Best to order online for pick up to avoid the rush. My online order was ready maybe 5 minutes before the scheduled pick up time. Burgers are fresh and made to order. Fries were not soggy and crispy. Overall, the consistency stays the same and compares with other locations in the NYC area.

I've been to this spot a few times and the service was always on point. This time is no exception, I was certainly surprised that the place wasn't as crowded as it would usually be. Maybe it was a Tuesday afternoon I went there and the middle of the week days are usually slow. I got lunch from there and it didn't seem to be as much as I thought it would be. A Shackburger, Chicken bites, Cheese fries and root beer totaling up to $22 is not bad at all considering the usual cost of food for the franchise in general. I don't think I've come across a bad Shake Shack for they always set themselves at a standard with great service and delicious food. Of course with what they charge they better.

We finally got a shake shack up on jamaica Avenue .It is a cool edition to the Avenue, right next door to Jollibee. We ordered from them yesterday thru grub hub. The food was good ,they make it just the way you like it.I asked for a chesse burger well done and that's how they did it. I also ordered some of there famous crinkle chesse fries that never disappoint me. Plus I got a spicy chicken sandwich. I had no complaints about there food ,you get that good same shake shack taste right from there jamaica Avenue branch. This location right now is tied with the one in rego park. But this one is way better then the one at lake success mall in longiland by far. It's good to see this spot on the south side of jamaica, it's definitely a good look.

When I came in earlier today around 2PM, the place is very clean, which is what I really love. Ordering food from here wasn't bad, just I know waiting for the food takes a long time. I was waiting 10 mins for my food but it was fine to me since the employees were busy in the back preparing the food & one was checking if people had their deliveries. I even like how you can tell the cashier your name to let them know you ordered the food. The ShakeBurger was really good, the fries were crunchy and perfect, and I loved the lemonade. It's not bad only just waiting for the food.

Am only given three stars because it's in the community that it's in; Other than that it is not living up to the Shake Shack brand. The location just opened & already there are issues. some days they are not taking cash & other days they don't have the items that's required to make the meals . Went for lunch & waited for a meal that came with cold fries. if this is how this location is starting out, It's half way down the hill . Please do better!

This is a "full order" of fries. WTF

There was a young man with bright eyes like you want cake (I'm guessing that is what he was thinking bc no words were used). So he looks towards the other coworkers and says it will be about 5 minutes. I said it's 6 of yall in here nobody can ring me up. So apparently a young woman was training ALL of the staff and no one knew what to do or even what the dang ingredients were are she shouted fudge and swept across the room to point of the fudge to that same nervous young man. Idk what the kind of Ice cream emergency could have been occurring but I had to tell her ring me up sis. It takes 2 seconds and she did. Super frustrated and blowing hot air. And I felt for her bc she must be having a difficult time juggling the new staff and ice cream emergencies and regular walk in clients who want an ice cream cake in the rain. But that's how life is sometimes people are put in difficult situations and discover who they are and what they are capable of. And that's pretty awesome. Like you deserve 5 stars after all of the drama. The store is not yours but you seemed to understand that you were the face of the company and in that situation you put your pride aside and made my day. Thank you so much. Idk why or who set up the schedule to have all the trainees being trained and no one who knew anything except you. But my ice cream cake without writing was worth the $45 I paid for it. End of story. You probably never even knew how serious I was about the compliment when I said thank you great job. But we have all been there and we all must learn. So thank you I hope they get more staff or the staff being trained learns to make it happen in the heat of the moment just like you did. (This was a 4 minute interaction and reading it back it sounds wild dramatic but it wasn't)

We were each holding drinks that we had just purchased from the neighboring store and planned to buy cookies to pair with them for the drive back. We weren't drinking them inside, weren't planning to eat inside, and the store doesn't even have seating or a dining area. Before we could even order, an employee stopped us and said, "No outside food allowed." I explained that they were just drinks we were holding and that we weren't consuming them. His response? "It's a kosher rule." I asked, "So how are we supposed to buy cookies then?" He simply shrugged. That was it. No attempt to explain, no alternative, no customer service whatsoever. I've never experienced being turned away from a grab-and-go cookie shop simply because I was holding a drink purchased next door. If this is truly store policy, it's incredibly unfriendly and makes no sense from a customer's perspective. If it was a kosher policy, a respectful explanation would have gone a long way instead of a dismissive shrug. Needless to say, we left without buying anything. They lost a sale and, more importantly, a potential repeat customer. First impressions matter, and this one was terrible.

