A woman was speaking to us and trying to give us our food and when we ask her a question, he spoke over her and wouldn't let us speak to her. He was very Kurt short and cold. This is the friendliest fast food restaurant in Hyannis. They don't make you feel rushed and take the time to answer questions with a smile.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life, sat in the drive-through for over 20 minutes for the guy to tell me to pick up my order. I was required to come inside to get into the door and then not even be able to be open because the inside closed at 11 PM This was after midnight and then he proceeded to tell me that I should get back in line cause he didn't recognize me to get in line again for him to proceed again to tell me to go to the door this time I refused when I got to the window he refused to serve me because he told me to come inside yet. I finally bang on the door to get inside and he opens the window and goes on low. If you make a pick up order you need to come to this window I said maybe you should update your hours. Everything tells me that you close at 11 and come to the drive-through. He proceeded to argue with me that I never come to this Wendy's and he doesn't recognize me he works the night shift little does he know between DoorDash myself and my friends I'm at Wendy's 5 to 6 nights a week, but he doesn't recognize me so that was all that mattered as I walked away apparently because I'm white, he felt necessary to call me a cracker interesting can't wait to find out his name in the morning because he also refused to give that because I will be calling corporate about this. This is something that I will not let go the way that he spoke to me I can't imagine how he speaks to other clients and customers absolutely unreal. i'm giving a one star review because I'm required to give a star, but if it was possible to give none believe me I won. I've never been so disgusting in my life how I was just treated by another human especially being called a cracker being white by someone that doesn't share the same color as I do how unacceptable and to think this man is working in customer service absolutely disgusting read more

Their workers don't know the menu of the establishment they work for and give you random food that you didn't order while "forgetting" the food you do order. I genuinely think a 12 year old would be more competent to work than half the people working here. read more

Wendy's is in a prominent spot, right in front of the Barnstable Airport, on the rotary. In the summertime, getting to it&parking are a challenge. The lot gets packed fast, along with the restaurant itself. It also means orders might get mixed up (we had some missing items), while the tables remain dirty. There are tons of TVs&a fireplace. On one screen there's a daytime talk show, while on another you can catch up with "General Hospital." One of the local specials was a "Pacific cod sandwich" (because the Pacific is only 3000 miles away) It was delicious, with a simple tartar sauce topping. The fries were good too. Since I can't get a hold of anyone at this establishment, I have to write a review to Express myself. I am extremely disappointed in the order I just received they basically gave me whatever they wanted. Didn't receive my correct sauces didn't receive a correct $5 Biggie bag. Didn't get the correct drinks ! My 2year old Babies don't eat SPICY NUGGETS. And I'm missing a order of fries. . Looks like we're going with out tonight. THANKS WENDYS! FOR NOTHING ! Oh my Gosh I am freaking shaking - my hands won't stop shaking recounting the memories I have from my visit to this Wendy location. Every freakingg year I take a trip with my grandsons up to Nantucket. All this chipper chapper about Covid 19 Virus is not real and no One can tell me I can't go to NanTucky this year. Unfortunately on our trip we decided to pull off at This Wendy location. Gosh Darn worst Freaking mistake I have ever made. I am red in the face I am so mad. My food was dry- it was cold- I saw the spit floating in the top of my Diet Coke. Not to mention the young lady at the window asked me "how many people are you ordering for, fatty?" We had a great meal indoors at this Wendy's on the cape. It was only lightly seated but the sandwiches were really quite good, no doubt about it. I will say that the prices are getting quite high, we paid $15 for two sandwiches and an order of fries. No drinks at all. It's not a ton of money, but six bucks per sandwich is a bit high we think for having 'fast food'. I hate to say it but I do prefer Burger King of all places, LOL read more

They may have modernized their exterior appearance but their staff continues to underwhelm me. It's a hit and miss with this place whether you get someone at the drive thru who is in a bad mood or in training like it's their first day. I am not sure what to think of a place where I rarely see the same person twice when going through the drive thru. The Food is good but their burgers are extremely greasy for some reason. I am used to have a good burger with some grease on it but you can actually see it dripping into the wrapper at this location. I will stick with the chicken sandwiches which are hard to screw up in a fryer. I also believe Wendy's changed the Frostie recipe because it had a different flavor to it that was less appealing than their cheese covered fries. This place is conveniently located near the Barnstable Airport rotary but the businesses around it are dropping like flies and closing their doors. read more

