This location is in desperate need of new management. I have worked in the food service industry in the past and understand that everyone is short-staffed right now, but it appears that this location is making its own hours as the day goes on. The closing time marked as 3am is very misleading. The hours need to be updated to reflect the actual times they are no longer serving. I have personally never had an issue with the food itself, but service is subpar at best. I sat at the drive thru for nearly ten minutes once only to be told they were out of everything except nuggets and drinks at roughly 9pm. This leads me to believe cleaning for the night is being done hours before the actual close time. The issue here is that I had a DoorDash order that I couldn't complete, which reflected negatively on me. I had to actually call the store to ask them to turn the lights off so I could take a picture per DoorDash's instructions to prove they were closed. As I was driving off, the lights came back on. The following day was very similar only this time I was told to "stop doordashing with us if you know we are closed then" at the drive thru window. I was at a loss for words at that point. On numerous occasions, this location is out of food, closing early, or simply ignoring anyone in the drive thru. Until noticeable improvements are made, I would avoid this location at all cost after 7 or 8pm. If anyone else delivers for a company around this location, decline the order as you will more than likely not be able to complete your delivery. read more

Totally disgusting! Drive thru experience awful! Ordered spicy nuggets with BBQ sauce. Received regular nuggets and no sauce whatsoever. Fries were over cooked and tasted awful. Yeah, sure, they guarantee their fries are "hot and tasty", but the guarantee is only to replace them. Like I'm going to drive back there just to get a different batch of fries?!! Empty promises. I upgraded to a medium drink for 30 cents but got a cup chock full of ice, so I probably ended up getting the same or less than the small size! What a ripoff. This location has gone way down hill, they used to be decent. Will not be back. read more

7/4/2020 - Ordered via the drive thru. Pulled up to the window - to our dismay, all the employees we saw were not wearing masks. The drive thru window we interacted with what appeared to be the manager - who had no mask and no gloves. Absolutely seemed like a lead by example (or lack of example) situation as we have been here in several occasions in the last month. Given the pandemic and state mandates, this was unacceptable. And this takes Wendy's off our list for the foreseeable future. read more

I'm giving this Wendy's 2 stars because I've never had any issues with them. Food has always been fresh (ironically lol), service has been pretty decent. However, I doubt I will return to this Wendy's location. I visited this Wendy's a few days ago and I didn't drink all of my tea. Yet again Huntersville , NC location just throwing food in a bag, the matter what you order. You guys should come up with a new thing called the Mystery box, that's basically what I get every time I go to that particular location. Tonight I ordered six hamburgers all the same way, plain, no cheese, ... open the bag and to my surprise I have a multitude of variation. The one thing they did get right however was the word burger. They all have bread and meat. However the rest are variation of different artistic assemblies. Maybe they will install a make it yourself bar. Went to try and order inside at 9:45, with customers inside, and the employees had already locked the doors. An employee was standing by the door and watched me attempt to open the door and just walked away. She and the other employees continued to watch me go around to the other door and attempt to open it, and just as expected, also locked. read more

Typical fast food Wendy's. I was famished and really needed just a snack, so I ordered spicy chicken nuggets/ I am not going to comment on how lackluster the flavor of the food was. quite literally everything was wrong. I ordered and payed for regular nuggets, got spicy. ordered and payed for 3 *medium frosties, got smalls. I ordered a large fry and they all seemed like they were a week old. hard as a rock. but the cheese fries weren't even cooked it seems like. when I received the bag, there was a large and growing hole in the bottom corner from the cheese in the container that was not closed. the cheese was the consistency of water. read more

Stopped by at 11:30 pm coming from Charlotte ,just after watching Céline Dion concert . This Wendys restaurant was the first one we saw in the highway so we chose to go there. Well it was a big mistake . This big guy in black ( I think he is the supervisor ) was the RUDEST person there is . He had no patience in taking our orders and was literally being rude and impolite asking us what else we wanted . When we got to the window he grabbed our payment and said no word to us . He wouldn't even look us in the eye. He was just plain rude . If he really is a supervisor, he should be reprimanded on how he treats customers. He needs to be taught manners . He is a disgrace !!! I took a picture of the name of this Wendy's restaurant General manager and she is Dawn Frontauria. I believe Dawn , you should know this , because this is not good for your store. Got my order correct, but food tastes off. Fries tasted stale and soggy; tomato and lettuce on sand which is wilty and unappetizing, plus mayo everywhere; Coke Zero tastes like drink machine might be broke (undrinkable). Won't be returning to this location. read more

My family and I visited your store for a late dinner and was very disappointed because the food was cold and tasted as if it had been sitting for a while.... my family had all ordered the 4 for $4 special with the junior bacon cheeseburger but all the burger patties were tough and fries were cold, soggy and unseasoned. The bushes cover up sign so it was difficult to spot! Additionally, when I asked for no cheese on my side salad they said they "don't do that" and the salads come premade. However other locations have honored my request. Utterly ridiculous. read more
