Now if I was reviewing for tonight's meal I would give 1 star. I am confused and upset about how my order could've gone so wrong and how sad and abysmal the burger looks. Normally the burger has lots of delicious shredded lettuce, and tomato's and I pay extra for sliced fresh avocado and jalapeños and opt for fresh onions. Tonight's burger arrived with a dab of some old looking guacamole, half a thin slice of tomato, a shred of an onion and three jalapeños. No lettuce. I wish I was joking. Pluuuus, the fries were super salty. Thank goodness for DoorDash's option to refund for the burger itself but I am still fairly upset I spent $35 (!) on meal that I honestly am debating even eating because the burger is not appetizing looking and I am sooo bummed. This is my treat to myself and I was so looking forward to it after a long day.

i do not understand at all how this place has such high reviews…read more my friend and i got the lounge burger and the classic burger and shared the large half and half onion rings and fries at the time we were the only customers in the restaurant and it still took almost 30 mins for the food to come out, and we got brought out the wrong order. well the wait ended up being for nothing bc i havent never had such mid burger from a restaurant that specializes in burgers. literally on par with fast food. i dont think the bun was toasted and reminded me of the school lunch buns. it wasnt stale but it was super fresh either. the inside of the burger was just normal, there was nothing special about it, it was literally a shitty fast food burger (mcdonalds/burger king level, not in and out level) it was fine but it was a pretty small burger. the "large" fries and onion rings can in this tiny small bag and came out lukewarm. in total 2 burgers and a large fry came out to $30 for basically glorified fast food. my friend and i both agreed that we could have just gotten mcdonalds instead. do not recommend.

But I suppose if they weren't Worth $7 I wouldn't come back. I've had most of the proteins but usually enjoy the brisket. Was going chicken last time but they were out and quoted 30 minutes before replenish. No thanks brisket it is. The tacos appear small in the foil wrap but are loaded with meat and plenty of guacamole. The brisket meat is served cold which is weird. They serve queso, but it's mild and not my favorite. Spice it up with one of two good salsas red or green. Last time the queso was steaming hot and that was a Win. Last thing in this review was an $18 frozen margaritas which was comical. Decent flavor but small for the price. That is a never again for me, but sure I will be back occasionally for fresh flour tortilla tacos. There is a bar you can sit at inside or many tables out front. It tends to get very windy in this spot. I'd say service is always decent or better but wait times can sometimes be longer than you would think it should be. I recommend.... you he the Judge!

The potato taco was also decent. These tacos are messy because it is filled. You will leave full after 2 tacos. The service was also great. They accidently left the bacon in the forth worth and fixed it right away. Even offered 2 cookies because it was busy and had to wait. That's great customer service. I will be making this location a favorite for tex mex tacos. Also parking is better after 6, it's only 30 mins prior right in front. This is downtown culver city so there's several lots and I'm not entirely sure about parking in the neighborhood, so just check signs.

I will definitely be the first to admit that I'm not a big fan of fast food. I would much rather make myself a sandwich or someother typed of bagged lunch/meal than spend money at a fast food restaurant. However, last week I was running late after a meeting heading back to work starving and didn't have time to stop at a real restaurant and had no bagged lunch so when I saw a Wendy's I thought well it's this or nothing. Much to my surprise it was actually delicious! I mean obviously it's no 5 star restaurant quality food or meat but it was pretty damn good! Their burgers are great and from what I can tell the quality of the meat is great. Not to mention their fries and frosty's! It was actually an awesome lunch and when I shared my experience with my coworkers they all thought I'd been living under a rock. I'm told that Wendy's is one of the best fast food places and to try their dollar menu so I will be doing so very soon! read more

I know this may seem petty but I came here on my lunch break and ordered a meal with a drink. Wendy's for some reason puts straws for their drinks in the bag with your food. That's fine, but I have stopped asking about the straw because every time they just tell me "it's in the bag". So today I got my drink and order and pulled away. A few blocks away I went into the bag to grab my straw only to find that there WAS NO STRAW. No straw for my root beer, I tried stupidly to drink it with no lid while driving and it spilled all over my white shirt, so now I am going to look ridiculous the rest of the day. Almost pissed enough to never come back. Food was ok, fries were cold. Grrrr. read more

There is a team member named Ramona who consistently does the work of 2-3 people. I would be remiss if I didn't bring up how great she is. She makes the sandwich, she rings everyone up, she solves problems even though a million things are going on at once. This is not to put down or detract from any other employees, this store is incredibly busy and probably understaffed, but it is seriously impressive to see how she handles everything. She is one of the major reasons why this Jersey Mikes runs well. Genuinely, I hope she is acknowledged for the work she does. I would not be surprised to see her excel in corporate, fine dining, or literally anywhere else. Otherwise, everything else is good, the store is clean, and the sandwiches be sandwiching. 5/5 shout out to Ramona.
