I celebrated my birthday with my husband and friend there. The restaurant is beautiful! The service is nice. Finally I ate Esfiha's again. It is so difficult to find this. The food is delicious, tasty. And a big plate, you can share with someone. Good price!

Nice place nice food nice environment If u are in the mood of some good Mediterranean style kabobs, this is the place to go. Plenty of options of kabobs with chicken, chicken dark meat, salmon, lamb or beef...all served with skewers with bell peppers and onions and some yummy garlic based dipping sauce. Their rice is also super delicious with a very tenderly texture and wonderful taste. All very good.

The drinks are delicious and garnished to perfection!

First time trying mediterranean/Lebanese food! Our waitress was so sweet and knowledgeable of all of our questions a great recommendations for us to try! The ginormous fresh pita bread was fantastic along with the oil the serve with it! We tried a few different appetizers and a chicken skewer five stars all the way around!

Love this location. Cute neighborhood. We managed to find parking a block away. Amazing gluten free pita bread Amazing mezze. I loved the grape leaves too. Everything is so fresh. I do wish they offered substitutions with some of their platters. Service was quick and we left feeling full and happy

Located in downtown this spot was busy during lunch on a weekday some of the staff seemed stressed frazzled while others handled the hustle and bustle with grace... Two restrooms, indoor seating with tables for mostly for groups of 4, casual and clean place. The lamb kabab plate was AMAZING. One of the best Mediterranean dishes I've had as it was all so fresh and cooked perfectly with complimentary flavors. Everything tasted homemade and perfect portions. Definitely will be returning!!!

My daughter just moved to the area and we came in to have lunch. Love the cute establishment. Especially, how it is on Main Street. The service was impeccable! I am a very picky with my food. The food was so fresh and so delicious. I cannot say anything negative. I will come again when I visit my daughter.

My mom highly recommend this restaurant so we came to celebrate my brother before he left for college. The restaurant is tucked inside downtown Gresham. On Wednesdays there is a car show nearby. The inside is very cute. The servers are very nice as well. The menu is basically individual plates. Not really ideal for family style. Free bread is also included. I also wouldn't recommend sharing. The plates are just enough for one person. Food was amazing. Service was great'

Everything was fantastic including the warm flatbread and olive oil to start. My lamb skewer was perfect medium rare, and the rice and vegetables that came with the meal were perfect and tasty. Val's chicken sandwich was delicious and more than she could eat [took some home]. Had we been served at the same time 5 stars, but I'd eaten 1/2 my meal by the time her wrap arrived. Probably will go back if we're out that way.

I've been wanting to try this place for ages but always end up at my usual spots and I'm mad that I waited so long. They weren't super busy when I got there but it took a while to be seated and that set the tone for the rest of the service. It was just slow and that's why they're getting four stars. The food though...my mouth is watering just thinking about it. You get a slice of naan bread that's the size of a pizza and some oil and spices to dip it in. The naan was hot, fresh, and pretty yummy. The dipping oil was just meh. I would have preferred hummus instead. I ordered the beef shawarma plate that comes with a salad, rice, and hummus. Everything was so full of flavor, especially the beef. The salad was a new flavor profile for me and it took a few bites to get used to the dressing but I was sad when it was all gone. The leftovers (if you have any) are even better warmed up the next day.

Perfect Red Wine with my meal!

In September of 2025, I visited Gresham and walked downtown to spend the day. I was looking for a good lunch spot serving Mediterranean food. This place hit all the right buttons! From the well-stocked bar to the wonderful flatbread with herbed oil and then the Lamb Kabob Salad,... I cannot say enough! Service was excellent. Friendly, fast and professional. The surroundings were relaxing and acoustics perfect. Sometimes small restaurants are extremely noisy. Not here. Highly recommended!

