Wendy's on Park Rd is the worst Wendy's I have ever been to in my life!! The food is always given to you cold or microwaved. The burgers are supposed to be cooked to order yet they aren't hot at all or either you can tell they stuck in in the microwave. I've been here about 10 times and I've gotten hot food once. Workers do not care what they are doing and I question if there's even a manager ever on duty this particular Wendy's needs to be shut down. Worst location ever. read more

Do not go to this Wendy's at night. They are extremely slow due to them only taking mobile orders, but they won't tell you that until after you wait in a 30 minute line just to get to the call box. At this point, you have to spend the next 5 minutes frantically trying to register for an account, tell them your birthday, and save your credit card to the app, just to order food... In a drive thru. Then when you make it to the indow, you gotta wait because you just put in your order 20 seconds before reading said window, because they could not be bothered to place a sign in the drive thru that said mobile orders only, or ya know, actually take orders in the call box. read more

OK Food, Slow Service When I have the craving for a Wendy's burger, this is one of two locations that I can tolerate. The food is usually good, I've learned to check before pulling off. As for slow service, I work nights, so I'm usually picking up something on my way to work. The remodel looks nice, but the new LED outdoor lighting flashes at a frequency that makes me sick to my stomach, and the drive through speaker is WAY too loud! I could see staff in the dining room (which was closed to guests) and watched about 8 cars drive up and wait for orders to be taken. Finally I pulled up to the window. This Wendy's was nothing but..... AWFULLLLL. I walk in, expecting to get some chicken nuggets and some fries and I was appaled when an employee pulled out a furry critter out of their bag. I was thinking, oh maybe it is a dog, or maybe it was a cat?? But.. no. It was a 25 pound rat. It had flies all over it and then when I thought it couldn't get any worse, she put the rat in the fryer with my nuggets to give it a warm bath. When I tasted the rat infested fries, I gagged. Then when she noticed that I wasn't liking the food she came over with her rat and began to stroke it and say that it wasn't her fault. Then the rat jumped on me because it was rabid, and then it bit me. It hurt so bad. Literally NEVER go to this wendy's or you will get rat food from this girl's rat. SO DON't come. Super rude cashier and nasty!! Went to this location just to grab a quick sandwich. The bathroom is super dirty! And when I went to order a JBC the cashier went to the girl making the sandwiches to help her and was putting bacon on the sandwich with her bare hands!! Totally unsanitary! I even called her out on it. The other girl said she would make me another one but still didn't trust the two since she even allowed the girl to put bacon on the sandwich she was making clearly without gloves. I pulled up to this location at 10:30 PM when they are supposed to be open until 3 am for drive thru. After waiting 20 minutes in the line the worker inside didn't even respond to take an order. When I drove by the window it was blocked off and I could see him just chillin inside the kitchen clearly not working. I really, really like Wendy's food. I truly am a fan. This location is literally less than five minutes from my office. Am I a regular here, where they know my face if not my name? No. Why? Because I can't get a simple order delivered correctly! Today, it was an Asiago Chicken Club sandwich (homestyle please, not spicy or grilled) and a value fries. They got the value fries correct. Suppose I should give credit where credit is due. The sandwich? Instead of Asiago Chicken Club, seems I have a standard Spicy chicken sandwich. No Asiago cheese, no bacon. :-( And I paid more than $6 for an incorrect order! Makes me sad as I was already having a bad morning. Why do I keep giving this location another chance???? Stopped by this location on Saturday afternoon to try the new Cod Fish sandwich and a wild berry lemonade. I didn't go in so this review will be solely based on my drive thru experience. Customer service was top notch!! I placed my order quickly, the guy confirmed my order and then thanked me for ordering! When I got to the window we had some small talk and it was all very pleasant! The sandwich was good, the fish was crispy and hot. I passed on the lettuce and tarter sauce...but it was still pretty tasty. The fries were not so good. They were warm...and just not very appetizing so I didn't get to finish them. But the mixed berry lemonade was cool and refreshing. The berry flavor was not too sweet and a good compliment with the lemonade. Overall, it was a quick and decent meal. It's just like any other Wendy's! read more
