Hit Wendy's tonight at about 7:15pm with someone. Placed our order then chose a table. Employee was cleaning by the "fireplace". We choose a table 5-8 feet away. She told us she was cleaning and couldn't sit there. The other part of the restaurant had young wild kids, so we got our food to go. We watched her finish cleaning a small area and put her cleaning supplies away, cleaning no where near the table we'd been evicted from. The food there has always been good. They have really good chili cheese fries. Also, they are very fast with the orders that they have to take being that there are so many app meals deals that are going on. Sometimes, it's kinda confusing, but they always get it right. I've been to this Wendy's twice in a small amount of time... and I'm really impressed with the customer service, especially to Fernanda who works the register. She was so kind in helping me get the best deals that I wasn't even aware of! The first time I came at 10... a little early for lunch, but Fernanda was able to put in my son's order of chicken nuggets. She's literally the best! They got my order wrong. When tried to get them to correct my hot coffee with an iced coffee, Fernanda got extremely pissed at me and told me I ordered my food wrong and it's not their problem. I kindly reminded them they typed it wrong. Fernanda said they'd pull the audio recording from the drive through to prove that I'm wrong. Now I doubt they record, but in the event they do have ample storage to record the audio, this was probably the worst service I've gotten here in the decade I've been here. They also don't open on time despite the sign saying it's open. I came in at 6:05. No one at the drive through to help nor did they open the dining room despite all their signs saying it opened at 6. Called their corporate line, probably won't go anywhere but I won't return here anymore if that's the case. read more

It's been a long time since I've been here. I figured by now they either shaped up or got closed down regarding stealing credit card information. It looks the same as before, the menu is largely the same, and their prices skyrocketed. So typical of everything today. The meal worked out well, but I think largely because of one employee. The guy at the drive thru kept having to correct his team. I guess remembering that one order was easy ice and the other was no ice is complicated. The burgers were juicy, the buns were forgettable, the fries were ok, but the order was right. I can see how things could easily result in a 1 star review. The services was good but a little slow but I believe they cook the chicken as it's ordered so I didn't mind the wait because it was hot when we got it. I didnt eat all 3, I was visiting a bud of ours in the area. Sandwiches with fries are actually good. I dont eat at Wendys often, But this could be a go to spot for me. I came here after a night class to get some dinner and decide to use my free frosty for my birthday. I do a meal mobile order for drive thru and pull up. They take longer to get my order so i decided it was smart to check i had everything. They gave me everything in a hurry once they bagged it and say you're good. But i had no frosty.
