The number of times our order's been wrong, things have been missing, and stupidity has happened (no utensils for a salad, no napkins in the bag, etc.) are countless. Literally countless. It's also the slowest CFA in the nation. I'm not sure what goes wrong here but last Thursday night, we spent a half-hour in the drive-thru line. A. Half. Hour. At the restaurant known for its efficiency--and this wasn't an unusual experience here. It's insanity. Top it off with sullen employees and a real lack of the baseline, flagship CFA service, and one wonders how this franchisee holds onto his flag. Two stars for the food itself which is standard CFA, but it's a sad state of affairs in Hagerstown. I'd love to see it improve but after years of nonsense here, I'm not hopeful.
