Mouthwatering, packed with flavor, and absolutely worth any wait. I honestly wish they'd open one in Raleigh because we'd be there every single week. They managed to remember my dipping cup but forgot my entire apple pie. Waved them down, got it and took off. Fast forward to getting home and I open my burger to find that my double is suddenly a single with jalapenos on it. I have never been to any food place that forgets and messes my order up more frequently than I have here. It's not a food problem, I love the food. It's a problem with the people working in it, which is more than likely because of whatever very specific way the franchise wants their workers to do things. If you go here, make sure you have everything you paid for. You will probably need to be vigilant here more so that any other place you've gone to combined.

The Buffalo wings were on par with the best versions of the classic style. They provide celery sticks with blue cheese or ranch dressing--I chose blue cheese--and it was a great accompaniment. The onion itself brings natural sweetness and mild sharpness (especially when hot), while the batter/coating is where the personality lives: savory, slightly salty, and well-seasoned. They have a great selection of craft beers and ciders and offer a full bar. Most of us had Olde Mecklenburg Brewery Copper, a local Charlotte beer. I had two bottles of Bold Rock Hard Apple Cider, which paired well with both the onion rings and the wings, along with a glass of Olde Mecklenburg Copper in between. Our waitress was attentive, fun, and efficient. She kept everything moving seamlessly, and all of our needs were met exceptionally. We all tipped her well. The food and drink here are quite a bargain--especially considering how iconic this restaurant is and how delicious their wings are. I believe it is important to bring this matter to your attention in order to improve the quality of service provided to your valued customers. On 6.13.24, I visited your Wendy's location on 4335 Park Rd Charlotte, NC 28209. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. After waiting for over 5 minutes, I approached one of your employees who was engrossed in their cellphone. It was evident that they were not focused on their duties and completely disregarded my presence. When I finally managed to capture their attention, I placed my order and requested that they enter it accurately into the system. To my dismay, the employee had a difficult time completing the order correctly. Despite providing clear instructions, they seemed confused and struggled to enter the information accurately. It was evident that they lacked the necessary skills and attentiveness to fulfill their responsibilities effectively. As a customer, I expect prompt and efficient service when dining at Wendy's. The delay in order taking and the subsequent incompetence in entering the correct order severely impacted my overall experience. It is disheartening to witness such a lack of professionalism and attention to detail from your employees. I strongly believe that it is crucial for your management team to address these issues promptly. It's not a huge meal, but it's perfect when you need a quick bite to take the edge off hunger. At around $4, I felt it was a fair value for the quality and convenience. My one small suggestion: I do miss the days of whole-leaf lettuce instead of shredded lettuce. wendy's is a bitch ass company. i was starving. i was dying of hunger. all i ordered was 24 chicken nuggets and like one drink. once i placed my order i was so happy. my mood was elated. i was on cloud 9. i was content. until i get the text. my order was cancelled because they couldn't take it at that time. the wendy's was open. they couldn't make 24 nuggets. 24 nuggets. my world was shattered. i felt the ground beneath collapse like that one mitski song. i'm so upset. 0/5 stars. me and wendy's have beef now. the ambiance was bad. read more
