charging .53 for condiments is insanity. why was the question not asked while placing my order? Shady behavior!

Went in to use an offer in the app and requested assistance on how to use it in the restaurant. The young lady at the counter shrugged her shoulders and said she didn't know how to use the app and was utterly rude and unhelpful. As she refused to help me, I left and grabbed dinner elsewhere. This review is about the ambiance in the dining area. What is up Mariachi music blaring in the kitchen area? It was clashing with the regular dining area music. If I wanted Mariachi for the evening I'd have chosen a different restaurant. I couldn't wait to leave, 2 types of music at the same time was not the ambiance I was wanting that evening. I realize most chains tend to get bad reviews because the only people that go post a review are those that are upset. In this case, believe me it's the truth. This Wendy's has to be one of the worst-managed in the franchise. It's understaffed, undersupplied, and the kids that do show up to work are undertrained. I enjoy a trip to Wendy's but until this one comes under new management or gets scrapped, it's not not worth the risk of ordering here. You are unlikely to receive your food as ordered, if they even have the ingredients. read more

I'm surprised this location has poor reviews. I rarely stop here and every time it's around the lunch hour, but my food is always correctly made, hot, fresh and the drive thru line is fast. I usually order a combo and the fries have also always been very fresh, crispy and hot. If I request sauce or napkins etc, they're always included in the bag. If I request something added or left off a menu item, that's been correct as well. Service has always been helpful and pleasant. I consider this location one of the better Wendy's around. read more

I waited for over 20 minutes in the drive thru line. The person who took my order confirmed that I wanted ranch dressing but after I got my order, I realized they had given me honey mustard. I didn't receive a straw and my box of fries was mostly empty. My fries and spicy nuggets were cold and not fresh. read more

Well wasn't expecting a gourmet burger, but you should get something closer to what you ordered. Overcooked dry patty, lettuce that was translucent, cheese that you could not find. It did have pickles, onion and a sliver of a tomato, was not even room temperature. Nothing like what was advertised. read more

The staff was friendly. Food was aweful. When did they stop using "Fresh" burgers. Mine was dry and hard. I use to love their fries, these were cold and stale. We ate inside, and the white coke machine is a real bad idea especially if you dont plan on cleaning it. They should close for a day a do a complete clean, hopefully it would get rid of the gnats. read more

Worst Wendy's I've ever been to. 2nd time we thought we would give them a second chance and sure as you know the food was terrible!! Ordered two spicy chicken sandwich meals and the chicken was so dried out . It must have been sitting there since they opened . I also order a double stack and the burgers were very old and dry. Managed to eat 3/4 of the chicken and 0% of the burger and the wife only ate a few bite of her chicken. On top of it all the worker were standing in the kitchen yelling at the top of their lungs "I'm done I'm done" back and forth yelling kind of screws up the experience. Never again!!! read more

THEY DONT USE GLOVES!!! Waited a long time to get my food, when I received it, it was the wrong order. No biggie, I walked in and told them about it, they fixed it. As I waited, these workers are placing foods in the bag without gloves on. I wish I could give this zero stars..I just wanted some French fries.. the drive thru line wasn't too long so I figured "why not". I sat in line, behind 4 cars, for about 25 minutes..once I got to the speaker to give my order it was radio silence. I tried to say "hello" to see if there was anyone there but I got no reply. I waited a solid 10 minutes..but nothing. The truck in front of me had driven away from the window a few minutes prior so I was confused as to why no one was there to take orders.. I drove up to the window and saw no one inside. Someone finally came to the window and looked really confused, I told him that I was waiting for a while and no one was there to take orders and asked if I could place it with him..he said "I'm off the clock" so I asked if someone else could take my order and he just shrugged. I've never been so disappointed with service..if you're off the clock, why are you coming to the window looking like you're going to help someone? I've only been to this Wendy's three times and each time has been awful. I'm never going back and I suggest everyone avoids this location unless you like waiting over an hour for the chance of getting your order taken . read more

Absolutely no service and no attention to details even if ordering via the APP. Toll free customer service line is fruitless and an email took 6 weeks for a response. Even if you check your bag for correct number of items you might bite into a burger rather than the chicken sandwich ordered. Ice is always OUT and frosty machine or lemonade unavailable If you have a rain man in your family seeking a spicy chicken sandwich or frosty go to the broadway location past county line road. I would give this Wendys a 0 if I could. Aside from several issues, the one that made me stop getting food here for good was when I got triple charged $60 for a $20 meal. I contacted Customer Service 3 times...... I kept getting told someone will be in contact with you, but no one did. Finally contacted corporate about this issue, no follow up even after requesting a call back for my issue. Still missing the $40 and atrocious customer service by Wendys in general. Will never eat at a Wendy's and plan to make sure no one else I know eats there either. P.S. ask for your receipt. This Wendy's won't provide it because then you can't make a complaint about your meal with your order number. I learned that the hard way and it cost me $40. read more

Please shut this place down. We all know this place has a franchise owner issue. This place is not clean, orders are 8/10 times wrong no matter how many times you repeat yourself, they need new equipment that the owner refuses to buy (like card readers!), we were there over an hour waiting for them to even take our order while the manager is bossing a poor new girl (who did a phenomenal job dealing with the chaos) around and everyone is standing there on their phones, all while a lady was complaining about bugs in her food. Sometimes when they feel like it, they also close at 1030pm when they are open til 12am. Im seirous this place has major unprofessional issues that either need to be addressed, or the place needs to be shut down. Truly one of the worst fast food locations I've ever been too. New to the area and tried this place a few times thinking the first few bad experiences could have just been bad days for them. This wendys use to be a nice place years ago. I would go here to eat before work, so close and convenient. I don't go here anymore, it has deteriorated so bad . Today i did go here just for a soda. MISTAKE The dining room was horrible. It was dirty and the people at the counter were morons. The young man put some ice in a cup and handed it to me. Oh is the ice machine out, I said? Yes he said. The soda machines had everything OUT too. What did you think i was going to do when you handed me a cup? Fill it with what? Never usually have a problem with the attitude of the staff or food order items but it is a management failure that it is chronically understaffed. If I owned this particular franchise spot, I would be devastated to know that so many cars drive away from the drive-through line because they've been sitting there idling for so long that people give up. The kid behind the register was clearly incapable of taking multiple orders at a time, and even if he was training there was no one else to help him. He messed my order up at first and I had to correct him, then he confused my order with someone else's. He had plenty of time between orders to take other orders and didn't.
