I ordered 1-3pc meal and 2-2pc meal with sides as well as an added on drink at which she did tell me that those meals came with drink so she had Alfred come to delete that off and again not a very approachable person. I feel like the front line workers including manager just absolutely hated being there and there attitudes were a reflection of how they were feeling at that moment. So I get my order and I asked the girl if all the chicken was in one box and she said yes. SO I grabbed the chicken and what I thought were my sides and drinks and went to the car. Once I opened ALL of my food out in my car I had only received the 3pc meal and I was soooooo disappointed in that alone. The chicken was not fresh, they picked the smallest 3 pieces that was overcooked from the case and put it in the box. So when I looked in the bag only to find that I was given 2 bacon, egg and cheese biscuit and 1 order of fries. The fries were cold and soggy and must have been just sitting in the fry basket for a little while. I was missing my 2-2pc chicken meal and the sides that went with them. I didn't even want to go back in to say anything because of the environment and I was already there longer than I should have been for the amount of food that was ordered. Not too mention the drive thru was extremely busy and I didn't want to deal with it. Overall my experience wasn't the greatest and I feel if you are in the food service industry of any sort people need to be more friendly/personable. And also handwashing is very important and needs to be practiced because I seen when the manager walked in and he had no time to wash his hands. Do better.
