I am very disappointed with the customer service I received at this Juan Pollo location. My husband purchased the Mini Special Combo that was advertised on the window as including two drinks for $29.99. After we left, I realized we were never given the drinks, so I went back inside to ask for them. The employee, Pao insisted that my husband had "declined" the drinks, which made no sense considering they were included with the combo. I politely explained that regardless, the drinks came with the meal and asked if she could honor it, Instead, she refused, argued with me for around and would not allow me to speak to a supervisor or manager, and made me pay separately for the drinks along with an additional transaction fee. To make matters worse, once we got home, we realized we were also missing tortillas and salsa from our order. Due to the uncomfortable and unprofessional experience, we did not even feel comfortable going back again. This entire interaction could have been resolved very simply with basic customer service and kindness. Very disappointing experience. read more

I left the restaurant & went to sample my rice. There was NO CHICKEN IN MY RICE! NONE. But did they cut the price? Of course not. We got the rotisserie chicken, potato salad, rice and beans. every single item had lots of flavor and after eating it, I have considered buying it to go next time I was craving chicken. We had some leftovers so I took some home with me and the only reason my stars go down is because when it's not fresh, it's not as good . The chicken ended up being more salty and dried out pretty quick. The rice also dried out and the potato salad went sour pretty fast. I was pretty sad to see that the quality goes down immensely after sitting in the fridge. If you're looking for something to eat immediately, I would say this place is a great option, but if you're going to let it sit in the fridge overnight, I have a little recommend against it . read more

The food was good but the amount of sides they provided for four to six people is not enough. One tortilla per person?!? That's crazy. At least two per person would make more sense. And they charged an extra 3.49 for a salsa because the one they gave us was supposed to be shared and it was clearly not enough. It was a very small portion. I would be stretching it between two people but definitely not enough for four people. I order two mini packs for 7 people. Barely enough food for everyone, even the chickens were on the scrawnier side. I would eat there again but only if someone else was paying for it and ordered extra of everything. We were not happy with our choices last night. My wife had a chicken quesadilla that was huge but had no taste. They chop the chicken so much that it dries out. I got a pollo bowl that had the same problem. I asked for extra beans and light rice. Beans were hidden and didn't help the bowl. I put salsa on it but I needed to drown it in salsa because it was way too dry to eat. I took it home and added some enchilada sauce and cheese. The it was palatable. I picked up 2 of their "2 chicken and x-large side" special. It comes with salsa and tortillas. I picked potato salad as my side for both. I'd say that the x-large side seems more a large side. It could have been seasoned better with a little more salt and pepper. It wasn't as good as it normally is. The chicken was just okay. The skin had a little more flavor. Definitely way better than El Pollo Loco. We love the taste of the rice and the potato salad was very good. On our last visit they had run out of rice, which was a disappointment. The store can get a little bit busy and you may experience a slight bit of a wait to get your food, so bring your patience and make sure you have time to wait. From the looks of their signage, the best deals are on Tuesdays and Wednesdays for the two chicken special, so make syre you head on down. The interior of the store is very clean, with a mixtyre of booths and tables, but they were not allowing indoor seating for dining yet. The section of the parking lot where the restaurant is located can get very packed, but with a little bit of a walk, there's a lot more oarking spaces in the plaza that should be available. read more
