There is no such thing as orange cheese. It's merely dyed processed garbage.

This place serves substandard trash. The Mac and cheese was merely just some elbow's slapped on the bread. The BBQ pulled pork was just some pulled pork with cappella tomato soup. If you have a dog or stray animal that's hungry order from this place. Being an Executive Chef for 25 years I can tell what garbage this is. They should close down after this season.

We had dinner at the Grilled Cheese Factory and it was amazing. Donnie and Lane the owners, were very kind and inviting.

We had dinner here and the food was amazing, Lane and Donnie the owners, were very kind and inviting. The establishment was very clean. The ambience was cosey and relaxed. I would definitely recommend the restaurant to others especially if you are looking for delicious grilled cheese and tomato Basel soup.

Wow this place was an amazing find! A great variety of gourmet grilled cheeses with a separate menu of just Mac and cheese selections! Great lunch spot downtown and for under $25!!

Perfect addition to downtown Hyannis! Six of us stopped for a quick outdoor lunch (no indoor seating) and these grilled cheeses were ootw! They all come with a little side of tomato soup, flavorful, crispy, melty goodness. Service with a smile at the order window, and tunes crank g while you eat at picnic tables and people watch Main Street Hyannis.

Pimp Daddy. (Mac 'N Cheese with bacon but really can't taste the bacon).

I got the Pimp Daddy. Mac and Cheese with bacon in a grilled cheese sandwich. My kids got the Mac Daddy. Same as above but no bacon. We were all in agreement. Ok, but not great. Here's the thing: If I can make something at home that's better than the restaurant specialty, then I can't give a glowing review. And I'm a below-average cook who can only do straight-forward dishes. But I can make better Mac and Cheese at home and I can make better grilled cheese. So for $10 - $12, this is not good value at all. Again, not a bad sandwich, but I can make better at home for 20% the cost. This is a 2-star place, but because it's a bit unique and creative in concept, I'll give it three stars.

This place was phenomenal. The grilled cheese was delicious, perfectly sized, and plated beautifully. I got the Asian Cowboy and it was probably the best grilled cheese I've had in a decade. It was also beatifully plated! We also got an order of Poutine which was as good as any I've had in Wisconsin, and a salad which was perfectly dressed and delicious. The service was prompt and friendly, and it is wicked convenient right on Main Street. Highly recommended to anyone who needs a great lunch in Hyannis, and you can go across the street for ice cream right afterwards!

Very nice staff. Was here on a weekend trip with my friends and stopped for lunch. It was THE BEST Mac n cheese sandwich I've ever had.

This place has really great food, and a quick turnaround from the time you order. The only thing that kept the grilled cheese gallery from getting a five star review is the fact that their hours do not correspond with the hours they are actually open. In the off-season, they list that they're open when some days they aren't and other days they close early. Aside from that, I highly recommend trying any of their poutine dishes, they are huge, great bang for your buck, and absolutely delicious. Their grilled cheese sandwiches are so unique and I have yet to have one that is not a 10 out of 10.

The Grilled Cheese Gallery served the best grilled cheese sandwich I have ever had. My husband and I ordered the lobster grilled cheese. For $25.00, I would have liked more lobster meat but, as I said, it was absolutely delicious. My daughter dropped half of her kids grilled cheese (by accident). I ordered her a new one, and the owner would not let me pay. He made her a new sandwich on the house. See you next time, Grilled Cheese Gallery! You are certainly "grate."

Owner with two helpers.... Wearing masks all the time, but I asked to remove for photo.

Delicious food... Specialty grilled cheese ... BBQ Mac grilled cheese yum! Also shared the tipsy unicorn salad, with mixed greens instead of kale, delicious! Note, there are outdoor picnic tables only, but there is some shade. We would definitely go here again! Thank you Jeff for the great service and food! He even came out and checked on how we liked our food.

Don't get the grill cheese with lobster, as my pic shows, I got about 3 or 4 pieces per half. Not worth the $22!

The interior is pretty basic, small tables and small chairs, so a person of substance such as myself didn't find the seating comfortable. I tried: - French onion soup: this should have been an easy win. I found the Gruyere cheese to be overly thick, and the broth to be heavy handed on the wine. - Steak tartare: this was a good dish. The beef was thin cut, smooth, and the egg was cooked just right so the yolk added richness that then got offset by the capers. Due to the richness, you may actually find that this could be all you need for a meal, despite it looking small. - Croque Madame: le sigh, what a failure this sandwich was. Over easy egg? Not today, over medium, so not much runny yolk but a thicker one. This is a gigantic salt bomb, in addition. They serve your water in tiny glasses and every bite led to downing an entire glass of water. It's good they were on top of refilling the glasses, but even then I finished a quarter of this before I couldn't take it any more. I did saunter over to the counter where they have a lot of good looking pastries, so we'll see if the ones I bought end up redeeming this place. As it stands, I can't recommend this establishment unless you'd like to try the tartare.

This year we came back because of how outstanding last year was. I ordered the chili again, even though I knew it meant I probably wouldn't eat my whole meal. The flavor was something straight from heaven. Breaks my heart I'm not local. I'd eat this weekly. All of the staff is always so friendly. We also tried the meatloaf, and it genuinely reminded us of our grandmother's from years ago -- comforting, hearty, and full of flavor. That's not something you find everywhere. Even in the middle of winter, the place had a warm, lively vibe. We ended up having a great conversation with someone we later found out was the owner -- just chatting about everyday life.
