Just like Evelyn I'm giving this place one star solely based on the drive-thru lady which I believe was the same rude lady. Shicilia( as the receipt said ) asked me would that complete my order about 4-6 times within the time of my order. (Mind you I only order 3 things!) I love Wendy's. The reason why I rate it a 1 star is not based on the food. It's based on this specific location and an employee that works at the drive thru. She is an African American who is on the headset and is the rudest person I have ever met. 1. She rushed me while I was ordering in a rude and unprofessional matter. 2. She answers questions very fast and with a nasty attitude. 3. When you pull up to the next window she has a very mad face and give customers dirty looks. 4. I ordered (through Grubhub) mainly for the baked potato and just added a burger and drink to flesh it out. All they sent was the burger and nothing else. I tried calling them a couple of times (Had to come here to finally find their number) but they didn't seem to be too interested in answering their phone. Sorry Wendy's, that was your third strike. I was a bit nervous going here late night due to the low rating. I don't know if you've ever had Wendy's chicken nuggets that have been sitting too long, but they're really not a good time. That's pretty much what I was expecting. Surprisingly enough, my late night food was hot and fresh. Got a 4 piece chicken nugget. They were hot, delicious, and juicy. They forgot my bbq sauce I ordered, but I was a bit confusing. Also had the baconator, definitely the best of the fast food bacons. Bun was fresh, meat was hot. No complaints. Final piece to the order was chili cheese fries. Wendy's fries are pretty awful, they aren't crispy and are always under salted, but the addition of cheese and bacon definitely helped. I should just learn not to order fries from Wendy's in general. Over all good location. Couldn't have asked for more from a Wendy's. read more

Went through the drive thru. no response for 5 minutes on the intercom. we pull up to the window because we are confused, the lady tells us we have to go back around so we can order at the box not at the window. it's by belmont it's a busy street it's hard to even turn in there sometimes. she said sorry if you didn't hear me but i said one moment.. we never heard anything. we tell her that she doesn't care. if their intercom wasn't working i understand if that wasn't on her but she was very rude to us. usually never have a problem with this location. read more

I really don't think Wendy's is a place anyone should go to. I just think that they put too much meat in a burger and I don't like too much meat so I don't think a burger is a good idea for a meal. They use cow meat and I think too much of it so I don't like how they do that. Here they try to put so much food on one burger and they think that the more the merrier but maybe some people like me just agree that this is disgusting. As well as putting more meat or food on a burger it makes it more unhealthier and that is not a good thing for people to be gaining weight. Went through the drive thru and was told I couldn't order through the speaker and had to go inside. Upon walking inside I had to look for the employees because no one was in sight. I placed an order for spicy nuggets and was told they were out of bbq sauce. Completed the order and was told they were out of receipt paper. Got home and my nuggets were regular NOT spicy. Very low quality customer service. The cashier at the drive through window are very derespectful. The manager doesn't seem to care of how his staff treats the customer. I don't recommend going to this Wendy's. I couldn't even get a refund! For that kind of service they can keep that fast food to themselves. Looks real nice because it's new but that's not going to last long here. Took 10 minutes to get a simple combo meal, and one lady was doing everything even though there were 3 other employees standing around. Both hi-tech soda machines were "out of carbonation". Absolutely terrible. The drive through is a joke. I asked if I could do two orders in the drive through and the employee yelled at me. I said sorry back. Me the customer. I felt compelled to apologize. I ordered 3 different meals and with each meal I had to repeat what I said a few times back. I pull up and she pushes the drinks at me and does not give me a receipt. She asks me to pull up... no big deal. However when someone gives me the food we are missing two orders of fries, again not a big deal. Food was pretty standard Wendy's fare. The place is remodeled nicely. The issue is that the garbage inside was overflowing a lot, the area with the soda machines, napkins, etc was a mess and some supplies were out. There also were several cleaning bottles left at a booth without being used or picked up. Time of visit was around 9 at night. This place needs help. read more

Very nice Wendy's with great staff. Food has generally been pretty good, especially compared to Wendy's on Addison/Western. The Coke Freestyle machines are nice and the interior is well designed. Certainly better than the Taco Bell / McDonald's / Burger King in the area. read more

I've never reviewed a fast food place before, because why bother, but I just had the nicest experience at this Wendy's. I went through the drive thru for a chicken sandwich and a blackberry lemonade. Every single person I encountered (3 different people- one cashier, one who handed me my drink, and another who gave me my sandwich) was SO polite, SMILED at me and told me to have a good day!
