I love Wendy's. The reason why I rate it a 1 star is not based on the food. It's based on this specific location and an employee that works at the drive thru. She is an African American who is on the headset and is the rudest person I have ever met. 1. She rushed me while I was ordering in a rude and unprofessional matter. 2. She answers questions very fast and with a nasty attitude. 3. When you pull up to the next window she has a very mad face and give customers dirty looks. 4. When she handles your payment and gives you your food she is very aggressive and unprofessional. I would never go back to this location because I dread seeing her again. She makes Wendy's look bad. I understand when someone misses ketchup, and napkins, or even sauce. But. When they forget your chicken nugget in a combo and don't give you the sauces you request, that is a problem. The lady that was giving me the food looks really distracted, I was dumb enough to not check before leaving. I blame myself as well, but especially at them for not doing the job correctly. read more

I tried calling them a couple of times (Had to come here to finally find their number) but they didn't seem to be too interested in answering their phone. Sorry Wendy's, that was your third strike. I was a bit nervous going here late night due to the low rating. I don't know if you've ever had Wendy's chicken nuggets that have been sitting too long, but they're really not a good time. That's pretty much what I was expecting. Surprisingly enough, my late night food was hot and fresh. Got a 4 piece chicken nugget. They were hot, delicious, and juicy. They forgot my bbq sauce I ordered, but I was a bit confusing. Also had the baconator, definitely the best of the fast food bacons. Bun was fresh, meat was hot. No complaints. Final piece to the order was chili cheese fries. Wendy's fries are pretty awful, they aren't crispy and are always under salted, but the addition of cheese and bacon definitely helped. I should just learn not to order fries from Wendy's in general. Over all good location. Couldn't have asked for more from a Wendy's. read more

Went through the drive thru. no response for 5 minutes on the intercom. we pull up to the window because we are confused, the lady tells us we have to go back around so we can order at the box not at the window. it's by belmont it's a busy street it's hard to even turn in there sometimes. she said sorry if you didn't hear me but i said one moment.. we never heard anything. we tell her that she doesn't care. if their intercom wasn't working i understand if that wasn't on her but she was very rude to us. usually never have a problem with this location. read more

I really don't think Wendy's is a place anyone should go to. I just think that they put too much meat in a burger and I don't like too much meat so I don't think a burger is a good idea for a meal. They use cow meat and I think too much of it so I don't like how they do that. Here they try to put so much food on one burger and they think that the more the merrier but maybe some people like me just agree that this is disgusting. As well as putting more meat or food on a burger it makes it more unhealthier and that is not a good thing for people to be gaining weight. The other day I tried the food and it tasted gooey in a bad way and all watery when I ordered fries. I don't think we should be having a fast food store to be selling fatty foods like these. Looks real nice because it's new but that's not going to last long here. Took 10 minutes to get a simple combo meal, and one lady was doing everything even though there were 3 other employees standing around. Both hi-tech soda machines were "out of carbonation". How do you not plan on ordering carbonation ahead of time for a fast food joint? A little lower quality than normal Wendy's but they got some management/employee issues. read more

Went through the drive thru and was told I couldn't order through the speaker and had to go inside. Upon walking inside I had to look for the employees because no one was in sight. I placed an order for spicy nuggets and was told they were out of bbq sauce. Completed the order and was told they were out of receipt paper. Got home and my nuggets were regular NOT spicy. Very low quality customer service. The cashier at the drive through window are very derespectful. The manager doesn't seem to care of how his staff treats the customer. Absolutely terrible. The drive through is a joke. I asked if I could do two orders in the drive through and the employee yelled at me. I said sorry back. Me the customer. I felt compelled to apologize. I ordered 3 different meals and with each meal I had to repeat what I said a few times back. I pull up and she pushes the drinks at me and does not give me a receipt. She asks me to pull up... no big deal. However when someone gives me the food we are missing two orders of fries, again not a big deal. I back up and ask for them and then the cashier accuses me of lying. She says "are you sure? this guy over her put that order together himself." I'm not one to complain but come on. Worst Wendy's EVER . Never answer the phone to speaK with a manager . Food is ALWAYS cold . I also order from DoorDash for Wendy's and that when it all started to crash on me and piss me off. Never napkins or a damn straw for your drink, no condiments like ketchup ( mind you this is a delivery service so they jack up prices like a MF ).
