The sandwich had a good kick, the lettuce and tomato were fresh, and the chicken was hot and crispy. Fries were decent--hot and lightly salted, but nothing special. Service was fast, and the staff was polite, though not particularly engaging. The dining area was clean but felt a bit dated. One plus: the Coca-Cola Freestyle machine, which lets you mix just about any drink combo you want. Wendy's stands out for having more options than the usual burger joint (the baked potato and chili underrated), but quality can be hit or miss depending on the location. I haven't been here since the restaurant was remodeled and I was disappointed. The building is beautiful! That's where it ends. There was no one at the counter to take my order which forced me to use my credit card for a very small order instead of cash. I stood there for a bit and no one ever walked over to me. I got the order pretty quickly (as my order was small): My biggest issue is the loitering inside and outside of the restaurant. Yes, one person in the party had a small drink and a fry, but they were there with a group of non-customers making a lot of noise and playing around in the restaurant. Outside the restaurant there were three people rolling up and smoking weed in the presence of any customer walking by including children. you had no choice but to walk past the smoke just to get in the building. At no point did I see any employee ask them to move. I'm not sure if the employees are allowed to do this. If not, they need some sort of security to keep this from happening. I will not be coming back to this restaurant. It's unfortunate because it seems like a beautiful place to sit and have a treat with your family. Do better! read more

The service here is terrible. There is a Latina woman that works the drive thru and she is extremely rude to drive thru customers. this week I went to the drive thru at night and her hospitality sucks! She makes you feel rushed, she doesn't even say hello, she doesn't repeat anything back, and rushed us to the next window. All she says is "AnYThINg ELsE?" and "sEcOND wINdOW". It's like that's the only thing she's programmed to say. She also LAUGHED at us when we caught on to her attitude and tone. Then, she acted like she was not the person speaking to me and my friend at the drive thru in a disrespectful, dismissive manner. I wish I remembered her name but it's okay because next time I'm going back I'm going to get her name for everyone's sake. Wendy's please get her fired. Well, I've heard it was going to happen, and today it did for the 1st time to me. On this warm, somewhat muggy July day, I stopped at this Wendy's for a Frosty. There was a long drive-thru line, but I wasn't gonna sit on that just for a Frosty. I go inside and there are no customers at the counter. YES! There's a girl there who smiles and says hello. I ask for a small Frosty. This is where the fun started. She says I can order at the kiosk. I say I don't want to order at the kiosk, I'm at the counter and would like to place my order here. She says I can't. She says I have to use the kiosk. I say, "I'm standing here and you're standing here. You mean to tell me you won't take my order, even though I'm standing right here in front of you?" She again says I have to order at the kiosk. I say I absolutely don't have to order at the kiosk. I have to leave. Any business that tells me I can't place an order with a human being, when that human being is standing less than a foot away, is a business that will never get a dime of my money. read more

Ordered a no#7, chili cheese fries and a kids meal (burger). I asked what was the third cup. She said it came with the meal, it was a frosty.. I looked in the bag for the condiments.. Although the food here is always good, I suggest that you check your order carefully before leaving. Everytime I don't and arrive home something is either missing that I paid for or wrong toppings placed. If I could give this location NO STARS, I WOULD! Horrible customer service. I did a curbside pickup and after waiting 30 MINUTES for my meal, I decided to enter the restaurant myself to check on my order. As I approached the counter the employee behind the counter continued to ignore me until I said I was waiting for a curbside pickup. The employee proceeded to take my order that was ALREADY BAGGED AND READY TO BE DELIVERED TO ME and slammed it on the counter, rolled here eyes and walked away. I check my order and I had a missing item, they made my order wrong, and because it was sitting out so long, my food was cold!!! Not too long ago I visited this establishment and I was completely ignored even by a manager who was just on her phone when it came to placing my order. I complained about the issue and another manager reached out to me to compensate for the mistreatment, which he did. I visited this location weeks later because I actually do like Wendy's food not thinking I was going to encounter any complications only to receive even worse treatment. Not only was I ignored once again in the restaurant, I had to leave out and go through the drive-thru to receive service. Once again I complained about that issue and the general manager of the location reached out to me. He informed me that the manager who ignored me stated that I "did not want to be serviced by a particular employee because he was Indian." In that moment I was completely furious because this man literally lied on the phone. Either his manager/employee who ignored me lied on me to save her job or the general manager (who was coincidentally Indian) lied to me to save his sorry a** from corporate. He wasn't even there at the time of the incident and if there are cameras in Wendy's which I'm sure there are, it was clear is day that the manager was a liar. This general manager then asked me after lying to and on me, "well if you are having these problems, why do you keep coming back here?" with a VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL TONE. At that point, the conversation turned into an argument and the manager just hung up on me. Keep in mind, he was the one that contacted me. That is considered harassment under the law if I'm not mistaken. But to know I'm not even welcomed to visit one of the closest Wendy's locations to me and to know I have to travel further out just to get Wendy's food makes me not want Wendy's at all anymore. I'd this is how customers get treated, maybe the whole staff of Wendy's INCLUDING THE STORE MANAGER THAT ACCUSED ME (a black person) OF BEING RACIST, should be replaced. To this day, I still feel unwelcomed, uncomfortable and disgusted just even thinking about going NEAR that restaurant. If I could give this restaurant a negative 5, I would. DO BETTER! Poor customer service, they are slow & they don't care. Team leadership starts at managers level & have yet to meet a manager at this store who makes their customers or delivery driver's a priority. This place is horribly ran. The 5 head at the drive through is too distracted, the only thing about my order that was correct was the drink itself. Asked for no cheese on a biggie bag and spicy nuggets, i get a run of the mill biggie bag. Drove 2 miles away home to find this disgrace. Every time I visit this Wendy's location I wonder how simple the hiring process must really be. The food (if it comes out correctly) is your standard grade Wendy's fast food... food. Wait times can drag on tremendously after hours and the staff does little to apologize or even make you feel like choosing Wendy's was even a good choice in the first place. This place sucks, even tho it is close to my home, I would rather go to the Franklin Square Location.. Fist off they don't really speak English very well and you have to keep repeating what you want like a dam parrot. 2. Wendy's burgers are probably the best in taste of the more famous fast food chains. My understanding is that their burger meat is fresh and not frozen, that is probably the difference but who cares, it's the taste that I go for! This is by far the cleanest Wendy's I have ever visited in my lifetime. The bathroom was clean, didn't smell rank as most fast food joints, the staff was very friendly, and the place in general was clean and orderly!
