When asked how I wanted my eggs. I said medium. Then said hard. Then said I don't know. She laughed. I said I don't want them to squirt. She hurried off and said you want medium well. I could have cried. Many decades of waiting for perfect eggs. I can't cook them right at home either. What's a perfect fried egg? It is still orange not yellow.
