Came to pick up door dash and the drive thru line is around the building. Lobby is closed for some reason. OPEN THE LOBBY.

It would be 0 stars of i could. Staff was incredible rude when i asked them to remake my burger because it had mayo on it and i am allergic to mayo and asked them originally to not put mayo on it. Then i find out they have no changing tables for babies, and my daughter needed a diaper change, so i had to change her in my car. They have no paper towels in any of the bathrooms One of the cashiers had his family come in and place an order (whatever no big deal) except they proceeded to have a long conversation and held up the lines None of their toilets are clean, one was incredibly sticky, and another was completly covered in feeces. read more

Wendy's is my favorite fast food overall, but this location is a poor example. I often go between 9PM & midnight. The line seems to move slower here than at other Wendy's. While I understand that hiring is likely not easy(other locations don't seem to suffer as badly), I've occasionally seen them close this location early, by just putting a paper sign on the drive through. Businesses that can't adhere to their posted hours need to look at themselves in the mirror. read more

Came here tonight on my lunch break, given I work nights... they say they are open until 1 am, pull up at 1245 with 2 cars in front of me. Both cars leave, all of the lights drive through lights etc are on. I try to get ahold of someone on the speaker and no one responds.. pull up to the window to be told they are closed. Seriously?! If you actually close at 1230 or whatever time you do, post that... to advertise being open until 1 am only to be told you're close at 1245... bad business. This place is definitely not "open late" as advertised. Don't miss your break, go straight to jack in the box or mcdonalds. read more

Our food was made fresh and piping hot, and our custom orders were without error. The fountain drinks had the correct balance of syrup to liquid so we got the right flavors. For fast food, those are huge pluses, especially in Fife. Well done guys. read more

This place is so slow. They are always out of stuff like bbq sauce, chicken nuggets, drinks like sprite. Not a good place to eat in fife.

Without a doubt the worst Wendy's I have ever experienced. Really. The fries were dead prompting a quick U-turn to get hot fries. They were unceremoniously removed from my hand (sans apology) and I was given fresh again (sans apology). Unfortuntely I failed to sip my drink nor check my burger both of which were cold and the drink was without syrup. My first job was Wendy's and they held a much higher standard. Do yourself a favor...avoid this place like the plague...I shall never darken their door or drive-thru again. Waste of money. read more

We went to this Wendy's last night and it was great. We had 4 people in our car so we had a pretty big order. Everything was correct, fresh and hot, and prompt service. Usually I don't review fast food restaurants but I felt the workers at this location earned a shout out. Keep up the good work Wendy's! read more

By far the worse Wendy's I have ever been to items are repeatedly "forgotten from your order" extremely long wait times by when ever you are ready to order you are rushed and spoken over as if you are the reason for the delay...The wait time wouldn't be to much to deal with but the fact that I have to wait extended every time here and often times I don't even get food that was freshly prepared is ridiculous. I don't see why I'm waiting 30 minutes in the drive thru during hours where in lobby is closed so there is only one line but yet I'm getting food that is hard as if it was made hours earlier. This is the worse Fast food establishment that I have ever come across I would rather eat from the trash than ever step foot in this place. read more

Dave Thomas would turn over in his grave with this place. I like Wendys, but this one needs new management and employees. The toilets were overflowing and backed up, no paper towels, they couldnt figure out if the had potatoes, so they sold us two, then said they were rock hard, then decided they had one. They had no forks either, eating a salad and potato with a spoon is fun. To top it off they shorted us frys and it took 10 minutes to wait for what we did get. read more

