I'm so sorry I ordered door dash at 2 am when they said there were open until 3 for orders and waited about a hour and 15 mins for food. Dave Thomas would be proud of this place. Cars parked in the lot taking up two spaces. I walked in the lobby and an employee yells, "Not open!" I say, "The doors were unlocked." He then screams, "Not open." Went to the drive thru and waited 10 minutes while we could hear employees placing their own orders for burgers. I told the lady at the drive thru thanks and she didn't even respond. It's like WTH. Helen Keller would be a better greeter. Take down the Wendy's sign and replace it with Ghetto Burger. I came here with my pregnant wife for some lunch and the experience was horrible! I ordered the spicy chicken pub and my wife ordered the regular chicken pub and both sandwiches were wrong. My wife wanted no pickles and no bacon hers came with both and I wanted no pickles no mustard and all I got on mine was crispy onions. Plus every employee seems to have a nasty attitude on their face aka not smiling at all and the lady at the register her name was Kiya ignored me when I said hello when paying for my meal and just overall didn't seem like she enjoyed working here at all. I walked in and heard the loud kid, at the register, talking to a woman and loudly and repetitively calling the woman "Mamacita". "Would you like anything else Mamacita? Would you like ketchup, Mamacita?" Etc.etc. It appeared unprofessional and disrespectful. I was on line, waiting to order, and a young woman was standing in front of me. When the loud kid was done with "Mamacita", she turned to the young woman in front of me and said, "Princess, you are bee-uuuuu-tiful!" The young lady ordered and stepped aside. This the best Wendy's in the whole tri state area... not only was service excellent and quick wit it. They genuinely cared for the meal they provided me. Stopped to carefully and quickly quality check my meal. Even topped up the milkshake. And the ambiance was made warm, like the feeling of home. Minus the yelling. Just right for a nice location such as this. Staff 10/10. Sure they get really busy with a line around the corner during lunch hour. But they handle it with flying stars. God bless these workers. This site is following COVID-19 guidelines, lots of parking they had a plexiglass in the drive through window, the employees had masks, gloves and no contact interaction, the employee passed the pay keypad through the window, also I showed up to this Wendy's at 1:42 AM it was a cold chilly night and I had a craving for a Wendy's baked cheese bacon potato the craving for the creamy cheese with crunchy bacon on the fluffy soft baked potato caught me that night and this site is opened until 2 am, I drove up to the drive-through speaker menu, I was greeted by a super friendly, utterly most pleasant person, I placed my order, I ordered several different type of meals because of course my family found out I was at Wendy's so had to order for them too, I requested fresh fries with no salt on the fries my bill was about $25.50. The employee came to the window with a happiness, joy and spark of friendliness that I really appreciate especially at a fast food window at 1:42 am, I provided my card for payment took my several bags, went to my home, as I drove home not too far from this Wendy's location in East Stroudsburg, I was so full of excitement just thinking of my bake potato and fries YES! double carbs for me at 1:42am don't judge me Lol! I get home, park my car! I run into the house my mouth is watering just unable to contain my desire for the soft cheese bacon fluffy potato then I open the bag pull my potato case out I am able to see the cheese with crunchy bacon peeking through the clear plastic cover, I pop off the cover with fork in one hand plus a spoon in the other hand I started digging for my fluffy cheesy potato but with one devastating scoop I realized my potatoes was RAW!!!!! I need to be honest I begged no way Why!?!? But yes! It was all hard not cooked there was nothing I could do to save my potato so I get the burgers and fries another sad moment at 2:05am the 10pc nugget were hard also cold the fries were salty then I pull out the burger that was just as bad so much mayo, the meat was cold burnt along with a hard messy mess. I was so upset so my daughters food was the same non-edible so I ended up throwing it all out into the trash then boiled some water for some tea, in the morning I called this Wendy's I spoke to the manager she apologized offered a full refund I told her that I just wanted her to address the issue, I explained to her that their are a lot of people that are not able to afford to loose money due to less than good quality food during this pandemic, the manager (female) forgot her name apologized again offered the refund also promised to address this situation. Two nights later I went through drive through again made my order it was 11:40 pm I took my order but I parked just to check my food in the bag it was fresh I was so happy my fries were perfect crispy hot with no salt!!!! So as I'm placing my order there is a second voice that comes over the speaker and says that your going to get the bubble guts several times until the young lady that is taking my order tells them that your on the speaker. I went to wendys today thinking to grab a fast bite and a chocolate frosty. I walked in with my husband and there was a bunch of people waiting already. This one lady was waiting a good 15 minutes for her food and then they still got her sandwhich wrong 3 different times. A couple of the customers witnessed the workers touching the garbage and then touch food without changing gloves. Another time they needed 3 different individuals to pass bread between themselves just to put a piece of bread in the toaster. And none of them had gloves on. Then to top it off the manager DID NOT have her hair covered with a hairnet, all she had was her hair in a ponytail. A good place to stop and get something to eat on the way back from Pa. to New Jersey. On my latest visit, the workers were super friendly and polite, not only to the customers, but to each other as well, saying thank you to each other and in a happy mood, it seemed like. When I mentioned this to the cashier, he said it was a great team to work with. I got my food to go and while eating in the car, I saw through the window it was fairly empty in dining room (mid-afternoon on a Sunday) and then the same cashier starting cleaning each of the tables one by one, with a spray bottle and towels, taking time to wipe each down and move down the rows of table.
