Compared to the Wendy's on Orangethorpe, this location rocks my world LOL they are nearby, always professional, efficient and "present" their food in a clean, calculated manner. The burgers are wrapped then set up in their own little box bottoms, ketchup dip/squeeze packages are smart; their new cod fish and fries are more crispy than the other spot and their burgers taste better. Whether I need a late-night frosty fix or a hearty treat, this Wendy's is my go-to fast food joint. read more

I will start by saying that I went here twice in a week about 6 months ago and both times they severely ruined my order. I usually order an Asiago Chicken Club combo (no veggies) with a baked potato instead of fries. The first time I received my sandwich and there were no veggies, but nothing else either. Just chicken and bread. No cheese, ranch, or bacon. I thought hmm....maybe someone screwed up and gave me the wrong sandwich on accident. So I went back a few days later and this time it was chicken (that was almost ice cold), bread, and the smallest amount of mayo imaginable. Mayo isn't even on that sandwich! Fast forward to today and I ordered my usual, thinking that maybe things have improved. Well, not really. There was a gentleman taking orders in person rather than at the speaker so I thought I may have better luck. I said "A small #8, no veggies" and he interrupted me with "What size would you like?" "....small, I said small. With no veggies, root beer, and a baked potato instead of fries" "Root beer, potato" So I had mentioned the veggies twice, figuring he got it. Well, I went to the first window and the guy there told me it was 8.79. I received my food and left. I got back to my office to eat and noticed that my receipt said nothing about the veggies, and also said that it was a baked potato in addition to the combo and it was $10.89. That was not what he said, and I did not want both (nor do I want to spend almost $11 on a fast food lunch!) I then put my straw in my drink (that was almost all ice) and it was diet coke, not my root beer that I ordered. Opened the bag to find no fries, a cold baked potato, and a sandwich with veggies. I'm a fan of Wendy's in general, but this place deserves 1 extra pt. for how fast they execute the orders! This place is located in the middle of a busy commercial area, where everyone goes to for lunch/break. For the amount of people that go here, they crank out the orders impressively. Plus, I've never had an issue with my orders :) Side note: I'm a sucker for Wendy's chili (with cheese & extra onions - yes, onions) and the ceasar side salad. The salad ALWAYS look fresh. I have a confession I really only go here because it's close to the office. Walking distance. The food has always been OK though there was a stint last year where every time I ate there I felt sick that has since went away. I like the older manager, hispanic lady. I don't recall her name, but she is lovely. Ivan is also nice and there is another hispanic lady, non manager who is also very nice. I can say though some of them look like they need to take a chill pill. Or smile. Or something. They always look like they are in a bad mood with the exceptions of the 3 I mentioned above. I know that fast food isn't the easiest job I've been there but make some effort to look like you enjoy it. Food wise I can say that my order has always been right except for once they gave me diet coke (which I am allergic to) and did not realize it until I was back at the office. That was from one of the unfriendly service people. Mostly my experience has been positive but because not everyone is a captive audience maybe the employees should brighten their attitudes. My first visit to this Wendy's was this past Sunday to try the breakfast sandwiches. I got a ham egg and cheese on a roll and a sausage egg and cheese on a biscuit. Both of these sammies were good in their own way. Cost a little more than McD's but much better in my opinion, the biscuit especially with some butter on it and tasty sausage patty. I would go back for breakfast in a heartbeat and I've had frosty's here twice, which were good. Been a fan of the burgers for many years and will go for lunch sometime soon. I do have a weakness for the "Baconator" even though they are a "no-no" on my diet. read more

This location is the worst! I love Wendy's but I hate this location. The manager has a terrible attitude and ugly customer service skills. She choose to argue with me through the drive thru window bc I wanted to know why my order was not ready if I had already ordered through the online as a pick up. I gave my info at the speaker and they told me to pull up. When I got to the last drive up window they told me they can not find my order even though I gave them my info from the app. The app even charged my debt card. How come I have no order but my money was taken? I told them to cancel my order bc I needed to get back to work and to refund me. The manager tried to tell me the don't have my money. Ok, so if I pre ordered my meal and paid through the Wendy's app and Wendy's shows they took my funds out of my bank. Then who has my money? The manager started to argue and yell at me bc I was not taking that as an answer. All of her employees were watching this while this was going down. This is the customer service you want to show your employees on how to treat a customer. I have already complained to the Corp. Office about this but I am sure they don't care either. I visit this Wendy's from time to time, I am not a regular. However I do like their frosties. Tonight I felt like eating a baked potato and Wendy's is the only place you could get a baked potato at a fast food restaurant. As I arrived and placed my order, they said they were unfortunately out of baked potatoes. Oh man! I would give this place a 3.5 stars because the restaurant is usually clean and the order takers are pleasant. This place appearance has improved since their remodel. Super upset with my visit today. I am a loyal customer who comes usually once a week and with debit card complications, I had a new digital one where all they had to do is put in my card number that I would read to them. The worker said they don't do that and I had to drive off without getting my order. I have never been somewhere where you can't give a place a card number. Good food although maybe a little pricey. I pay around $5 something for breakfast which is not bad. I would suggest if you're coming here for breakfast to get their #10, the sausage gravy and biscuit. That's the only one worth it in my opinion. Everything else is okay but it's not like extremely good. I still prefer McDonald's muffin sandwiches. I've never had a chance to eat here for lunch. Wendy's is fast food....but taste fresher. This location is the only one I've been to in years. My husband and I occasionally get a craving for a Frosty...or a burger. It's 2 mins from us. I will mention that I've only used the drive thru. I have no idea what it's like inside. The drive thru ALWAYS has cars in line. Wendy's works pretty fast though. You don't wait too long. Tonight we got a Daves Hot 'N Juicy (so weird saying that...anyways..LOL), and Wendy's Ultimate Chicken Grill (amazing honey mustard on it!!), and Homestyle Fries. Oh, we got Frosty's as well. Yum! Everything was great. Hot, like it was just made. The fries were really salty. I love that, but I'm not sure everybody does. The service here is always good. The people are always pleasant. I totally recommend using the coupons that come in the mail. You know that big stack of what looks like junk mail, that comes in the mail once a week? It has the grocery store ads, and tons of fast food ads? There are ads for Wendy's as well. They have coupons for 2 for 1 burgers, and sandwiches all the time! I ordered the chicken tenders, the cashier told me that it will take 6 minutes to cook and if I would park in the front and they will bring out my order, 25 minutes later still no order. Since I am a disabled person I went thru the drive thru again and the young lady told me they had the order but was not told that it was to be taken to the front. I was mad and wanted my money back which they did and apologized but since I received lousy service from this same location it was best to not give them anymore business.
