I'm gonna get specific for the people DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE. I went to this Wendy's specifically to fix a craving for a chocolate frosty. My husband and I were quite excited to get these "Frosty's". We ordered through the drive through and it seemed to be too damn much for the chick MAHOGANY (yes, you better believe I got her name) to take out order her attitude was stank and reeked through the speaker system, it was hard NOT to notice. We drive up to the window, pay and wait for our sweet treats trying not to mind this chicks maybe apparent bad day and cause for her attitude... upon receiving our order we noticed one of our frosty's was half full or empty (haha), we asked if she could please do us a service and fill the cup, she looked at us like we were foreign objects, she replied rudely OF COURSE saying "WHAT!?" So we kindly repeated our request. She then just stared at us like she had no idea she worked at a Wendy's and a Frosty was an item on the menu. I asked her if she was alright, she snatched the frosty and went to refill it. It must have been a two man job because then the manager got involved asking what was wrong. We explained to her what we were requesting and she was even more confused than Mahogany and clearly an incompetent manager. We took our frosty's and left. The attitude from Mahogany was so putrid my husband was skeptical of eating his frosty and fear of Mahogany soiling his sweet treat. I couldn't enjoy my own frosty because he couldn't enjoy one for himself This Wendy's is TRASH, the only reason you should go here is if it's post apocalypse and everything is burned down except for this Wendy's, but even that's risk if Mahogany survived the apocalypse and still has her job. read more

Ok so I usually don't eat fast food, or review them, but I was out in this area for business and needed to grab something quick. Wendy's is my fast food of choice, and when I saw the previous bad reviews i decided to help them out a bit. I pulled up right around 12:20, prime lunch time with a drive thru lane wrapping around the building. I felt overwhelmed, I can't imagine how the employees must have felt. There were two or three large SUV's in front of me, and when it came time for them to order, I could hear their orders and the employee taking the order loud and clear. The employee could not have been more polite or patient with each car. My order was quick and easy. The line moved very fast, and my fries were nice and warm and fresh. We ordered their baconator cheese fries and a burger, first of all the burger looked and tasted soggy plus they forgot onions we asked and payed for and was disgusting and when we got the fries the cheese was in one place and cold plus there was so much grease that filled the bottom, you could almost fill a pool with it! When we got to the window we got are food, payed and then asked for a receipt (many times) and never gave us one mind you the fact the lady did not say have a good day or even talk!!! read more

Awful customer service. Got my order wrong, which I didn't mind too much, but the bad attitudes are what did it for me.

It was about 8pm on a Friday and the drive thru line was ridiculously long. So we went inside and it was no better. We waited for about 20 minutes just to order! Thank God our food was hot. After stating what I wanted, Trevon (I believe) offered us an option where we got more food for cheaper! Trevon was very pleasant and greeted each person that entered the doors and thanked each customer for coming, and he was the only worker that did that. He really needs a better job, he has wonderful customer service. I love Wendys and our food was pretty good! read more

If you want to be treated like scum and have sodas available to you half of the time than this is the Wendy's to go to!! We went through the drive thru where the employee was very impatient and would ask us the same question again if we didn't respond immediately. We get to the window and hand her the credit card and she swipes it and she taps it on our car window sill because we aren't quick enough to take it back. Ate there last night. This place needs to be cleaned. There were two big spills on the floor one of which was in the walk way to the cash register. I pointed it out to the cashier and she ignored it. Spills were still on the floor when I left while employees were joking around behind the counter. They also got my wife's order wrong. This was hands down the worst service I have experienced at a Wendy's. I went through the drive thru and sat for four minutes before the employee spoke to me to take my order. I figured she was just busy and got distracted so I let it go. Then I ordered. Super simple sandwich, fries, and frosty. Told her I wanted a cup of S'awesome sauce for my fries. So she changes the fries with my meal to S'awesome bacon fries at a $.99 upcharge. I attempted to clarify that I didn't want the sauce on my fries, but was rudely interrupted to be told that she KNEW what I wanted and I would get the sauce on the side. Then promptly told me my total and to pull forward. I've never been spoken to so rudely when I was only trying to find out why I was being upcharged for something I didn't order. If you go to this Wendy's (which I don't recommend after getting the food), make sure Debra isn't taking your order. read more

I'm not sure how my burger and fries can take five minutes to come out and still be room temperature instead of hot. Either it's sitting around getting cold (in which case it should get served quickly), or they have to make it to order, in which case it should be hot. Life is full of mysteries, one of which is how White Oak can support so many burger joints. read more

Went to the drive-thru 2 weeks ago. A young slim lady was working the drive-thru and was rude and impatient. She owed me 2 cents and decided to keep it. When I didn't drive off, I asked her for the 2 cents. She smartly replied don't spend it all in one spot. Just rude. I was due change and I expected it. Wow! So sorry I didn't see these bad reviews before my most recent visit. I'm convinced 'locals' know not to ever eat at this nasty place. It's got to be people from out of town who eat here. Inside is so nasty and sticky, trash on the floor. I was honestly afraid to use the nasty, sticky drink machine to dispense my drink. Nasty, nasty, nasty. Food is nasty too. My order is ALWAYS wrong. Take today... I haven't eaten at this location in months---but I really had a taste for Wendy's. Bad move, because the food and service never get better here, just worse. I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger combo. Cold fries and double burger patties sealed with cold cheese is par for the course. Oh! But remember... I ordered a "bacon" cheeseburger, right? Not one strip. Just overcooked cold patties and a bun. I paid more for the bacon too. I wanted to go back through the line to get a new meal...but oh yea! I'd waited roughly 20 minutes to get this slop. (sighing) Sure wish Wendy's upper management would take more interest in their restaurants. All they have to do is pop in one day 'unannounced.' I have been to this location just a couple of times but Every time I go it's quite a disappointment! On Thursday, 3/9/17, I order 3 Four for Four's and the new burger double Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger, 1st I didn't know the specific name of the "new burger" and the Manager just fell out laughing on the intercom over the person taking my order saying "Did she say Big Jr.?" I thought that was very Rude and either him or the lady taking my order could've just said it's called...... Then on top of that when I did get to the window I said to the young lady, "were you all Laughing at me?" she said "yes" with no apology or anything. I did say "I didn't know what it was called but I could hear all of them laughing". I took my food and checked it after the manager (Young black guy) handed it to me. He handed me 4 bags, I was thinking that the four for fours were in there separate bags then the last bag was for the Double Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger, which is was just a reg Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger, I proceeded inside and told the manager that I didn't have the right food, he asked did "I want him to just add another burger on top of it or do I want a fresh burger?" Of course I want a fresh burger! He then came back up to the counter and said " Did you check the other bags, b/c I just threw the burgers in the bag and it may be another bag" I went out to check and it was in another bag. I did end up getting another Jr. Bacon to go with the Four for Four but I will NOT be coming back to this location & Wendy's need to go back and Train Your MANAGERS!!! read more

I have been in the area for a year or so and have only been to this Wendy's 3 times. All three times my order was missing items. Unsure if it's my bad luck or their incompetence or some combination of both. The people were nice but all the nice in the world doesn't fix having to go through the drive through twice or visit the drive through AND the counter. HORRIBLE, I mean horrible customer service. I pulled up in the drive thru today and order my usual. The employees were so loud and laughing so loud the woman taking my order couldn't even hear me. I pull up to the window and no one said hello, no one said one word to me. The girl checking me out, had the nastiest look on her face and while i said thank you and hello, she didn't speak to me not once.
