I just hit the drive thru at this joint. Picked up a frosty and had a decent experience. The line went fast and Janai was quick on the register. We did not receive a receipt however and weren't sure how much we actually paid. I have not been inside but looks generally average for a Wendy's. Also, we were missing a spoon with our order and I had to eat my frosty with a Subway fork from the depths of my car. read more

1 star because of the staff. They roll their eyes at you and get visibly frustrated just because you want to place an order and ask for the most simple things. It's all a bunch of surly Mexican teenage boys who have the most dismissive and disrespectful attitude. They need an adult. It's enough to make you never want to come here again. read more

If you want to experience poor customer service and the feeling that you are completely inconveniencing someone pull right into the drive through of your local Wendy's in Hudson, WI!! The kid never greeted us at the speaker just said ya?! And wouldn't give my husband the chance to even finish talking he'd cut him off and say "anything else?" And then not even hear what we ordered just for us to repeat ourselves! read more

One of the employees didn't give our card back which we didn't realize until later in the evening and they went out and bought almost $400 worth of stuff on our dime. Stay away from this Wendy's! read more

Food is fine. The front door is broken so you have to walk around to the south entrance on a sidewalk buried in snow as is the sidewalk by the broken door. Help claim the door just opens hard but not true. Tried to exit that door by slamming my shoulder into it twice but no exit. Suspect sidewalk clearing is required by the city but not done. read more

This has become my go-to stop for ICE ICE BABY. 99 cents for a 10 lb bag. I zip thru that drive thru a few times a week and get my two bags. I like that they always have it and I can just drive around and get it without leaving my car. Sometimes I get a baked potato. Today I tried a cashew chicken salad. I got the half size for 5.00 and it was actually pretty decent. read more

It's got some hamburgers. The food is standard Wendy's fair. The beef and lettuce tastes fresh. The chicken can get old, so I'd stay away from eating chicken later at night. I found the location easy to get to, but not inherently obvious after you exit I-94. Minor tick. It's ok. That's about all. read more

We go here once a week as a family and they literally get our order wrong every single time, we've turned it into kind of a game. Every time we get frostys they are completely melted and we have to put them in the freezer for an hour and a half when we get home. The guy who I'm assuming is the manager looks like he hates the world and is put out if you say, ask for a drink carrier for 4 drinks in a drive through (seems like a no brainer to me) read more

Wendys is fast food so there isn't to much to rave about. I think my one guilty pleasure at Wendys is their new Sea Salt Fries!!! They are so much better then any other fast food fry. I also really like their new video menu boards. They are so much fun to look at and make me want to order one of everything! read more

I come here because I am obsessed with their salads and chicken nuggets, but my order hasn't been correct the last five or so times I have been there. At first I let it go because mistakes happen, but it is literally every time now. I always order a full sized salad and sometimes only get a half, my fiancé always gets plain cheeseburgers and sometimes they're not plain. Service in a fast food restaurant is very important. My last experience in this restaurant was poor to say the least. After ordering and waiting 16 minutes for our food, we were told that value menu orders are a lower priority than the regular menu orders, which were being processed well ahead of ours. We got a refund and left at that point since it was obvious that our food was not going to be done anytime soon. The poor attitude that we experienced from the store management was reflected by the franchise which refused to contact me to discuss the situation. I would strongly recommend going to either Burger King or Culver's in Hudson versus this place unless you are open for an experience like my family had. read more

Wendy's was always one my favorite go to places until I went there last week. Not only did they mess my order, which I know happens sometimes, but I didn't get my change back. Went through the drive-thru and with the commotion of the order being messed up, I completely spaced off the return of my 16$. Well okay anybody can mess up sometimes, but I went back the manager counted down the till and everything came out fine on her end. What, that's it, you don't think someone could have pocketed that money? Oh no, we are all working together, he couldn't have pocketed the money!! Well I'm sorry, but it's not like I'm going broke without my 16$,it's the principle that I'm an upset customer!! Management has done nothing, I even contacted corporate Wendy's, but yet still nothing!! I'm in retail business and this is not how you run a business, looks like they lost a customer for life, and maybe more because I will let everyone know how I was treated. read more

The service was prompt but don't plan on eating in peace. In my 20 minutes of eating at the restaurant I saw 4 of the staff rough housing and being very rowdy and loud. 1 staff member cleaning the lobby was threatening a customer which I assumed she knew but was not quiet nor respectful about the customers eating there. The manager was present through all of this not saying anything. If you would like to eat from this location don't eat at the restaurant just go through the drive thru. read more

We had a very bad experience at this restaurant. First off the restrooms were filthy. Second we waited forever to have our order taken and then to get our food even though there was only 2 other customers in the restaurant and plenty of workers. They kept messing up the two orders. I would hate to see what it would be like during the noon rush. By the time they got those 2 orders done, our food was cold and not what we had ordered either. Unfortunately we had ordered it to-go and didn't realize until it was too late. Also, the fries were so salty they couldn't be eaten, and the strawberry lemonade was so sweet it couldn't be drunk. We'll avoid this restaurant in the future. read more
