Went through the drive thru this afternoon. Both my husband and I noticed how polite the staff was. Definitely will go back.

This location is having trouble with cooking their burgers thoroughly. A few weeks ago, we got a raw/undercooked burger with our meal. Things happen, I understand. I let their manager know and they were gracious enough to mail out a coupon for a complimentary meal. Today, we redeemed that coupon and got yet another undercooked burger. DO BETTER! read more

Place has went downhill big time. No meat in the chili, watery, baked potatoes are old as hell (brown) inedible sitting for hours, but will surely charge you $3 for the privilege. Last 2 I got I had to throw away! nasty. Burgers don't taste fresh like they use to, taste like they been pre-cooked and sitting around. Expensive too! prices have went up a bunch and the quality is no longer there. Contacted Wendy's 3 times now in the last year about how horrible my experience been each time I went. No response, they don't care. Sad to say Mcdonalds has better food than Wendy's. Wasn't this way years ago. Won't be back! read more

This restaurant is consistent with the companies standards. The store was clean. The staff was friendly. The food came out quickly and the order was accurate. On this trip I choose a Dave's Single combo meal. The burger was very juicy and had a nice taste. The toppings were fresh. The fried were good - not greasy or too salty. Extremely rude every time we go in! This past time over the top rude through the drive thru. Half the order wrong or missing. Had a dt pop for my husband who is diabetic. Ended up it was regular. Called to get refund for messed up order and was told to call corporate and hung up on. Called corporate and explained the situation and asked for a refund. He told me to call local franchise. I said they told me to call you..I just want my refund. He said you think I can fucking do magic (yes exactly what he said!!) . I used to work for this crap company!! I ordered the $5 meal at the drive thru, about 6:30 pm, which is a double stack (large slider/burger) with bacon, and requested added lettuce and heavy ketchup; a 4-piece nugget, small fry and drink, and bbq sauce. I immediately got push-back on the grill order, she said the sandwich already comes with ketchup. I specified I would like more, and lettuce added. What I got was really old nuggets, or from old oil, decent fries, no alteration on the burger (regular ketchup, no lettuce), and a 3-day's supply of ketchup packets, with no napkins. visited the Wendy's at Apple Glen in Fort Wayne IN I ordered a single with cheese and everything. I substituted a chili instead of fry's. when I got back to work I found I reciced my chili but no burger. I called and the girl seemed to be annoyed with me. she asked if I was coming back. I said no Im back at work and cant leave. I asked if I could give her my name so I could get my burger on another day. her response was I'd have 24 hours to get it. I knew I couldn't make it. not happy. normally I don't do this. i just never return. needless to say I will not return to that Wendy's ever again. read more

Stopped here for a Baconator Jr combo listed at 5.39 on the board via drive through, upgraded from a medium coke to a large and the total was 10.78. Was given a small fry. When I asked about the total, I was told because I upgraded from a medium Coke to a Large. Fries were cold, lacked salt and the Coke wasn't full. Drive through staff was generally unconcerned. I've been a Wendy's fan for years. This place is the worst I've ever seen, by far. The French fries were barely warm and tasted like old, rancid oil. We sent them back for an alternative. The chili was only warm (wouldn't melt the cheese!) and very watery. The hamburgers were good as always. Not sure what the crew was doing in the back but it didn't appear to be appropriate restaurant business. There appeared to be sufficient staff to clean tables and tidy up but it wasn't happening. The drinking straw container had been contaminated by a foreign liquid and was unusable. I sincerely hope this place is an anomaly and not the norm, otherwise I will have find a new "go to" burger place. Very disappointing. One star is a gift! read more

By far the best Wendy's around! Drive-through is amazingly fast no matter how long the line is. Accurate and food is what is expected.

A couple weeks ago I had a fish sandwich and it was pretty good. Yesterday I had a fish sandwich and it was pretty bad. Fried too long in old oil. Tasted awful after one bite i told manager to change oil and she told me she would make another. I said no way. She did not do anything about the oil during the tome we observed. Absolute worst drive-thru in fort wayne. Second time in a row I only received half my order, no napkins, no sauces, no utensils, no butter or sour cream for the sour cream and chive baked potatoes and NO fries. The first time i thought " well everyone has a bad day" but this time with sooo many things missing I realized its because they are just getting people through as quick as possible. When I called to let them know, I talked to Courtland who informed me i would receive my missing fries the next time I'm in. Among Wendy's locations, I'd rate this one as an average restaurant. The décor and seating is typical and simply Wendy's style. It's clean and comfortable fast food dining. Our visits to this location have only been for quick lunches. Favorites include the chili and broccoli/cheddar baked potato. It's a good location to get in and out of quickly and staff is usually fast and friendly. read more

the food was good. i had a triple cheeseburger meal small. i have never had one before. i am full....it cost $9.16. pretty pricey i think. also, the wifi is very weak. i lost single while still inside. for $5 more a month, they could get more signal strength for inside the dinning area. over all i would eat again at wendy's. maybe not this location due to wifi. read more

Went around 10 pm and they forgot half of our order and I had to remind them to go get it, they then preceded to make it incorrectly. Then upon receiving home realized we were still missing part of the order. Ridiculous it's that hard to follow simple order instructions. read more
