Oh my God! This place is horrible! The line through the driveway goes all the way around the building if you go inside thinking it's going to be faster you'll be out of luck. The people behind the counter act as if they don't know what they're doing moving slow as heck giggling and laughing and just looking like lost squirrels. I left and went somewhere else. read more

Terrible! Must be the kids working... or not working cause line is usually wrapped around the store going 5 to 10 mins on each car. You finally get up to speaker just to sit for well over 5 minutes with no... give us a moment... or anything. Mind you i only have 30 min break from work and this was my break. I call out multiple times to see if anyone hears. No reply. I think the speaker is broken so I pull up to the window to see if I can order from there. Right after seeing the girl give an order to the customer Infront of me and with a bunch of cars behind, I get up to window telling them I wasn't sure if speaker worked so I just came to window to place order. She said they were closed and not serving anymore. So I've been sitting in line for almost 30 mins for no reason? Had to pull off before I ended up in jail. This is before COVID... I waited 45 minutes in the drive thru for a meal that was cold. While I waited, the girl at the window told me that the manager fired 5 people that day and she was quitting too. Said I'd never go back, then my kids begged me to go back so I did. Luckily, I tasted the fries out of their kids meal before I gave it to them because the fries tasted just like they were cooked in toilet bowl cleaner. This Wendy's is horrible. We live literally 2 mins away from this Wendy's but will drive 15 mins away to the one on Mt. Holly rd if we want Wendy's. There is nothing but a bunch of ghetto teens who care nothing about their jobs working for sneaker money here. Don't EVER eat there. read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS WENDY'S! The employees are REFUSING to answer the drive-thru speaker, window, AND they are refusiny service to anyone who comes in! I couldn't believe the audacity of this place; the least you could do is put a Closed sign on the door, rather than have a line going out of your parking lot having us look like idiots! There is a promotion going on right now, for $.50 shakes, so we travel a mile down the road, only to wait in line for 20 mins...and no order was placed. There were 2 cars ahead of me, no one placed an order, and about 5 cars behind me. We go in to make the order, and there are like 5 more ppl ahead of me, no one has their order taken and it didn't look like they were in a rush to take anyone's order. I've been twice since I moved nearby, both were a train wreck. This location does not pay attention to customer's orders, messes up customer's orders, and has very average customer service. The last visit the cashier, Kevin, needed to be pulled off the line asap after wrecking at least 6 orders in a row, not getting all the details, confusing the production line... everyone was being patient and cooperative with him, but nothing seemed to help. read more

If I could leave this Wendy's zero stars, I would. They line takes about 10x as long as it should, when we get to the window the staff is moving so slow, and the staff is rude and unanopolegetic. Food doesn't taste fresh half the time. read more

I'm giving two stars just because the food was good for a fast food. Service at the drive thru was horrible. No customer service, very nasty and not friendly. This is not my first time. The service alwyas bad. Employee lack Customer Service skills. Maybe that is why I did not get my receipt to be able to do there online survey.You need the receipt number to fill the survey on line. This place has the worst service of any Wendy's I've been too. Stood in line while a slack worker just ignored me and carried on a looooong conversation with customers in front. I walked out hoping to get better service in the drive through. It was even worse. Almost everything that could go wrong went wrong. I visited Wendy's on a cool night strictly for a cup of chili. Of course they have no chili. My friend orders a "value" fry. We get up to the first window and he charges me for a small fry. So they corrected that. Then we get to the second window and the guy ask me if I ordered a drink No sir. He ask me what I ordered and I tell him the value fry. So they gave me a large fry to make up for the lack of service. Overall, nothing awful. They just need to get it together. read more

After waiting for over 25 minutes in the drive thru line for one kids meal, I finally pulled out of line and went in to inquire what was taking so long. No explanations or apologies were given. I watched my pre-made salad sit out in queue for over 10-minutes. The facility looks busy, but that's because everyone comes in expecting convenience and fast food, but instead they are met with rude and terse service as well as exceedingly slow order completions. I pulled up to the drive-thru at 11:35 p.m. to place an order. There was a car already there placing an order before me. After they finished, I pulled up to the intercom waiting to order. After sitting there with no greeting for about 3 minutes, the employee (still no greeting) stated, "we're closed," while other employees were chuckling in the background. With confusion in my voice, I asked how, because they weren't suppose to close until 3:00 a.m. The employee stated they were short-staffed and the general manager, Alex Cox, informed them to close down early. All I have to say is that manger or whatever she is her name is tameka and she's was soo rude for no reason nasty attitude and need to be fired because what she did was so rude long story short me and my boyfriend went to this Wendy's last week and they had switched my sandwich with another car so I called they said they wrote my name down and apologized because they knew they messed up so I went up there today and first nobody was saying nothing at the intercom like we was just sitting there for a good min then when we said hello they said give them a min so okay mind u not busy at all only had us and 1 other car .. so she came asked for the order we ordering and she just stops taking the order like we can hear her cutting the headset on and off so then i told them I had a free order so she said pull up keep in mind this whole time she had an attitude so then she leans out the window like might as well got in the car with us and said " soo u said something about a free order" so I said yea no attitude nothing she asked what it was and I told her the whole situation so then I told her they said they wrote my name down she asked for my name then said there's no name like that mind u she never even looked and then was being so rude and was like sorry u don't have a receipt or don't remember the person u spoke to u can come back when's she's here but have a blessed day and closed the window and whole she was saying that I was trying to tell her it doesn't even matter anymore we wanna order but she just closed the window read more

Update: We visited this location again to (attempt to) satisfy a late night Frosty craving. It was midnight on Saturday night, again they advertise that they close at 3 am. Guess what? Frosty machine has been shut down already! Same employee as last time of course, we just pulled out of line this time and didn't feel like dealing with it. read more

Wendy's should have double drive thru lines like McDonalds and Cook Out. No matter what time of day I come, the line is always 10-15 minutes long and down to the Target parking lot. They are extremely slow. I've never had any problem with my order or the food being cold. read more

I walked into this restaurant with only one person In front of me that order. Took ten mins for me to place order while I just got glance at. there is sense of urgency. After ordering I waited another ten mins for my food to get bagged with no fries. 20 minutes later I'm standing in the line still waiting on fries. While food sat there bagged up. No communication between employees. I don't think I have ever seen a group that could move slower than a visit to DMV. read more
