    I've been here a couple times and then I stop and then I go back hoping it changes but it doesn't. The food always taste so bland and it's so expensive to eat there. The customer service is horrible and at the end of my order today he tried to sell me a cookie by offering it in a very sneaky way I do not like that. Of course I ate the food because I was hungry and I was on the go, they also added so much ice to my soda. I finished it in four gulps . I am not going back ever again.

    Literally waited for 30-40 minutes for a DoorDash order inside and the employees all don't know what they are supposed to do. By asking questions between themselves then actually getting the job done. The food takes forever and there are other patrons also trying to get food and waiting forever for their food as well. Some patrons got mad about how long the wait was and it's frustrating with this establishment.

    Family restrooms, one toliet each although one is strictly for employees despite not being labeled that way.

    Restroom area which includes one toilet in each, one in which is strictly employees restrooms but is not labeled that way. You would think with being fully staffed on a Sunday with customers in dining area already served and no one going through drive thru at the time, they could've just let my daughter use the other restroom. My fiancé was awaiting us so we could go through the drive thru but due to the poor and very rude service due to bathroom situation we took our services elsewhere... seriously had 6 employees all talking behind the counter ignoring us the majority of the time talking about what they did over the weekend, getting over paid to look busy while doing nothing. Luckily I'm not a ruthless person that has more common sense than to subject my daughter to just peeing herself in a public place like that but just saying wouldn't that have been fun to clean up rather than you guys being gatekeepers of the restrooms and how sanitary for your business, can't still believe this was an issue at a Wendy's where restrooms for your customers and are half the appeal of the fast food dining experience.. you go here for convenience, hence the reasons why you see these establishments at truck stops and rest areas.. not only did you lose a huge order that day. Also a customer for life with a family who is constantly on the go and rely on these types of services to keep us going.

    Wendy's is a loser -- so is the management. Not only did these people get a huge pay raise, but they are now cheating their customers. I went to this location mid-day on 5/12/24. Went inside to make sure they got my order right. Paid $20.00 for a Dave's double. Medium fries and drink. I also bought a large frosty. All ordered "to-go". Well... first issue they don't give you a receipt with the order. I got home and opened everything and found a Dave's single. I wasn't happy because I was hungry and knew I got screwed. I decided to eat and deal with the overpriced meal later. So I went back 4 hours later and asked the counterperson to price out the meal I ordered earlier. It came up to $20.00. Here's where the trouble started. I showed him a photo of the Dave's single I took out of the bag. I told him I wanted a credit for the difference of a Dave's single and Dave's double -- no more, no less. He gets the manager. The manager tells me I need to bring the food back to get a refund -- it's their store policy. Aside from trying to regurgitate that burger on the counter -- it just wasn't possible. So as my blood pressure rose, so did my temper. I told the manager, what's the deal? You're overcharging customers and shorting them also? "That's our policy... "

    If I could give no stars I would. This locations food and service is the worst. I promise you, you'll regret eating from here it's terrible. $11 dollars for a "natural lemonade" and a dry a $$ chicken sandwich.

    Very bad customer service! Very bad attitudes. I asked for sauce and the lady just looked at me and left.

    Stopped in for a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit for a quick breakfast…read more Walked in due to a long drive thru line. Ordered at the counter, paid for the meal, and my breakfast sandwich was ready several minutes later. Although it wasn't piping hot, it was a pretty good temperature to be able to eat right away. The cheese didn't melt which was probably a factor of the sandwich not being very hot. Typical Chick-fil-A interior and fast food motif. Clean restaurant with cheerful cashier and staff. Quick service, reasonable price, and pretty good breakfast biscuit. I'll return in the future.

    I have passed by this Chick-Fil-A (CFA) location a few times now but never got a chance to stop by…read moreuntil recently. Since I happened to be in the area and had a rewards, I placed an order through the app for pick up at this La Habra location. The parking lot is interesting as there are only a few spots directly near the entrance, while others are across the way, having to cross 2-way traffic before reaching the establishment. The item was ready on the shelf for me to pick-up when I arrived. The brownie was "brittle", but I cannot remember if the brownie from CFA is moist or brittle, but it was a bit too dry for me. Since I did not have any employee interaction, I cannot attest to their customer service, besides that my item was ready and correct. Other than that, I probably would not return as parking and getting to the restaurant is a bit inconvenient but I am also lucky that I have 2 other CFA locations that are closer to me, this location just happened to be convenient for me during my day of errands.
