I received an email from the Wendy's club thing advertising this breakfast biscuit deal. Get this.... the Sausage or Bacon, Egg and Cheese Biscuit sandwich which is usually about $3.75 is on sale for just $1.00 each! That's quite a deal! So, I was online and looked and sure enough, just a buck each. Damn, I better get a bunch and I can save them in the freezer even. I never had one of these things before and figured they'd be on the smaller side, but NO ..... I got them and they are bigger than I thought and heavy too! There's a ton of egg and meat in these, way more than a Micky D egg muffin thingy. I think there's an actual whole egg in each one of these, all hanging out over the sides of the biscuit! The sausage patty extends out too! I thought this might be an online deal, but I checked the order kiosk screen and they're a buck there too, but on the menu behind the counter, it's regular $3.79 or so. After eating one, there's no way I could eat two of these things, supposed to be 540 calories! But damn they taste good! Get to Wendy's and get in on this deal before it goes away! read more

The only reason they call it a hamburger is it's round it has meat in it, maybe I ordered the wrong thing, but it was terrible. After eating, I should've returned it for a refund. Have you ever tried Wendy's??! If not, and you like kick ass burgers, get your butt over there! During Halloween they had adult happy meals which of course I had to have because the prize inside was so cute! I had never been to Wendy's and was pleasantly surprised by the awesome, super stacked burger that came in the adult happy meal. I was expecting a typical shloppy little shmear of a burger like the ones at Micky D's but nope! The Wendy's burger may in fact be one of the best fast food, drive through burgers I've ever eaten. I didn't get anything special, I just ordered the regular burger that came with the meal and found the patty to be thick and juicy, everything was super duper fresh, there was lots of fresh crunchy, lettuce, fresh tomatoes, and very crunchy fresh onions. Do you sense a theme here? FUH-RESHHHHH! The burger was definitely larger than a kids meal burger which, I guess it should've been because it wasn't a kids meal however it definitely exceeded my expectations. The fries were delicious and you guessed it , super fresh! Lol. The meal came with a milkshake, which was tasty as well as a handful of coupons for free milk shakes on future visits. Honestly, I would have never tried the Wendy's meal, however, I saw somebody on TikTok talking about it and thought I'd give it a try. Can't say I'm the biggest fan of Wendy's. It's a decent fast-food chain. There burgers are so-so. Often, I find them to be overloaded with condiments. I do, however, like a Wendy's frosty whenever I'm in the mood. Always chocolate for me. Fries and chicken nuggets are also pretty addicting. What else? Oh, they have salads, and they aren't bad. I also like getting a large soda here when I feel like it - big container = happiness. The inside is large and often empty, making me feel more comfortable if I choose to sit down and eat. It's also very quiet, allowing for good conversation if you come with someone. Prices are reasonable too. If you haven't tried Wendy's, why not do it already? read more

I can only give 1 start when it should be a minus, I am out of town and I have visited this location 3 times because of the bake potato's, but all 3 experiences are disappointing, staff does not communicate correctly on what they have. I order items but at window when items are missing and already payed for that's when they tell you they are out of an item, you know how disappointing it's is for kids not to get their items when others do. When I asked where my potatoes are they say they are out when I just ask minutes before if they had items and they say yes. Looks and feels like a standard Wendy's. Place was a little busy while I was there but my service. Staff is a bit inexperienced, shows in their speed and need for supervisor support. They are, however, friendly. The food was standard for Wendy's. A great value in their 4 for $4. Its fast food, if not comfort food. The atmosphere is good though. The place is more quiet than it is not. There are power outlets for laptops and phone chargers. Bottom line, it's a food place for a snack or soda break while you recharge. I sincerely regret using my money to pay for such horrible service at this establishment. Because I work in customer service, I can usually empathize with employees due to horrible customers, hard labor, and most importantly- feeling unappreciated. Tonight at the Wendy's in Chico, CA I received the utmost disrespect from a fast food establishment. The female who was on the headset taking the drive thru orders was BEYOND rude. And for what? After each item I ordered (beginning with my first item) she would respond with "What else?" "Is that it" and added a snarky sound after each time. I had my daughter in the car with me who has Autism Spectrum Disorder and it is difficult to hear her, but I always answered her. She needs some training and coaching on how to speak with customers and provide customer service. She retracted her attitude when I said, "Really?" Because I was so shocked at how she was speaking to me. I called and spoke to the manager on SHIFT and she refused to give me the name of the female. She said it was "against company policy". Used the app for a mobile order. Showed up and they never received my order on their computer system but they still charged me for the food. Instead of just taking a new order then and there they wanted me to pull around and use the app again? Why? Came back thru again just so I didn't leave hungry. They said I would have to call my bank to get refunded for the other order. Tried asking for a refund then and they got very dramatic, expressing fear of their manager and how they all have families to feed. After driving from Auburn, We pulled into this Wendy's looking forward to a bathroom (I was with my 3 grand kids) and some burgers and French fries. We were told the bathrooms were closed to the public by the Health Dept. The employee suggested we might find open public restrooms at the near by pizza place. Of course, It was over 100 degrees outside. As we started across the parking lot, we noticed a Panda Express and found their bathrooms were open to the patrons. We observed that Wendy's had zero customers, the Panda had a line out the door. We enjoyed our lunch and bathroom break as I noted on my Panda Express post. read more

Yesterday I ordered Dave's double cheeseburger. Paid with a $20. Cupped my hands together as the guy put bills and change into my hands. Thankfully I snagged the bills with my thumb but the change spilled onto the ground. Upset I started to leave without my meal. At the exit I whipped around onto Pillsbury and into the parking lot, parked,walked up to the window. The young lady smiled and handed me my bag. At home I found that instead of my cheeseburger I had someone else's cold, dry chicken sandwich with a slice of bacon. I hated all fast food chicken sandwiches, but I stared to eat it. Overall: Pretty good and fresh as far as fast food goes, could be a lot worse. Have some good deals and service, I recommend for non-busy times My boyfriend works here and he really enjoys it as a job but here's my review from the perspective of a customer. Food is pretty fairly priced I think. Some of the burgers are a little pricey but the 4 for 4 and value menu is pretty great.It's also pretty fresh as far as fast food goes. I always get the southwest chicken salad or sandwich, or the 4 for 4. Workers are really fast, and the management keeps them on task. They frequently go around wiping tables, too. Sometimes they forget things from orders but usually that's when it's super crazy busy. One complaint is the flies. I can never sit in there for more than 5 minutes without flies bugging the hell out of me. Guess you can't do much about it, but it's better to get drive through. So tonight I went through the drive thru, ordered food for my wife and I. She got a baconator Jr meal and I felt like a salad. So I see one ask about it but all they have is a half salad. So I asked about another salad if it is a full, which they did but I didn't really feel it. So order the half salad and pull up. I get up to the window and a tall blonde teenage girl is complaining to another coworker about my asking questions about the salads. Didn't know that asking questions made her life so difficult. If working in customer service is too difficult for her then work somewhere else. Thanks for making my wife and I realize that going to Wendy's isn't a place we need to go to again. read more
