Worst service I've had in a long time everyone was confused when taking orders it was not busy yet the staff didn't seem to have control as one customer never got his order he complained that they only gave him one he didn't speak Spanish n the women seemed like she couldn't communicate as she kept answering him in Spanish. The cashier was also helping trying to figure his order while three of us waited to place our order. When the cashier came to the station he was extremely slow taking order and once it finally came to me I waited patiently for an order for cheese burger and nuggets. It's been a few days and I was debating if I wanted to leave this review or not. I ultimately decided that I needed to as this was a horrible experience. My fiance and I came here late at night this past Tuesday to grab a late night dinner as we both had the late shift and wanted something quick that we like before heading home. When we arrived we ordered our usual meals of nuggets and a baconator , each a meal. The food was okay, a little cold but thats to be expected when getting food late at night at a fast food spot at this point. The problem lies with the interaction with the manager and one of the crew members on duty that night. The minute we pulled around to the window after ordering, it reeked of alcohol. We tried to push past it but realized the one checking us out and handing us our order was slurring their words and being very aggressive when addressing us and handing over our order. We realized they forgot our sauces and when politely waiting 10 mintues for them to acknowledge us again and politely asking for some sauces, the crew member gave us the sauces but was huffing and puffing the whole time. I asked for the manager and when they approached all we received was attitude and disrespect, stating we were asking for "too much". This is extremely unprofessional and disappointing behavior especially from a manager of the establishment. Unfortunately we will not be returning as this had been one of the worst interactions we have had with the employees of a fast food company. I truly hope that this gets acknowledged and addressed adequately to train their staff on proper etiquette and not have workers who are buzzed off handling others food and hot equipment in the workplace. read more

Got to experience the inside of this restaurant and it's even more disappointing then their drive thru. It was utter chaos inside, and they got my simple Happy Meal wrong a couple of times. It took 15 minutes to make it to the counter and another 15 minutes to get the Happy Meal. Don't come here if you want good customer service, as in the year and a half I've frequented this location nearby my house, I have only been met with attitude and lack of any kind of general enthusiasm or care on the part of all the crew. No smiles, my "thank you"s are met with "okay, bye" more often then I can count, I get rolled eyes when I ask for further assistance. I understand that it's 'just' a fast food establishment, but it's not too much to ask for basic kindness and decency. I have to say I have been here a few years ago and had given it several tries however the service was horrible. I didn't think I'd go back but I did we had breakfast and went for lunch the other day and both visits were great! There were several cars in front of us and the line was moving efficiently, service window employee on both occasions was so nice, food was hot and delicious. Sadly I have to review this location again, I was rather hasty with my five star review after it opened and that nice smiling man at the window. It has been a few months since they opened and I haven't seen that nice man again, instead I'm seeing the terribly grumpy employees who take forever to give you your order. This week, I went in the late afternoon to just pick up a burger. When I went to get the food, the woman literally just handed me the bag and closed the window; absolutely no communication. I haven't read the other reviews but I must say as a local and someone who comes to this location often I'm surprised about the low ratings. I go inside rarely but when I donuts clean a d has very nice ambiance. Nice little electric fireplace. It reminds me of some of the fast food joints in Europe. In terms of the food, never really had an issue. It's always been fresh and typical Wendy's. The lemonades and teas are always great as well. Again no complaints. NEGATIVE 5 STARS!! If I could give negative stars I would!!!!! This is by far the WORST Wendy's I have ever been to, let alone the WORST fast food experience I've ever had!!! Starts off with going through the drive-thru 4/23/16 and getting attitude from the person taking my order. Starting with saying "what do you want".......so I started my order and she couldn't get it right. I was only ordering a combo with a salad and a drink at first and no special instructions. She kept saying "ummmm" and such and having me repeat it. So I said let me start over please, being very understanding she might be new and she says "EXCUSE ME?" In question form VERY RUDELY!! Then continued to be rude and expressed its my fault that she can't get my order right and several times told me to "WAIT", no please or anything. Finally someone else steps in and completes my easy order. Get to the window and the person taking my order went on break. I talked with the manager and he apologized and said he would talk to her and comp a meal for my family the next day to make up for the order taker and being severely disrespected. So I come back the next day 4/24/16, walk in with 2 workers at the front counter talking with each other, they look at me and walk away to the back, not acknowledging me at all. A minute later the manager walks to the front to take my order. I explain my situation and she says she will go get the book where problems and comps are written down. She comes back and nothing is written down. She asks if I have my receipt. I said that last night the manager (Carlos) had me write my name and number down and would comp my meal today and leave a note and talk to the general manager. Obviously he didn't and probably threw away my info. She says at that point all she could do is give me a few items from the value menu....SERIOUSLY?!?!? I spent $17 the night before and was treated like shit and this is my reward? I walked out. Read the other reviews here!!!! This place is so bad I have never felt compelled to write a review in all my 30 years so this speak to how much of a disgrace this place is. Drive through is routinely 15 plus minutes wait time. Staff inside act like they are all on break and make it seem like they are doing you a favor to even talk to you. Floors are filthy and sticky. One time their frosty machine went out and they put a slip of paper over their speaker box in broken English and misspelled wording about how it is out of order. I should have snapped a photo of it.
