I slipped and fell at entryway because water was on the floor and skid proof carpet was not there. There was water on rest room floor from a leaky sink. All sugar free drinks were not available in the machine. there was no ketchup at the self service counter. I was told I needed to order it when placing my order, but no one ever got me some after knowing I was trying to get some. Burger dry. hi so i went to wendy's not too long ago, it was around 12 am i'd say. but before i say anything, i understand, it's late, and we all just wanna go home. but that isn't an excuse for behavior and rushed food. we went there, mind you there wasn't that many people there i'd say around 2-3 cars one before me and a few after. we waited in the line for a while, i say that because. i got home at 12:40. wendy's is three blocks from me. we waited extremely long for three things and the only think i was craving was the bacon and cheese fries. So this place is totally middle-of-the-road. Some of the staff are great. But there's one older lady with a gruff look about her that makes you feel like even being in the restaurant is an offense and a tax on her personal sensibilities. You can forget entire orders and just walk out the door when she glares across the counter at you. The food though is okay. It's better than the stuff in the area, but the assembly can be a bit slipshod. Still, the fryers are newer, and therefore the food doesn't have the leaden taste of grease that's known eons of different frozen substances already. They don't pay much attention to neatness or presentation. This place opened recently by the look of it, and I assume they'll start a catastrophic slide soon. I'm basing that on the inconsistency of food I've seen, the gruffness of employees, the lack of formality among management and the overall disorder during busy hours I've witnessed. New year, new me. I've decided I want to gain 400 pounds of fat for 2015, so I hit up Wendy's on my way home from a sub shop, on my way home from work. First time at this Wendy's and used the drive through. The drive through lane corner before the speaker had cones leaving justtt enough room to squeeze through if you have Mario Andretti and my own driving skills. I assume the cones were protecting giant pot holes though, so this could be a plus or minus depending on how you look at it. Ordered one Jr. Cheeseburger deluxe. $1.49. I then pulled my sleek BMW up to the pick up window, wind tossing my hair, as my soon to be fat bicep flexed from the grip of my man-paw on the steering wheel. I looked over the top of my sunglasses at the young dollface handing me my order. Paid her and left. This burger was literally the freshest tasting fast food to ever grace my taste buds. The meat was delicious and hot, and the tomatoes/lettuce/pickles/onions were so chilled as if fresh out of the crisper, diced, and artfully placed into my buns. This Wendy's location has always been, and remains one of the best in the area. I have been going to this location for years and almost never have an issue. To my surprise, I recently ordered through Doordash and received the wrong order. I called the store to have the order corrected. The manager I spoke with, Rich, was extremely kind and professional and apologized for the convenience. He assured me my card would be fully refunded through Doordash and that I could come in at any time to have the items replaced for free. Later that night, I arrived at the store. The same manager I spoke with was there, and once again apologized for the inconvenience. My items were replaced and he even made it into a meal free of charge. As someone who has managed at fast food restaurants in the past, I can say this is a PERFECT example of exceptional customer service. Very bad experience. They have installed these kiosks which cannot be used if you want to pay cash. Also they limit how you can customise your order. But now that they have them they only have one part time person taking orders. The person takes an order then goes away till it has been filled, then takes another order. I was fourth in line and it took 20 minutes to get to me, by then there were 7 people behind me. I called. Wendy's customer service and they blew me off. Unless you have a hour do not go to this place. read more

I pulled up to the drive thru, silence. A couple minutes went by without a greeting, so finally I said "hello ?"and they said they'd be right with me. They finally take my order, I pull to the window. The timer is beeping like crazy, and a manager is standing next to the counter having an obviously personal conversation. I am beyond mortified with my experience at Wendy's on Bedford St., Fall River today . As I wanted to quickly to eat I thought the drive-through would be great but I chose to go inside because the drive-through was wrapped around the building . When I went inside there were two people in front of me. Not bad . I placed my order with the woman at the counter who seemed like she could care less about the people she was serving and more about what was going on behind the counter because it was literally a comedy show ,the lack of leadership in that establishment is mine blowing. As I waited I have witnessed pure chaos. People not wearing proper hair nets , and comments that are not appropriate for the workplace are just two of the many issues going on. As I waited there a nice girl told me my food was up next this was after almost 12 mins of waiting I smiled and joked make it with love, we shared a laugh that is until another employee a male said " just spit in it ". Is this real life this is unbelievable to the point I would have called to make a complaint but what do you know I never received a receipt. Disappointed and won't be going back. read more

Wendy's has great food. The problem with this place is the crowed spot it is in. It's a shame because it can be difficult to get inside.

80% of the time, my order is incorrect. Sometimes I even have to go around twice to get what I ordered. And it's nothing outrageous- I usually order 1 or 2 items and everything plain. I used to go here a lot late at night on my way home from work, the staff is so loud and obnoxious that you can hear them through the drive-thru speaker. There is usually the same older woman at the drive-thru window who has a horrible attitude. The food is also prepared messy and you can see greasy fingerprints on the buns. Inconsistent service. My drive through order did not match up with the order I made, two times in a row (same order). The part of the order that was still wrong after the 2nd time, was a ranch grilled chicken wrap with no cheese (they gave me a honey mustard with cheese), and forgot my 2nd french fry.
