The entire staff at this location is rude. I put in an order everything I asked for the lady audibly sighed in the microphone. My daughter is allergic to pickles I specifically order a Dave's single with just meat, cheese and ketchup. Before I even got to the window to pay she was saying my total barely even caught it but at least she told me over the speaker. I had four drinks so I asked for a drink holder, she proceeded to tell me they were out of those too. meanwhile a coworker she is joking and talking with walks over and grabs a drink holder for the drinks she's filling. she sees it and doesn't even offer one after she sees they are in fact not out of drink holders. I check the bag to see if there are any straws there are none in the bag. I ask for straws she grabs some and holds them in her hand until she finishes taking someone elses order. Fast forward to us getting home and my daughters burger is fully loaded so she can't eat it and even if she could it's not even cooked all the way it's completely red in the middle. I ended up just sucking it up and eating it because I'm starving and who wants to waste money with the prices of everything going up. I wouldn't be so annoyed if I didn't just work a 14 hour day with an hour drive home and all I wanted to do was grab my kids and myself some "fast food". read more

My boyfriend is a big fan of Wendy's, but he's had consistent issues with one of the morning team members. I don't go to Wendy's, but we were on our way out to Niceville, so we stopped to get some breakfast. We saw the lady that he is constantly talking about and she basically threw the barbecue sauce at him and had an attitude the entire time she was helping us. She also charged him for a large drink but gave him a small and didn't even ask clarifying questions at speaker. I understand having a bad day, but it's still her job to serve the guest. I also work in a quick service restaurant, and if I treated someone like that, I would be fired. I think you guys should reevaluate the staff you're hiring. read more

The slowest drive through I've ever experienced. I have left the line multiple times to go elsewhere and see other people do the same. I'm not even sure how this location stays in business seeing as they probably only serve about 5 cars every hour. Thank goodness for drive-thru! Satisfied our taste buds and hunger. Heading back to Pensacola from Niceville can really get your stomach growling. Plus having a 22-month old in the car can be quite the ride, if it's just me and her. So drive-thru fast food was perfect for our trip back home. Pulled into parking lot with only 1 other customer vehicle. Walked in and there was me and the other customer in dining area. I stood up front for a good 3 minutes with no response from any of the employees. When employee finally got to register to take my order there was no talking from her part. No greeting or any other word spoken. A lady stood at the back door open talking to someone in a car the entire time I was there which was over half hour. Train your employees how to work in food service and interact with society. All of the employees moved slow with anything they were doing, just waiting for their shift to end by doing the bare minimum. read more

I've never left any bad reviews before but this was the absolute worst restaurant service I've ever experienced. I've been to this location a few times before and never had any issues. Today I came in at 1:15 and placed my order after about a 15 minute wait. In the 45 minutes I had to wait, I watched employees handling food without gloves, listened to the ambiance of a nonstop, beeping drink fountain, and watched about 20 guests come and go before I asked why my name disappeared from the TV. I was then handed a (cold) cheeseburger that was part of my order and told the wait wouldnt be long. After about 10 more minutes I caught a manager while she was leaving (there were 5 other guests that had been waiting on their food for half an hour as well), and when she asked where my order was, the cashier shrugged and said "I dont even know!". At this point I asked for a refund (which took another 5 minutes) and at 2:15, left with my cold cheeseburger and a half-assed 'sorry'. Always been a Wendys fan but I wont be coming back after this experience. Save your time and sanity, go somewhere else.​ read more

Disgusting. They need to close this location. I sat at in like a total of 55 min to watch three employees sitting out back while one ran the window and one ran the front counter. I got to the window to find the three individuals sitting outside were cooking the food. After 55 min I expected to be satisfied, but I received literal Cold to the touch food and stale cold French fries. Terrible experience I will share this experience with my coworkers, Facebook and let everyone know to make their way north if they'd like to get Wendy's. Fire everyone except for the girl at the window and young kid at the counter, the rest are useless. read more

One of the only fast food joints open late at night. Line is always long... you would think this place would have a better system knowing that they will always have a consistent flow of customers... but no... line is always a 30+ min wait. I I highly recommend not accepting orders from here as door dasher as it is extremelyyyyyyyyyyy SLOW and will ruin your stats. read more

It's Veterans Day & the deals is free breakfast combo from 0530-1030. They closed the breakfast orders at 10:10 because they "cleaned the grill and didn't want to make anymore breakfast." There was people waiting in the drive through for 15+ minutes who were turned away from their lack of coordination & they turned veterans away inside who waited 20+ minutes to get their order taken because they didn't feel like recleaning the grill they cleaned 30 minutes early and said it's because it's "transition time." They avoided talking to anyone at the front who needed to complain or wanted an order taken so they didn't have to make breakfast. We waited 35 minutes for food and then was told "it's because we prioritize drive through" but the line was also wrapped around the building. They then asked me if they could offer me lunch instead because their breakfast ended but I was there since 10am. Their management, their coordination, their respect, their integrity is NOT there. Knowing a holiday was coming up, they should've planned better. Disappointed & will never return. Corporate will be contacted next. read more

Drive thru is just about the slowest I have ever been in. It was not just a random long wait as every single time I have been it is at least a 35 minute wait. Last time I went the staff was friendly, but they seem pretty relaxed. I have no problem with a fun work environment but they were talking and laughing more with each other than focusing on giving us the correct order. Overall it probably would be quicker to drive all the way down near I-10 and go to that Wendy's. read more

