This is not my first time having a bad experience at this Wendy's. First I got cut in line and the people at the register said nothing about it then the girl at the register was rude as hell. There's this one specific person who works there and she is sooooo slow at making the food. The employees are rude and take way too long to make the food. I got there around 7:15 and didn't leave until 7:45!!!!! THEY ALWAYS GIVE ME BARBECUE SAUCE WHEN I SPECIFICALLY ASK FOR SIRACHA!!!!!! read more

All the bad reviews are correct. Long drive thru line so I went in. Lots of customers standing around waiting for their food. There are a lot of people working but orders are not being filled very quickly. I waited in line 10 minutes, ordered a chicken sandwich, waited 10 minutes. They called my name and said they would have to cook more chicken and it will take 6 more minutes. Ok so I wait longer. After waiting 45 minutes, I asked for a refund and left. Horrible. read more

Waited 20 mins in the drive thru, still hadn't moved. There was an employee in the parking lot, he said the reason was that somebody came and spent over $100 on food. I see all of the bad reviews, but had what I would call a normal experiences. I've been through the drive-thru twice now and have had no issues. Both times it was around 11:00 and I no more than 2 people ahead of me. The wait time was normal and my food was pretty good. The second time, the fries were cold and my cup was covered in dripped soda. Cups should be wiped down before handing them over. Other than that, not too bad. I've waited much, much longer at another Wendy's nearby. read more

Stopped here tonight for dinner on our way back to Ohio. Long line, dirty bathrooms, they completely screwed up our order. We got 2 home style chicken meals, we both received 2 of the spicy chicken sandwiches and they only gave us one of our fries. Overall bad experience. This place no matter what time you come is slow. They take the fast outta fast food. I've literally waited for 19 mins in the drive through for two burgers. Tried filling out the surveys to let them know and even when you ask for someone to contact you no one ever does because they care about as much as they did at the restaurant itself. This is a newly built Wendy's so the atmosphere is of much higher quality than the Wendy's we're used to. I ordered the Fresh Mozzarella Salad and it was surprisingly delicious. The lettuce was high quality, the chicken was deliciously marinated, there was good topping to lettuce ratio, & the mozzarella chunks tasted very fresh. This must be the joke they warned you about, when it comes to fast food restaurants. You need about an hour if you were in the drive up Lanes they are so slow. Absolute ridiculous having to wait this long to get food. And then they don't have what you ordered so after you pay they tell you to pull up and wait another half hour. I have been to a lot of Wendy's, especially since it is one of my favorite restaurants. However at this particular Wendy's I always have a horrible experience... Prime example is every time I visit here no matter what day, no matter what week I always run into a line at the drive-thru. You wait there for 15 to 20 minutes. Then if you're lucky enough to get to the pay window, they're quick to take your money, however when you reach the window to pick up your food it is always workers walking around like it's a Sunday afternoon and they are at home. We were the tenth order in line with only 1 cashier. It took 6 minutes to get to the register, where Kimberly greeted us very unemotional and very matter of fact. It then took another 8 minutes to receive our food. The floors throughout the dining room very sticky, most tables needed to be cleaned. The men's room was disgusting with urine on the floor all around the urinal. While we were eating the line continued to stay long with only the 1 cashier. Customer service is not their #1 priority. Honestly, one star is probably more than this specific location deserves! Our family (household of 13!) was escalation when we found out that Dave Thomas' incredible company was putting a location in our fast growing (but previously DESOLATE -- for restaurants -- neighborhood! However, since it's opening, there has been nothing but disappointment! While the food has not ever really lacked in quality, the customer service is perhaps the worst that I've ever seen! The workers are rude, neglectful, and discourteous! My daughter-in-law tried again (she has toddlers) to patronize this Wendy's, and literally sat at the drive thru window, ignored -- in fact the worker looked at her (did NOT open the window) and tourney her back! It was hours before closing time, and she clocked it as she sat rudely disregarded for five minutes, before heading to Burger King! At least there, we KNOW that customers matter! In the drive thru waiting for 40 minutes for a 4 pc nugget meal! Would have left but we were stuck between 2 cars waiting also. We ask the cashier what's going on and they defensibly say this is the norm for this location and it's not their fault. I have never in my life wasted this amount of time in a drive thru. If I could rate less I would. Avoid women was very rude. Ordered a combo + chicken nuggets & fries + fries & a drink + a frosty to go. She asked us 4 times here or to go here or to go we said to go. Food put on tray we said it's to go and asked could you put into 2 separate bags her response (curtly) I know how to do. When we made her aware she didn't give us the 3rd fry she wanted to argue and then said it was on the house. It was not we paid for it. The small frosty was so over poured you could not put the lid on and there was no attempt to put the lid on. Sticky is always great when you're traveling. I have been to this place a couple of times it is two minutes away from my house. When I do go sometimes it will be 1-2 am, weekday I figure there won't be anyone....wrong. I get there every time it's backed up with at least four cars so I just leave because I'm just not going to wait that long. It is called FAST FOOD!!! for a reason it's supposed to be fast and let's not forget accurate. And I don't want to explain myself at least 5 times for you to get my order correct, then get an attitude from you; Because after the third time me explaining what I want I turn into a bitch and I start getting attitude.
