We placed an online order to eat in. The restaurant was pretty quiet when we arrived, and the food came out promptly. Service was excellent, very friendly and welcoming. I give Wendy's 4 stars. Why not 5? I'll tell you why... When I was young, I would walk to Wendy's with my sisters or sometimes even my friends. At some point in my childhood, they redid the store to make it have an even more homey feel. It was beautiful. I would order the glorious 4 for 4 containing chicken nuggets, fries, a junior bacon cheeseburger, and sprite. I would then walk home and eat it while watching my 600 lb life. Great food. Great company. Great show. Great life. Everything was perfect. Then, one day, to my horror, they got rid of the 4 for 4 and replaced it with the Biggy Bag. My order suddenly changed from $4 to $5, a 25% increase in price! Additionally, why are they calling it a Biggy Bag. Am I being called fat every time I order it?! I thought Wendy's could withstand modern day inflation, but to my disappointment, it could not. So to honor the marvelous 4 for 4, I will rate the establishment four stars. 4-a number I once loved is now the number I will mourn. I urge everyone to live like the number 4, true, pure, and right. 4 stars is still a good review. I do not rate it lower than 4 stars because I believe deep down Wendy's is still good. Somewhere deep in the owner's heart, I believe there is still the greatness of a four for four. If the owner was once brilliant enough to create the 4 for 4, I believe there is at least a drop of brilliance left to bring it back. The character of the number 4 has inspired me. I went here this morning to check out the NEW breakfast burrito. I must say it is more hype than anything. The crew was none too good at multi-tasking as I had to wait, until the car in front of me was gone, before I could order. I ordered the burrito combo (I asked for jalapenos because I thought one of their lunch sandwiches had jalapenos...no dice). I waited until I got to work to try it, thank goodness. My drink (iced tea) had floaties in it...straight to the sink to dump it out). Now to the burrito. It was doughy and rather tasteless. 8:20AM and I needed a quick on:off roadfood breakfast - my first Wendy's breakfast. Combos #2 and #8 were tasty and served hot. No decaf??? But they offered to brew a fresh pot ... thank you. Wow, what a place! The 2 for 5 is an awesome deal with tons of food. If you're super hungry add a potato for less than 2 bucks. There was a bit of a wait when I was there so the cashier volunteered to comp our drinks. What great service. Also, this location will get involved with local charities and donate a portion of sales. Absolutely disgusting. Fries were so old, they weren't edible without completely dipping them in a frosty, we barely ate any of them. Chicken sandwich was so old and over cooked, I couldn't even cut it in half because of how rubbery it was. I also asked for a side salad without tomato, but there was STILL tomato on it! Wendy's is usually very good, but lately that is not the case. I'm not expecting the world with fast food restaurants, but there's a reason I stick to Chic fil A or Raising Canes. Bad costumer service. They rang me up for and gave me a more expensive meal then I asked for. When I told the woman at the second window it wasn't the right food she was rude about it instead of just letting me know there would be a wait to fix there mistake she told me "Regardless of if we got it wrong it's a 6 minute wait. Pull forward." The company's only job is to make the food that people order, I get the job sucks but I just wanted food on my break from my job that sucks too. it took the woman 30 minutes to take my order while I waited at the speaker in the drive through line. when we got our food, I had a medium drink instead of a large, no fries, and the food was cold. the lady working there was new and everybody around her was not helping nor doing things in a timely manner. the two times I tried to go there before they said there system was down. Weird experience. Ordered & paid for all items. One item was missing when we were served. Guess what?! The receipt was not itemized, so no proof of what I ordered & paid for. I will insist on a detailed receipt next time. Lesson learned! All the food we were served was good, so no issues there. I'm a doordash driver. This place is absolutely useles. I give them a call when I get to there "curbside pickup" and they say I have to wait in the drive thru and nobody can bring it out to me. The order was already late when I accepted it. The fact they Refused to bring out an order that was 100% already finished is astonishing. i went through the drive thru today and it was exceptionally fast! between ordering, paying, and getting my food it was less than 2 minutes.. and i should add with a very busy drive thru. all of my food was hot & fresh, they remembered my sauce, napkins in the bag. it's the little things that make your quick 30 min lunch break just a little better. thanks for a good experience today! read more

I love these guys! Even though I moved a little ways away from this location (I used to live down the street from them) I always came to visit them. I tried their breakfast menu on my birthday and I was more than pleased with the service I had. On top of that, I used to work here and the crew I worked with (even the managers) (shoutout to Brittany and Breana the best managers ever) was an awesome crew. We love Wendy's but WOW their quality and freshness is dropping fast! Every time we go the chicken sandwiches get older and chewier, the fries are cold and containers under filled, and then we get to the sides of apples... Keeping fresh produce is tough, but that's why restaurants are required to rotate, date, and check it constantly. We ordered sides of apples for young kids and this particular location gave us not just old or slightly brown apples, oh no. They gave us apples that were rotting so severely that they were growing fungus! The kids said they looked funny and didn't want to eat them so I took a quick glance and my jaw just dropped. Immediately checked the other 2 containers which were also rotting. Turned around and went right back to the restaurant. All they did was offer fresher ones. Do they have no training about foodborne illnesses and howe children, elderly, pregnant women, and immune compromised individuals are especially susceptible so serving rotten food could have devastating consequences?! I told the employee that was giving us a replacement that the employee who gave us the rotten food (she stated he was new?) needed to be reprimanded immediately. Considering the tops of the containers are clear there was no excuse for not at least glancing at the product and ensuring it was ok. Grossest thing we've ever encountered! I know not many people write reviews about fast food but I just needed to give a shout out to great service and food done right! My daughter and I needed a late afternoon lunch after getting out of a Dr appointment. The staff took our order then gave us our drinks and told us to have a seat they would bring us our food as soon as it came up. Being that it was late afternoon they were making everything fresh! I typically don't make reviews about fast food places BUT..... today I'll make an exception. This is (was?!) my FAVORITE Wendy's so I'm really disappointed and hope this review helps management. We live nearby and I have always had a nice experience here. You know? The standard expectation.: *Hot Food * All the food is there that I paid for *Friendliness at the window. Well to start off, the woman in the speaker sounded like she just woke up and annoyed that I was even there? I pull away and realize that I'm missing an item so I had to back up (thank goodness there was no other cars behind me) There's moons there now, so another woman comes to the window and just looks at me. When I told her that I was missing something... she says to look in my other bag? I answer that I did and it's not there and had to wait while the two ladies are talking to one another behind the glass?! When I get home, the two chicken wraps I got for my son we're barely wrapped, cold and really just thrown together quickly it seemed. (Not like the typical Wendy's we are used to) The fry's were DISGUSTING! As in, we threw 2 LARGE FRIES AWAY. They were soggy and all smushed together. The worst fries ever. It makes me wonder if they were saved from the night before? An overall Bad Experience. The service at this restaurant is an embarrassment to the Wendy organization. It took me 20 min to make it to the speaker just to place my order. When I got there I was forced to wait yet again. 4 cars in front if me pulled out. I also pulled out but went in to see what was going on. No customers were waiting at the front counter. Wow really!!! The dining room and bath rooms were dirty. The front counter person was in friendly. She never said please or thank you. The manager was present but could seem to care less. read more