The wait was ridiculously Long 5 cars in front of us & it took almost 35 mins to het to the window. Once at the window it took more than 10 minutes to get us our food. The employees are obviously not trained well as it's mass confusion inside. Our food, A triple and double meal we're extremely cold the hamburgers were not good at all and the fries were really cold (not even room temperature) The cup of chili was hot but there were uncooked fries in it, so gross! Wendy's is my husband & my favorite fast food restaurant, this Wendy's is the ABSOLUTE worst! The health department needs to shut the place down & soon before someone gets seriously Ill. I rarely eat fast food, but if I have to, Wendy's is one of my favorites. The food just tastes fresher, and the service seems to be better than most chains. While on a recent road trip and fighting a hangover, I knew the cure- a bacon double stack from Wendy's with a gallon of Dr. Pepper. This place was fairly easy to reach from the interstate with plenty of parking. The service was very friendly, and the food was cooked fairly quickly. I never complain about the wait when it's being cooked fresh. The order was right, and my burger was delicious. Again, you can taste the fresh ingredients and beef. Just way better than McDonalds or BK. French fries were hot and crispy, and the giant Dr. Pepper made me a happy, happy man. This was a great stop, and a great example of how Wendy's does fast food right. If you're in the area, especially cruising down I 10, stop in and grab some grub. read more

On evening of 9/26/2019 after a very long day working on my truck to replace two failed parts, I was too exhausted to prepare dinner at home. It happened to be my birthday so my roommate offered to buy me dinner of my choice, in which I chose Wendy's. I had to make a stop at the auto parts to pick up the last item I needed for the following day, so we decided to choose the Wendys located on South Ferdon which was a short drive from the parts store. We usually drive to the Wendy's on North Ferdon which is closer to my home. We deceived to get takeout through the drivethru since we were exhausted. We pulled into the line at approximately 7pm. There were three cars ahead of us waiting to get to the kiosk to order. There was a car at the kiosk and 3 other cars in front of them. We waited 15 minutes or longer to finally get to the kiosk to place our order. Meanwhile, there was a Wendy's logo sign above the pickup window that had a strobing light which was extremely irritating to my eyes as it was dark outside. When we arrived at the kiosk to place our order we were greeted immediately and our order placed. We then sat in front of the kiosk another 5 min before we could move ahead. After each car received their food in front of us we had to wait again about 8 min for each vehicle ahead. Note there were approx 3 or 4 ahead. Then, we finally made it to the pay window and our payment was made to a friendly staff/manager. She made no explanation of why the wait was so long however. It took another 8 minutes to get to the pickup window to receive our food. We waited at the pickup window another 4minutes. Finally a female gave us our order and said thank you. However she made no comment on why it took so long to place and receive our order. When I got home I was frustrated at how long it took. When we opened our food bag which was almost immediately after getting home which is only a very short drive from the restaurant, our order was correct but the food was cold (not hot) as it usually is when purchased from the North Ferdon Store. I am not pleased with the time it took to place our order for food, the time it took to receive our food after ordering, the taste of cold food or the strobing blinding light that we were subjected to while having to wait. I'm not writing this survey to get a free hamburger. One hamburger simply does not compensate for such a poor disservice. We had ordered 3 Junior Bacon Cheeseburgers, a Wendy's Single and 2 large fries. So my birthday dinner from Wendy's was a waste. $20 down the drain not including my time, gas and frustration. read more

Everything went wrong tonight, the woman at the window was completely incompetent, for starters we had to wait for almost 15 minutes just to get to the window from the order mic and another 10 minutes to get our food, the food was less than mediocre (we got the chicken go wrap and it had less than half the amount of chicken than it was supposed to) after driving off I realized she forgot to give my change, I went back to get it and I had to wait another 20 minutes for her to count down her drawer just to get it, she was so incompetent that she thought I gave her a $20 instead of a $10, if I wasn't a honest woman I could have gotten my money back and more. read more

11FEB14 We stopped for gas and a quick bite while traveling from NOLA to Jacksonville. I like Hardee's ham and cheese sandwich and my wife said she could eat their chicken tenders.....so.... We arrived at 12:10 CST and ordered a ham 'n cheese, five piece chicken tenders (that way I'm assured of at least one left over). At 12:35 the people who had arrived after us were being served and beginning to make eye contact as if to say "what the hell?" At 12:40 I asked for a refund. The manager (same person who'd taken our order 30 minutes earlier) had to come give me the refund. The manager asked the young lady working the front "why?". I was standing right there. The young lady told her that we'd been waiting 30 minutes (hard to deny since the time was stamped on the receipt) and she couldn't help it. She was doing the best she could do... The manager didn't say a word to me as she handed me the refund.... No "I'm sorry"....nothing.....NOTHING! We went across the street to the cleanest Wendy's. We were greeted by Shakera and had food in hand within minutes. I had an epiphany at that moment. The reason Hardee's does that little order number on the table and bringing the food to you is so you won't realize how long it takes them. It buys them a few extra minutes that buffers their total inefficiency. Go to Wendy's....better food, a helluva lot faster, the staff is courteous and friendly to customers and each other, and it's A LOT CLEANER, too!! read more

I really like how Wendy's has gotten better over the last year or so with better quality food. About 3 out of 5 times I order food they get it right and fresh and the other two times the serve cold chicken sandwiches and stale fries. The burgers were fresh. The salad was crisp. The Caesar salad was slightly musty. They put NO Caesar dressing in the bag for the salad, which ruined the salad! The strawberry lemonade was excellent. We went to Wendy's for dinner. We went through the drive thru and for once it was pretty quick however they didn't exactly get my order right. I called to complain that one of the sandwiches were not right at all and they offered me compensation for it. The lady I first dealt with didn't even tell me she was going to give the phone to someone else to talk to. The lady I dealt with after that doesn't normally work there but was more than willing to fix the situation and keep me happy as a customer. That is how exactly I want to be treated. The first lady well she is not a phone person, the second lady did her job well and with positive attitude. Wendy's is one of the best fast food restaurants in town to eat at .
