Worst Wendy's ever. Nothing ever works and always out of food and drinks. Waited In a line for 30 minutes and went to pay and my card declines (which had plenty of money on it). He keeps saying it's declined and of course they don't have any type of chip reader or scanner for Apple Pay. So I leave with no food, go to the McDonald's across the street, get hot food in less than 5 minutes, and the same card works just fine. And believe it or not this isn't the first time that's happened to me!? I'm literally only writing this because I've waited in line there foreeeeeeever multiple times ordered and left empty handed. Standered Wendy's, fries were good tasted like they were cooked in fresh oil. The guy I front of me soda was a little watered down when said something they switch out the syrup and gave him a fresh one without argument. My burger was nothing to wright home about but this is a Wendy's not a 5 star Michelin rated restaurant. They have free wifi and the eat in area looked clean. read more

The staff has way too much time to talk to each other instead of take orders. The 5+ minutes I spent in line, no one had their order taken. This is the second time this has happened. Go to any other Wendy's. This location sucks. The drive-through takes 5x longer than any other fast food drive-through. They never seem to have baked potatoes, and today (after waiting 15 minutes in line) they assured me they DID have baked potatoes, so I ordered a large chili and a bacon cheese potato. I waited nearly 10 more minutes at the window after paying as they said they were waiting on cheese for the potato. When I got home, there WAS NO BAKED POTATO, instead they gave me baconator fries (which sucked - they were put in a sealed container which traps the condensation and made them soggy, and they weren't even warm). On top of that, the chili was gross and pasty, and they forgot to give me the crackers, hot sauce, and spoon. Whoever owns this location needs to make some changes. read more

If I could give this Wendy's a negative star, I would. It is the WORST Wendy's I've ever been to. Just sat through the drive through for 15 mins with only a few cars ahead of me. Only to find out they didn't have what I wanted...a spicy chicken sandwich...weird for being 8pm... also listened to the girl taking orders give the guy in front of me total attitude when he was ordering. I also received the same attitude and after I had made a comment that I was waiting forever, she proceeded to tell me only two people were working. Listen, if you hate working there and are just going to treat customers like crap, you shouldn't be working there. End of story. I pulled out of line and went to the rally's down the street. Yea went there at night and was in the line for 25 mins and gave me Coke Zero when it was dr. pepper suppose to be , gave me a shitty bun for the burger for the 4 for 4 , my friends frosty was chocolate when it was suppose to be vanilla and were very rude and nasty because it was late at night and got mad when we asked " can you repeat back the order " if it was me , I'd have a new establishment there just so there can at least be something nice and appealing to look forward to. Everyone at this location is slow AF and in more ways than one. Like...How do you get my order wrong not once, not twice, but three times!!! Smh!!! last time I checked you're supposed to ask if I want large or medium, not automatically charge me for a large drink. Your order screen at drive through doesn't work so by the time i get to the window it becomes an issue. When I ask for grilled, please don't give me crispy chicken on my Asiago ranch sandwich that you decide to add guacamole too??? TF??? I've been here a few times and every time I come they mess up my order, they take AT LEAST 10 min to get it out in the first place before begrudgingly taking it back to remake it, and always give me terrible attitude when talking to me. This place is a joke. I'm so upset that I'm literally shaken and the incident took place 2 hrs ago. After waiting in line for over 40 mins I get the the speaker and I'm told "WE CLOSED". CLOSED ITS FREAKING 7:58pm. I waited another 10 mins cause I thought maybe I was tripping and heard them incorrectly. I pulled up to the window and saw over 5 employees giggling, talking, and eating frosty's . One of them looked at me and pointed . I watched them for a few mins and decided to park my car and get out to go in cause now I'm fuming and I want my Apple pecan salad. All the door are locked and the employees are in there talking and laughing at me. I call the restaurant multiple times and it goes to voicemail . Voicemail as in someone personal voicemail that they forwarded to their cell phone. I then proceed to record these ppl and call cooperate from my car. They see me on my phone and start pointing at me and then proceed to open the drive thru back up after an hour has past and I'm out of line. Every time I come here there is an issue. At this point something must be wrong with me . I will never EVER eat at another Wendy's in my life because the last time I had an issue with this location and called cooperate no one followed up with me.