I remember I would frequently patronized Ralph's at 497 Newbridge Road, East Meadow, NY with my then boyfriend and we would take home large cups including several pints for his father. Indeed, this Ralph's is priced higher than competitor Rita's. (I have never visited The Lemon Ice King of Corona due to the inaccessibility location via mass transit. Thus, I cannot make a juxtaposition for comment). I am willing to pay for high quality of ingredients, good taste and abundance for quantity. Ralph's is my ultimate brand of Italian ice to seek and intake - Uncle Louie G comes second and nothing else. Ralph's always have a extensive menu of flavors for classic Italian Ice (water ice), cream ice (sherbet), ice cream, smoothies, and "Tornados" (blended treats). Italian ice made correctly without any pieces of ice and water at the bottom of the cup for the flavor to be diluted. I am old school traditional conservative and choose my default favorite type: classic Italian water ice. I ventured here on a cold day during the Christmas 2025 season rather than during a hot stifling summer day. At day's end it was a sweet phlegmatic ephemeral moment. Customer service is very attentive, efficient, courteous and polite as I was the only patron in the house. I've learned that (I think) most Ralph's locations will be closed during the winter months and re-open March 2026 since Italian ice and ice cream is a seasonal operating business. Oh! I always enjoy Italian ice year round and wished it were open year round which their website claims "fat free & cholesterol free." Space is large for patrons to order, wait and order pick-up for this location. I like the large wall-to-wall decal mural which is specific to the Forest Hills locale as it was my one-time former residence. There is one in-door bench which I sat to thoroughly intake to enjoy my sweet treat. I did receive a sales receipt. I would gladly visit again for watermelon, strawberry, mango, orange and cherry flavors. Small peach Italian ice, $6.19 The scooping for this small cup is large and very abundant. The flavor taste like summer's peach flair which contains actual pieces of peach fresh fruit. It does not contain dried processed fruit. Wow! It is a justifying sweet ending for a long haul arduous bitter day. Ralph's accurate correctively produces Italian ice as a wondrous delight which is thoroughly satisfying to the taste.

I've heard that there was an ice cream parlor near, 196th but I was 2 years late due to my lack of awareness of my surroundings. Sensing the aura of the decor, pink & green striped wall conveying its charm and happiness, it also evokes a playful 80s aesthetic. All of that wrapped up in two words, FUN TREATS! I approached the counter snapping pics and a young lady stopped what she was doing to assist me. I got a little gun shy and I thought she was going to kick me out for snapping pics but she turned out to be very pleasant and engaging all the while, providing superior customer service. I found out her name is Mona, she allowed me to sample several selections such as - Latte Coffee, pistachio, Baileys, & Monster cookie, just flip it and you can see how it got its name. I'll let you figure it out from the pictures. The latte coffee was the least for me, only because I don't like chips in my ice cream. All of the other flavors that I mentioned, were a hit. I also purchased a carrot cake. Trust me on this, Bailey's and the carrot cake together are a grand slam! Instead of waiting for Mr. Softy, I stocked up on 4 flavors, Monster cookies, Pistachio, Bailey's, and Butter pecan. I can sit and enjoy at any hour of the day, in the comfort of my own home. No vanilla wafers, no almond milk no lucky charms. Ughh. I ended up getting my usual which is the birthday cake remix however, instead of fudge I get caramel & I add cotton candy ice cream to it. It is always so good this time it was not good at all. There was a bitter expired old taste to the ice cream & couldn't pin point what it was.
