This place should Really consider getting a new staff. There's a major lack of American feel to this old school American restaurant with the "inner urban" type staff members. 30 minutes drive through wait. There's nothing clean about this place. The food was hot, fresh, and made to order. However, the good ends there. The staff was miserable. They were not friendly or welcoming. Everyone was outwardly ignorant and mean to the one older female coworker. Some training for proper customer service would probably be lost on them. While the building was nice and you could tell it was a newer restaurant it is clearly not being maintained. You want that never ending sticky squeak to your shoes? Walk on any of the floors. But be careful not to step on or trip over any of the debris in the women's bathroom. One toilet - GROSS! I won't go into detail but it hasn't been cleaned since the place opened - I'd guarantee it. Second time in two weeks that baked potatoes were not available at dinner time approximately between 5pm and 6pm. Both times I was told, and I quote, "they're in the oven." Probably the second busiest time of day and baked potatoes are not ready? Unbelievable. Next I was not given a receipt. Most people now use receipts for Fetch, Ibotta etc. Also used for the review that can be done using the receipt. Lastly my Dave's Double had two thin strips of onion. I watched the employees (through the windows) laughing and playing around at the counter while a line of cars was around the building and out toward the adjacent parking lot. 9/10 times the lines are horrific. Their is no fast service at all. Then when we got our food it was WRONG. Asked for a meal 1 with a single hamburger with just cheese, ketchup and mustard and ended up with a burger with everything on it, etc. Someone has got to get the employees to work faster and accurately. Visited the drive thru today and the manager, Tonya, working the window was not wearing a mask! Pretty unbelievable considering it's been mandatory for restaurants for 3+ months. Of course I put mine on immediately when I saw her but we were too grossed out to eat the food. Another employee that handed us our food was wearing hers under her chin. I guess if the manager isn't following the rules why should they. Reported it to the county board of health and Wendy's corporate. We will not return. read more

I know it's Wendy's but clean your damn lobby. My wife and I went in for dinner and not once in the hour we were there did anyone clean anything in the lobby. Wasn't busy but the crew stood around talking. Several dirty tables and the floor was filthy. Crack. I think that is the secret ingredient in their strawberry milkshakes. To tell the truth, I don't eat fast food much. But for some reason, these milkshakes make me feel like a junkie.
