I like the food but the customer service kind of sucks. I don't have a car and like to be there early before the traffic rush hour. The signs on the doors say it opens at 7 am but every time I come at 8 or 830 am the doors are closed. I don't know if the young people employees are lazy that work there or what but why do they waste everyone's time who wants an early breakfast? They should really update their store hours instead of making people waste their time. They mop the floor when it's 8 am. They should mop it before 7 when they open. Its only common sense. Zero. That's what this place is. Worst Wendy's I've ever been to. I stopped on my way home from the airport for a quick dinner to go. Crazy slow line of cars in the drive thru so I went inside to order. Ordered 2 double stack with mayo and lettuce only and small fries. Got the receipt and it said mayo and ketchup. I told the counter person who went and "fixed" my order. No apology or emotion. After waiting for almost 15 minutes (while Grubhub orders were placed on the counter which must take top concern over a walk-in customer) I received my order. Got home to dry, cold, only mayo, No lettuce burgers that I was ready to just throw away. I've been to this Wendy's probably 4 times in a month. 3/4 times they have messed up my order and 1 of those times I drove back for them to fix my order and after directly telling them what I wanted still figured out a way to mess it up for a third time. customer service needs a lot of work and it doesn't just fall on the employees, it falls on management as well for allowing it to happen. read more

Food is decently warm, and my sprite wasn't carbonated right, but idk if that happens often, but I really hope not. And service took at least 2 minutes for someone to take my order. This is the best Wendy's location in the area. Everything is always hot and fresh. If you ever have an issue or and issue with the mobile app they will fix you issue no problem. Excellent customer service. The line will usually be wrapped around the building because they do it right at this location. However it will move rather quickly. I actually expected poor service based on past experiences here but they managed to be even WORSE than before. They literally refused to bother taking my order even though I was the only customer present. Multiple staff members were standing around the kitchen area, laughing and socializing among themselves but despite clearly seeing me, they refused to take my order. Even asked how old the kid was getting the happy meal because he had special toys for kids under 3! We were chatting so much we drove away without our drink. Staff is APPALLING! While the young man taking the orders seemed to actually give a damn, the folks on the food window could not care less. I ordered AND PAID FOR two large chili with my order. What I received were two small HALF FULL chili. Do NOT waste your time with this one, the lack of supervision after a certain hour is clear and apparent. The girl that handed me my food turned her back on me to talk to her friends again (customers are apparently an imposition). I asked "is this everything" to which I was IGNORED until the young man that took my money tapped her shoulder to ask her and she replied yes. I ordered a Caesar salad with two dressings and of course I received only one. The lettuce was wilted from being left out, they included the butt of the romaine and the other tough pieces near it and some of the green pieces already were turning brown on the edges. This Wendy's location always gets my order correct. I usually don't go inside, however since their remodel I did a couple times. Very cozy inside with TVs and an electronic fireplace. It's a good spot for teens or young adults to sit while they eat. The only thing I don't care much for is when going through drive through when there is any kind of line they are really slow. Wendy's is one of the few fast-food chains that I enjoy. When I worked as a summer lab technician at MinTEQ back in 05 and 06, I frequented Wendy's during my lunch break. I have found that it's best to stick to the drive-thru as somehow they get you your food much quicker than if you went inside and stood in line. This Wendy's needs a total customer service make-over. They are slow, they don't make the food correctly more often than not, and they are too quick to just hand you food without any common manners or courtesy. After complaining to them many times I have only seen a slight change but not good enough. They are the only Wendy's in the entire area and for that reason alone the community deserves better. I suggest you eat elsewhere. I have tried to call them and make a complaint but they intentionally don't answer the phone. One day, I literally pulled up into the parking lot, the inside and drive up at that time was practically empty, I called the number, could even hear their phone ringing, but they intentionally ignore it. Recently, I complained to them and the manager on duty that I spoke too said he knows they don't answer their phones. How is that acceptable. Waited in the drive thru for over 35 mins.. when I got to the speaker to order my food the girl told me that I needed to wait. Waited about 20 mins. Within those 20 mins, I called out for someone through the speaker and once I was told just give a sec and the second time I was told I needed to be more patient. I'm not sure how much more patient I needed to be when I had already been waiting more than 20 mins to order my food. Tile floors is slick like it was mopped with a dirty mop that they use in the greasy kitchen bathrooms are just appalling. Decor is dated and booth seats are always ripped. This place absolutely sucks. I've had 3 encounters with this establishment since moving to Easton last year. The first time I went to go get a late night order for my wife and I. I got there 10 minutes before they closed and they had already shut everything down. The female manager said they were closed and when asked about why their hours stated otherwise she said well we're closed so you can come back tomorrow. The second time I wanted to just grab a quick bite to eat with my son on our way home. Anyone with kids knows that if they're sleeping in their car seat it's much easier and hassle free to just go through the drive thru. Well they had some issues with the drive thru system. Instead of just taking the orders from the window like how many other places do the same female manager said either come in or come back later or tomorrow when it's working. Now last night my wife went and the guy taking the orders in the drive thru was eating Chinese food. He's speaking thru the mic with his mouth full and taking payment while eating Chinese food. The food wasn't even warm it was just cold but my wife didn't want to deal with the headache so she just left with her order. This place is absolutely full of incompetent people who have no desire in putting the customer first. On Monday the 28th of January 3 in the afternoon ordered a large Chili and a pecan apple chicken feta cheese and cranberry salad. Order came promptly at pick up window. Questioned if EVERYTHING was included in the order....I was assured it was. Looked in bag and pecan topping was not in bag (as usual this has always been a pet peeve .) Something MISSING either dressing or toppings ALL the time. No apologies just threw the packet in bag. The order seemed to taste fine. Within 25 minutes of eating started with SEVERE stomach cramps lasting till 9 at night after countless doses of pepto bismal. Called to report the incident to the manager.
