So I went in earlier this afternoon, There was one person in front of me. I walked up and the manager Norma took my order. The entire time just staring down at the register. I placed my order which was a combo plus a few additional items. After paying I asked her to make sure there was bacon on my burger because the last time I was there I ordered the same combo ( payed extra for bacon) and they didn't put it on the burger. She called my order, set the bag on the counter and walked away. I asked for ketchup and she said they didn't have any. I looked into the bag and all they served me was my combo. I asked where the rest of my order was and she acted like she didnt understand english. I told her again what I ordered and all she did was stand there trying to hand me the bag back. So I said never mind, I want a refund. I told her I wasnt happy already because my prior experience and as a manager at least she could apologize. Again, standing there acting like she didn't understand anything. I told her to look at me, she did, and I said I want a refund, youre a horrible manager and dont listen to your Customers. The sad part is IF anyone from this business reads these reviews, nothing will be done. It seems to be a trend at that location. Very unfortunate they let their employees run off customers due to ignorance. I will never return to this location. Oh, the one star is by no choice. read more

Food is good but soda machine has been out of flavors on my last 4 visits to this restaurant. When brought to their attention they didn't seem to care. If they are this lazy on refilling their beverage machine I wonder where else they aren't doing their job. You can see from the photo only caffeine free Diet Coke and Mello Yellow we're available. All the rest were blacked out. Clicking on other categories didn't result in any better options. I've always had a good experience at Wendy's for a fast food burger and fries until tonite! I asked for a combo meal, when I reached in to get a taste of the fries they were Luke warm. I asked the cashier that handed me my food if they were fresh and he didn't know. I asked if I could have fresh fries please. I was asked to move forward, (there was nobody behind me!) and was told it would be about 2 1/2 minutes. 30 seconds later the young man came out with more fries, handed them to me and went right back inside. The fries were lukewarm and limp! I went right back around (there was still no line) and asked to speak to the manager, she said how can I help you? Here for my baby! The French fries are very salty. They charge extra for cheese and onions with your Chili. They were quick though. Quick to take my money!!! My daughter likes their chicken nuggets.
