This location does not support veterans. Wendy's has on their website that veterans get a free breakfast. The lady at the drive through was rude and made sure she was very clear that I did not read the fine print where it says at participating locations only. She's right. I did not read the fine print. I assumed that because this is a Wendy's and Wendy's is giving away a free meal and I got a free meal at this Wendy's two years ago that this Wendy's was participating. Seems like a valid assumption. I will not be back to this Wendy's again. read more

Don't like the new fries, change them back to the more natural cut style fry. Says online these fries will stay crispy for up to 30 mins, why not just make them hot and fresh as they get ordered. It's late, but probably one of the sweetest, most well spoken girls on the intercom you would ever find, and then her coworker gives me fries that have been cooked twice. Literally cooked twice, they were like potato chips... and I'm not exaggerating even a little. I was already down the road so I didn't return them, but that sure is aggravating. read more

It's Wendy's, not much to say if you have been to one you have been this is the same. Staff has always been friendly, food has always been fresh. Only disappointment I had was when they attempted to make a sandwich with a hamburger patty and pulled pork, it was terrible. Otherwise a good location. read more

Updating it to 5 because the staff has been awesome. I stopped in for a frosty and a burger after a job interview, and the cashier was perfect. We joked around a bit and chatted while she made my frosty, and she made sure everything was accurate for my order. The bathrooms were clean, store was clean, and the food was Wendy's. You can get better food elsewhere, but as far as fast food goes this is probably the best option in Hastings. read more

I absolutely love this store the food is great the help is excellent and friendly and its the cleanest restaurant in Hastings but sorry to say we don't go there anymore because of all the hard seats they put in my husband and I are elderly and eat out most meals but we are thin and cannot sit in those hard chairs long enough to eat a meal and getting it to go is not feasible for us So no more Wendy's chili or baked potato or home style big chicken sandwiches for us but thought I would let you know that a few soft chairs would be welcomed by us older people I would love to go there again We miss our daily visits there and go to Mac Donald's instead they remodeled with some soft seats read more