We were on our way to Hyannis to go deep sea fishing and was hungry. This location was convenient in and out and has a large parking lot as well as outdoor eating. The environment looks fun and inviting compared to others I've been to. The only part i didn't like about this restaurant was it's bathroom. Perhaps because of it's location, the bathroom was overused and under cleaned but whenever you go to a restaurant and the bathroom isn't so clean, it makes you think twice about the establishment. Otherwise, this place definitely deserve at least 4 stars since their staff is pretty nice and friendly. read more

Very disappointing. Ask for 2 bacon egg and cheese on a croissant. We took it home to eat. When opening the bag they were cheap hamburger rolls with almost raw bacon. Ugh! I've been There several times and often get orders wrong. Not going back. read more

Tried their new truffle burger, it was pretty tasty, loved the croissant bun it was served on. Just a little too much truffle mayo. Also tried the truffle fries, they were barely warm when I got them. I'm not shy so I asked them to heat them up for me, and the manager told me she'd make me some fresh ones. She did, didn't take long, and they were good. So good customer service for this visit, but try to make sure the fries are warm for every customer. Update: Tried their new chicken mozzarella salad. Very good. Only 2 little problems. Wish there was more mozzarella in the salad, and change the dressing, it's like a grapey vinaigrette and too sweet, plus the salad already has a creamy basil pesto, maybe something to compliment that? read more

We got there at 12:56am - we got in line behind another car in the drive thru. Pulled up to the window a minute later. No response from the order screen. I walked over to the window while my husband waited in the car. The person at the window informed me they had closed. He said he had waited and after no response on his headphones he took them off. Bullshit. No one asked for our order. Nothing. He then closed then window and cut me off. Non existent customer service. Un freaking believable. We dropped by for a quick snack on our way to an inn further into the Cape Cod area and got french fries and spicy chicken nuggets. It was HORRIBLE. We got our food quickly since there wasn't anyone else in line. But I think the reason why is because none of the food we were served was fresh. Some of the fries were really bland, others were way overly salted. The chicken nuggets were pretty salty but worst yet, they were dried to a cardboard consistency. One of the best deals for a quick lunch in Hyannis is Wendy's. I get the chile with cheese and it costs about two bucks. If you pair it with a potato even better. Service is fast and better than other fast food restaurants. Location is perfectly suited to work or shoppers. Bathroom is useable and reasonably clean. read more

I'm from off of the Cape, I've been here 3 times. The first visit here was deplorable from the customer service alone with an older lady at the counter being rude. Never mind the food quality and completely incorrect order and being called a liar in front of other customers for "free food". I don't need "free" food and was willing to pay for their mistake...The last two times after that, I haven't gotten ONE meal or order correct. I ordered 2 four piece nuggets, I asked for sauce . The sauce was in the bag after I asked for it mentioning my nuggets, no nuggets. Very upset 4 year old and myself after I realized getting home. Watch your back. Incredibly unprofessional/Rudd management. Screwed up my order so badly that I literally can't even. "Please warn your server of any food allergies." Warned them. Was about to take a bite of my luke warm sandwich before seeing the topping I WARNED THEM that I could LITERALLY die from ingesting. Wow okay. Gonna keep my cool. Didn't eat it, mistakes happen, its a rush and go job I get it. Went in and was immediately interrogated about my request to change the uneaten, still 'fresh' sandwich which I had the receipt (not five minutes had gone by since my purchase) after i received a long sigh and 'let me get my manager' response I had a quick 'well will make you a new one'. Enough that my teeth couldn't even bite through it. At this point I honestly believe I was apart of a sick joke. I called the store and asked to speak to the manager (silly me for thinking THIS would go well) explained why the experience bothered me and that I didn't appreciate the icicle sandwich I received. So my kids and I stopped by tonight for a "quick" dinner. We ordered one meal a chicken wrap and drink. The order sat on the counter for 15 min waiting on fries until I asked if it was my order. There was a ton of employees but no one seemed to know what they were doing. Once they deemed the order mine I waited another several minutes for them to walk the 5 feet to bring my son his fries. I'm the whole it's what you expect for fast food ... 0 quality. I think in the future when we decide on fast food we'll opt to go somewhere other than Wendy's. read more

Two out of the past three times I've gone, my order had been wrong and all I get is a half salad and sometimes a drink. The first time they gave me the wrong salad and a full size, but no straw or utensils. I work near by so the utensils are no big deal. The second time I asked the window person for a straw only to be ignored and then told the straw would be in the bag. This afternoon I went again asked for a straw and was told it would be in the bag only to have it not be there. They actually got the rest of my order right. Sorry, I won't be going back the sub shop in the staples plaza has better salads and Five Guys has better burgers. read more
