Problem 2- the new one arrives but boyfriend says the pastrami tasted terrible and the bacon was old. He didn't eat either burger... gave everything to our . Problem 3- He decided to try the saucy fries. He said they were horrible and couldn't eat them. Very disappointing. Only good note... once again my turkey burger was perfect! They are crinkle cut and crunchy, just how I like it. I'm not a fan of seasoning on fries, so I'm glad there was an option for unseasoned crinkle fries. If this place is ever dine-in (fuck these lockdowns) I'll definitely come more often. Right now I can't justify paying double the price of the actual metal through these delivery apps.

Expecting one price based on their official website only to pay a significantly higher price in-store feels like a bait-and-switch. Adding insult to injury, opening a $20 sandwich at home to find more onions than steak is frustrating. It's disappointing to say, but after years of loyalty, I won't be back.

We have only been to this establishment on a few occasions. What we observed shocked us. We noticed the slightly over weight female Hispanic adult manager using clean plastic gloves to touch the plastic container that had small packages of ketchup. Plus: The plastic container. Then she went to touch food. Then on another occasion the very same female Hispanic adult manager was working as a cashier. Instead of helping a very nice customer she went to wipe tables down . Priority is to work as a cashier . Then sent a at will employee to wipe the tables down. Now as we know : To touch food improperly is a violation of the : F.D.A. Code: 3-301.11.D. Third paragraph and the third sentence . There are only three ways to touch food. ( 1.) Sanitized clean spatula . Kept clean at all times. ( 2.) Sanitized clean tongs. Kept clean at all times. ( 3.) Brand new clean plastic gloves. Prior to the clean new disposable gloves being used. The hands of each line cook should be inspected. No scratches, no finger nail polish. The finger nails must be clean. Then after the hands are washed and clean then the cook will place the clean new gloves over the hands. As the cook is wearing the clean new gloves. He does not touch walls, metal counter tops, no boxes, no body parts to humor friends . Or aprons. Cross contamination is very important to all employees working in fast food. At $12.00 an hour. For those that can't do the job . Please resign and let a caring employee have you're position. As the old saying reads: If one person can't do the job some one else can do you're job. Now take a drive to the Employment Development Department . You will see hundreds of people out of work. Every one that has any job is replaceable. With this being shared: On the day we noticed : The female Hispanic adult manager cleaning tables. She was initially working as a cashier. It did appear she was slightly biased toward a very nice customer. She called over the male adult from : India or Pakistan. He was significantly very slow to get the order . Its unknown if he needs some classes on English ? Also , we noticed he did not give the nice customer a receipt . As we know being biased toward a nice customer is against public policy and company policy . As posted in the employee break room. Calif. Gov. Code: 12900. However; If the customer is not a good customer that's a different subject . I do hope the franchise owner can please look into properly training all managers the proper way to use : Clean new disposable clean plastic gloves. Plus: Place a camera in the kitchen . Accountability is very significant . To honor the : F.D.A. Code: 3-301.11.D . The Food Handling Code, this requires love for the customer. Also: The bathroom was filthy and smelled like dead rat, cow manure and homeless vagrant arm pit. Why? At : $12.00 an hour. There is no excuse for bad customer service. I love Wendy's food. Bad employees that don't love customers or their job bring the name of a good restaurant down. Why? Also; I hope management can get a hair net for those with hair. Why? So hair does not get in the food. Maybe the corporation should put in hidden cameras ? Then do a surprise inspection? read more

I must admit , I really love all the food. Especially the Dave's Double. However; The bathroom smelled like : ( Dead Rat), ( Cow manure ), and ( Homeless vagrant arm pit ). I'm not sure if its a cleaning issue ? Or a plumbing issue. Yet, the bathroom smells very bad. Next: Issue. The use of clean plastic new gloves. Note: When using clean new gloves that are to be used for food and food only. Note: We do not touch little packages of ketchup , plastic carts, oven doors, walls, boxes, walls, clothes, any body parts. Note: The only thing we touch with clean new gloves is food. Such as : Tomatoes , bread, meat. Nothing else. If we touch anything else . This is now : Cross contamination. We don't touch metal shelves or oven doors. Why? Because oven doors and metal shelves are cleaned with chemicals. Why? To prevent rodents. Again the only item we touch is that specific food item. This pertains to the : F.D.A. Code: 3-301.11.D. Known as the food handling code. Note: Prior to the use of new clean plastic gloves. The manager should properly inspect the hands of each cook. There should be no finger nail polish. No dirty finger nails. No scratches . The hands must be properly cleaned. This includes after the cook uses the bathroom. The temperature of the water is vey significant. Plus, the proper type of soap. This is also very significant. We know we want to do the right thing. Because the paying customers are counting on you to be clean. Now lets review. There are only three ways to touch food: ( 1.) Clean new plastic gloves. ( 2.) Sanitized tongs. ( 3.) Sanitized spatula . We never grab French fries with our bare hands. Why? Cross contamination. With this being shared . I hope we can look into this ? Progress is a process , with a very positive mind set. My : Attitude will determine my altitude. I was pretty hungry and on my lunch break and I was in a hurry and i know there is something to be said about drive thrus but like I said I was hungry. I said no onions, they put them in, I asked for extra cheese they didn't put it in. I didn't find this out till I got back to work. I mean I repeated the order twice, but then again it's my fault for not double checking the food instead of double checking the drive thru girl (cutie). Pretty good place to eat, they used to have this sugar free berry tea that was so amazing and since I've been eating a lot more health conscientiously, I never felt bad about drinking it by the gallon but the server said they didn't serve it anymore so that bummed me out but the food was good and the fries were OK too. read more
