Do not go to this location! There was a piece of slate/rock in my daughter's food when we last ordered. The quality is also poor in general.

staff is amazing and kind but manager is absolutely ridiculous, made me and my husband feel extremely uncomfortable (both being black) i didn't get his name but he's skinny white and maybe in his 20's? he 100% spit in our mac and cheese just bc i asked if they had any softer rice crispy's because the ones up front were rock hard. he then gave us our food at our table and told us we should of ordered to go bc seeing us eat in "his" restaurant makes him sick (referring to our skin color) this was absolutely disgusting to experience and should never happen to anyone . he needs to get fired immediately!! read more

First time eating there the food was delicious and a nice amount of portions. The service was fast the restaurant was clean. I had the Crispy Chicken Bacon Alfredo and the Buffalo Chicken Ranch Mac & Cheese. I can't wait to try something different I'll be going back soon or ordering off DoorDash or Uber eats. read more

I don't understand how Panera and Chipotle who are right next door are always open and busy while Noodles literally picks and chooses when they want to be open. 9/10 times they are not open. **DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION IF YOU HAVE FOOD ALLERGIES** I ordered a dish that came with cilantro. When I ordered the dish, I specifically asked for no cilantro. When the dish came out it was covered in cilantro. I pointed this out to the server, she apologized and said she couldn't find the "remove cilantro" button while placing my order (she was clearly new). She took the dish to remake it. It was quickly brought out again, appearing to have no cilantro. When I had eaten most of the dish, I found a sizable piece of cilantro at the bottom of my bowl. It quickly became clear they removed most of the cilantro and flipped the noodles over to make it appear as though the dish was remade. When I pointed this out to the staff, the manager on duty came out to speak with me- she was pretty focused on saying she would "reprimand" the staff for this as they have protocols for remaking stuff. She briefly apologized but never did anything to really try to make things right. If anything she is the one who should be reprimanded for her poor service recovery skills and they should educate their staff on the potential dangers of not remaking dishes when asked to! read more

i went in and ordered potstickers, i was already home when i realized that they gave me cheese bread... this is happened multiple times.

This location has really declined. We stopped for lunch around 11 AM. The place smelled bad, including the order counter and dining area. We should have taken that cue and left. The kitchen area was visibly dirty and in need of a deep clean. The dining area had newer carpet, but looked like it had not been vacuumed for at least a day. There was food debris scattered all over. The mens' room was also dirty. The penne rosa was delivered to the table without utensils, and the employee ran away before we could ask for some. The entree tasted ok, but presentation was poor. The food portion had been dumped into the bowl and the sides were splattered with sauce. We thought we could provide some constructive feedback via the web address on the receipt, but the site reported they were no longer taking survey feedback. No wonder why. This location needs to be fixed or closed. read more

American, Asian, and Mediterranean is what they got. They deliver the food to you on real plates. Which makes it fell like your eating in a sit down restaurant, put you order at counter, fill your own drink, and clear your own plates. Staff were nice and even walked by and took our plates. The Med salad was fresh and crisp. The Japanese Pan Noodles were well dressed and flavorful. Can't wait to come back and try other dishes. read more

I placed an order with Noodles and Company in Menomonee Falls through their automatic system- curbside pickup. The funds were taken from my account which reflected my bank transactions. When I arrived at the location I was informed that they did not have an order placed. I immediately reviewed my call log just to verify the location and it was the correct location. I also viewed my bank transactions and it also showed the money was taken (twice) and that it was for the Menomonee Falls location. I spoke with the manager Samantha, who was very rude and told me that she didn't create the system so I would need to take it up with my bank. In addition, if I I wanted to place the order again I would need to pay. I have never seen anything like this and the lack of empathy based on their mistake. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION AND WILL MAKE SURE ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY KNOW NOT TO VISIT THIS LOCATION. This is a great quick casual restaurant. The team working there is friendly and quick. The food is delicious. My favorite is the Japanese Pan Noodle with Steak. My nephew loves the Pesto Cavatappi. I placed an order for my family using the number that was listed for this branch. It started out as an automated service where it sent me then to a real person. I placed my order with her at the end she stated my order would be ready in 11 mins. We then drove to the location my daughter went in to pick up our order and pay for it. She waited the for 15 mins. Before having to place a new order because the didn't receive the order. After waiting for a total of 40 mins. I order was finally completed. I was very upset worth the fact that after placing an order over the phone and being told the it would be done in 10 mins and having had to wait an additional 30 mins. I asked to get a refund and to speak to the asst general manager Maranda Tiedke. Who told me that the phone number 2625027800 was a corporate number and that they had no control over when my order was transmitted to them. She told me I would have to call the call center to complain, when calling that number back it transferred me back to the store. Never ever will we be doing business with this store again. I enjoy going to Noodles and Company a lot. I mainly order the Penne Rosa and the Buttered Noodles along with their famous flatbread which is my favorite. I really like the atmosphere, their great service, the presentation of the food, and their variety of hooves u can choose from. I would highly recommend it to anyone who loves Asian, Mediterranean or American style pasta. Also, I really like their new soda machine from Coca-Cola where u can select any drink u want.
