Waited in drive thru for 25 minutes. Finally made it to the order screen and was asked to wait a minute. After at least 5 minutes we never got asked for an order. This is hands down the worst Wendy's I have ever been to. My order was incorrect, I was charged for fries that I did not receive. The worst part of my experience was the quality of food. I went just before noon, and my food was lukewarm. My sandwich did not seem fresh, and the fries were small fragment pieces and almost cold. I just ordered 40 dollars worth food in drive through and waited 30 min which was to long. The lady at the window very nice handed 4 big drinks through the window and the flimsy carrier flipped over and dumped 2 big drinks all over my new cars interior. I pulled over to try to clean and the at nice lady came out and asked if she could do anything and then asked for money. I said you will have to wait. But please give me some napkins to help clean my seat. Then she came out and said manager didn't want to help us with any napkins. In fact the manager yelled out the door at me for money for the food while I'm cleaning. I couldn't believe it. I told her I am cleaning up the mess hold on. I finished cleaning got no apologies and a nasty look as I gave back the rest of drinks and she went in. Told her I was not paying for the cold food now. I can't believe they would not even apologize or even give napkins when it was their mistake. I would of paid for the food but not now. They owe me a interior cleaning. I will be writing the food chain when I get home. But now my family is hungry and I have a sticky car to finish a 16 hour drive in. Thanks Wendy's! .... I can warn any travelers to never stop here! Had the worst experience I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. The cashier confirmed our order several times and still got it wrong. It took forever for our food to be prepared, and it wasn't during a rush nor was it busy in the restaurant. We got a complete refund but overall a frustrating and difficult time to just get a couple orders To-Go. read more

Someone needs to shut this location down. I can't believe the attitude and rude service at this location. Why can't they hire some nice highschool students for summer jobs instead of angry adults from the ghetto who can barely speak English. When going up to the drive through I am greated with "Whatchu want!?" After I start ordering I hear "mmhmm, mhmm is that all?! Once again yelled at me. Every time at this location for the past five years I get my food thrown at me, literally. The fries are always cold, the cheese is never melted on the burgers and you can hardly even understand what the employees are saying , excuse me "yelling" at you. We spend the extra $15-20 in gas just to eat at a better Wendy's sometimes. What once used to be our favorite summer stop after swimming in the lake on a family of 6's budget has now turned into a nightmare. Took 20 minutes to just place my order in the drive through at 11am on a Monday. That's not fast food. Then when I got my bag of grease the fries were cold and the burger meat seemed to have magically shrunk compared to the pictures on the building. I've been coming to the Wendy's at this location for the past 5yeard & am always surprised by the friendly staff. My food has always been hot & served with a ole and a thank you for stopping by. I've been in the food service for a long time and wish I was lucky enough to find such caring employees. I've called the sin branch at least twice to let them know of the wonderful help they have so I am shocked to hear otherwise.....maybe the other ones were just having a bad day??? I asked if the fries were fried with nuggets (as some Wendy's have dedicated fryers only for fries) because I have Celiac disease. The woman at the counter looked at me like I had ten heads so I had to repeat myself; to which she replied "um yeah". TRASH! every time I come here for a quick bite, it takes forever. Customer service is poor, get rid of the whole team including manager! I waited 10-15 minutes for a Lemonade. One day the registers card system stopped working and failed to inform customers upon ordering. So I waited 20 minutes in line, which wasted my lunch. I only had debit card, so I got up there and I was told Sorry. no compensation whatsoever, I don't know if somebody's job is on the line or what. On another occasion I walked in to order, no one greeted me- I walked right out. Today I had a simple order, the drive thru person takes orders as you pull up to the window. They opened the window, did not greet me, just took my cash and handed me my food and mumbled have a good day. And an item was missing, so I had to wait another minute for that, no apology also. I almost feel bad that both tasks are put on them. Either have a staff meeting and update registers and drive thru flow, or shut it down. read more

They don't even refill their soda fountain. Nearly out of everything and the things they did have were so watered down.

Was in over the weekend, new manager had he family decorating for Christmas. Nice to see, his wife and children greeted people as they walked in. Much more pleasant than over the past years. Could work on some of the employees, some of them are pretty rude. read more
