which they were out of (the cashier just walked away from the counter without any explanation...then returned to inform me that they were out of baked potatoes). Although small, the summer berry salad is actually quite good. Hopefully this location can improve upon their staffing and food preparation in order to properly serve customers. read more

I will give 5 stars... BUT... They do not have spicy nuggets. They were nice about it, because they are a new franchise they don't have them yet. Everyone was very nice and kind. So we get into town and it's 10:00pm (this restaurant is open until 12am) first off we sit at the drive through trying to get someone to take our order or even answer us for no less than 15 minutes with no luck. We then drive around to the second window to where 2 of the employees look at us and laugh and say "oh hey I thought my headset was broke" and giggles. She then asks us what we want to order. I order a number 6 large and a grilled chicken rap and a large chili. She informs me they have no chili (and giggles) again. I just go with what I already ordered and leave. We get back to the hotel and the grilled chicken wrap is literally inedible, and absolutely disgusting. The place was very dirty from what I could see through the drive up window and the employees that were making food were on their phones as well (germ factories) while working with the food. This Wendy's is absolutely horrible. I pull through the drive thru and they take my order right away. 20 minutes later I'm still in the drive thru waiting on my order. Don't get me wrong I would've driven away but I was boxed in. When I finally get up to the window the young lady working was very rude. She took my card right away and gave me my drink and everything. She then proceeds to close the window and go hide behind the corner because she can tell how upset I am. When I finally get my food she basically throws it out the window at me. Since I felt bad for the people in line behind me I didn't check my food.