This is the closest Wendy's to my house and I regret coming here basically every time. Most visits I avoid this location because they are sooooo slow. Service has been lack luster at best and downright rude at worst. Due to an issue with my driver window I would go in to pick up and it would typically take at least 30 minutes to get food. Well got the window fixed and went through the drive thru tonight, drive up to get my food and was told they did not have a full sized salad I ordered and it would be a wait to get it. I said, well can you give me two half sized salad and the guy gives me a ride look and says yes but he would have to charge me for two half's which is significantly more than one full sized salad, I said, fine I will wait. He huffed annoyed at me, of course gave me the hot food for my family so it could get cold while I waited. I waited and the lady that brought out my salad basically threw it at me thru the window rudely, made a nasty comment and went back inside. Well got home to find they forgot the dressing and the almonds. I will not be back to this location read more

For the 2nd week in a row I stopped at the Wendy's for a quick bite on my way home from the airport. Both time I pulled up to the speaker and was told to wait. Last week there was a car at the window so I assumed they had a large order. This week I pulled in, no one at the window, they told me to wait. I waited 2 minutes and said"oh come on", she responded with "please wait I'll be with you shortly." My response was "this is fast food right?" A guy looks out the window at me.. A few seconds later she says "yes, this is fast food, please wait". I pulled away. As I drove past the window the same guy looks out the window at me like I shouldn't leave... McDonalds around the corner got my business tonight. Fast, hot, and no waiting... Good luck Wendy's in Fife! You are going to need it if this is how your customers are treated! read more

Dear Mr Dave Thomas, this Fife location use to be very respectable in resent years the customer service and food quality has begun to seriously suffer.A prime example of this was my order today that was picked up by door dash and brought to my house.food was warm drinks were chilled and the most important part was not.... I HATE this Wendy's. The people here are consistently rude. My orders are always wrong, they always forget something and I have to either go back or just go home because I don't want to deal with them again. We stopped by last night, got a potato, nuggets and a salad. My drink was literally shoved at me, along w/the bags. We got home and my daughter opened the potato and it was old, brown and smelled bad. Right in the trash it went. These employees don't give a sh*t and I am coming to realize that the Managers don't either. If I could give it negative stars I would have. read more

I hate going to fast food places at night, I feel bad because they have to clean up to go home and the foods never fresh. I just left this Wendy's and everything was fresh & hot! We were traveling through the area on I-5 and stopped in to grab lunch at about 11:30am today. The burgers and fries were hot and fresh, the bathrooms were clean. A worker was cleaning and stocking the ketchup station when we walked in. There was a steady line of cars thru the drive thru and a few other families who were seated or came and ordered while we were there. Service was everything I'd expect at a fast food restaurant, gave 4 stars instead of 5 because we thought the worker at the register was a bit grumpy. read more

well first off, this Wendy's deserves negative stars. the worst management of all the Wendy's in the area. and thats no joke. when the manager takes your order and cant get it right, something is wrong. then having to battle it out to get it fixed. that's when I say give me my money back I'm going to McDonald's next door. this manager thinks she's a queen. but I don't play games. the fries were very cold. and the coke flat as fu## . stay far away from this Wendy's unless you like you order screwed up. trust me this Wendy's is a bad choice. the managers name is elise as stated by other bad reviews too. read more

Service was fast and friendly. Food was as expected. My husband particularly enjoyed the chicken Gouda sandwich.

Ok I work retail, I can understand having an off day every once in awhile, where you just go to work your 8+ hours and then go home; though this specific location consistently has the most unenthused and just annoyed acting/sounding crew of any of the franchise. I'll try to ask more of how they are doing than they care to ask, which albeit I understand it's a business that's meant to serve and get to the next customer in line, but thats not where my problem lies. It's been 4 times in a month i've stopped at this location, and if it's not terrible "I'm bothering/wasting their time" service, they've actually told me they are closed for 10 minutes. If you're cleaning or doing service work, i feel at least tell me that, just saying we are closed just makes me think you just want to take an extended coffee break and are too pissed at your job to care. Whatever you're reasons be, you are a business, if you hate your job leave, if not then shape the hell up. I work retail and I'll tell you , i want to say things to people sometimes when i'm not in the mood, but we all have to put the face on.