Spiced Minced Lamb over Hummus and Tabouli Salad. Creamy hummus topped with minced lamb, still hot from the skillet. With a fresh, tart, green salad, and the ubiquitous giant pita(these things are stupid good) and dipping sauce(gratis). So much good food, enough for two and left overs. Nicholas, still a lovely little restaurant in downtown Gresham.

Seriously great food. I had the spiced lamb over hummus, and it was delicious, the hummus was tangy and creamy, the lamb was spicy and tender, and the flat bread is amazing, puffy, soft and chewy. My husband had the tabouleh, and it was also amazing, bright flavors, fresh vegetables, and a great lemony and minty flavor. Service was great, and the restaurant had a great vibe.

Seven-spice chicken, crunchy toum-dressed slaw, and a double hit of that garlicky toum. Topped with a pile of fries, just like on the beaches of Beirut. Let's get some bite into it. But even before that you can smell what will hit you next a delicious taste of garlicky sauce. And the first bite confirmed that. A not-too-overpowering garlic taste, followed by the crunchy pickle the salty fries and the delicious chicken patty, makes it an outstanding burger with a really unique flavor profile! Well done. The crunchy fresh Cole slaw give it another layer of freshness. The hole burger is a smart composition. If I'll have to recommend something to. Ale or even better would be to put the slaw on top of the meat. With it being on the bottom half of the bun it makes the bun quickly early soggy but that's is or taking away anything from how awesome the burger is taste wise. About ya hala if you want to make a quick break and vacation into Lebanon without here they play authentic music and have a nice decor putting you directly into a cafe in Beirut. Also don't forget to grab one or two of their outstanding sweets. I had reinig the shortbread cookies just Yumm!

One employee apologized for our "long wait" and offered us extra pita on the house, which was nice, although we honestly didn't feel like we had waited that long. The odd part was that the extra pita was never actually brought out. We didn't care enough to ask for it, but it was strange to offer something and then never follow through. Service overall was also pretty lacking. I tipped in the beginning (you pay before getting your meal) and was expecting decent service, but aside from someone bringing the food to our table, there really wasn't any. We ordered at the counter, got our own water cups and pitcher, and nobody checked on us during the meal. Since you order and pay upfront, it honestly felt like there wasn't much incentive for them to provide any service after. The food had some decent items, but between the underwhelming shawarma and almost nonexistent service, the experience was disappointing.

Dip mezza - hummus not smooth, no flavor, Lebneh was ok, baba ghanoush almost tasted of artificial smoke flavoring. Shatta - absolutely not shatta. It was oil with chopped herbs that has definitely gone bad. Again absolutely no flavor. Paid $5 for a tiny to go condiment cup of it! What a rip off. Falafel - meh. Lamp gyro - fiance thought it was ok, but also, very bland. There are so many good middle Eastern restaurants I will definitely never order from this restaurant again. It's really sad when you can tell that an establishment simply does not care about the quality or the culinary technique that goes into their food. Especially when they charge so much!

We chose Hoda's for one of our wedding events as they are a full service caterer who can appeal to many people. They are also able to outsource many Indian/Pakistani items. Our tasting went well and we decided to book with them. Pros: -Food is Good -Full Service Cons: -Pricing Fluctuates completely on guest count. We were quoted $19k for a 250 person event and then our guest count went down and somehow they still ended up at $19k. Eventually they came down after discussions but clearly they had marked that weekend for $19k and that's what they were going to get until we spoke with them. -Slow -We did not receive a final quote until a week and a half before the date. We felt backed into a corner especially with their "updated" pricing. - They placed little advertising signage all over the tables! Tables with $50 to $100 center pieces. It was tackless and rude to not even ask for permission. It is in all our photos and insanely distasteful. If you plan to book with them, be prepared for long spans of time between emails after you have booked them, costs going up (quote under what you actually might have guest), and ensure that they are aware before that no signage of any kind is allowed. They did not disclose this beforehand that they would do this and we were caught totally by surprise. Buyer beware. I'm disappointed and saddened by our experience and hope other bridal parties can avoid this same experience.
