COUPON RESTRICTED! The service was great! The reason I am rating this two stars is because my coupon was restricted. The cashier told me that to use the coupon I can only have three items on the sandwich. That was lettuce, tomato and onions. Nowhere does the coupon state restrictions. This restriction took away from the enjoyment of the meal. I was expecting to sit solo and read while I ate and munched on chips. I had only budgeted so much for my meal, I opted to pay regular price for my sandwich and drink water instead. No chips or soft drink for me. read more

the subway is located next to Little Cesar's Pizza and 7-11 on Whittier blvd and Euclid so you do think it another subway giving such rotten service. first of the server acted like she was annoyed and didn't really want to fix my sandwich, then she rushed thru the process by saying "is that all?" before i could even finish telling her what i wanted on my sandwich but the kicker was i asked for extra black sliced olive and she had the damn nerve to say "the owner only allows for 6 pieces!" well now I'm pissed because 6 pieces of slice black olives does even equal to one whole damn olive! and she refused to put more on my sandwich! I live in La Habra and i use the weekly coupons that come in the mail for all the local restaurants and Subway , there are 7 locations near La Habra refuses to honor the coupon for two Footlongs for 13.99 this has been going on all year ! why even put the coupon on the page all seven locations refused to honor that coupon every other company that puts out coupons honors all of them and i know because i use coupons all week every week i will never use Subway again and i have encouraged all of my family and friends to complain on yelp and not use subway until they honor all the coupons. I, placed an order on the subway.com website, and this location in the: La Habra Walmart, was the closest location to me that accepts the "BOGO" online deal. I, arrived at the location at about; 4:15pm, for that was 30 min. after the estimated time it would be ready (3:45pm according to the website when order was placed), and,I, walked-up to the; "express pick-up", section for my order. One, worker was there, and she was called; Susie, in her name tag. Allegedly, no manager was on site. Unfortunately, the worker; Susie, had already given my order to another customer, whom, was ironically in-line, waiting, for his correct sandwich to be made, as there was a customer just ahead of him. After, Susie, finished with the customer sandwich, Susie, started to prepare the next customer's order, the whom took home my order, but she kindly asked me a couple questions about my order, while doing so. Susie, then claimed a "women" came in to pick up, my order already. Susie, said she gave the order to this "women", so I needed to "check" with the "women" about my order. (Attempting to pass the blame to some stranger) According to, Susie, the customer who had picked up my order was a women. However, I was talking to the man who just explained to Susie and I both, that he had received my order, so wtf? He, was standing right next to me now in the line. Susie, then told me, I, would have to cancel my order through the app, then place it, again, if I wanted her to fix it. Double WTF?! Despite, Susie already making the other customer his sandwich, the same man who received my order, and without him having to do anything other than come in (without bringing the wrong order he received), I, was told to cancel the order I placed -and never received- so that, I, can place the order, again, so, Susie, could then name my order. (By the way, You can't cancel the order on the app or website, you can only make a complaint-like-form submission, which will take who knows how long to get a response). What, a shame. That, such discrimination runs wild through our civilization. Only to slow down progression? Sacrificing, the overall welfare of the public... For, what? Saving face? Do not eat here! The owner doesn't care about his employees or the quality of the food he produces. I ordered a sandwich a few days ago and took it home. The worker was great! He was helpful and kind. When i stared eating it the bread was hard and it's supposed to be fresh. It tasted old. The produce wasn't fresh, the tomatoes were soft, the cucumbers were not crunchy, and the lettuce was wilting and brown. I only ate one bite and threw it away! Disappointed! read more

I work next door and have been coming here pretty often in the last 2 months. The 5 stars is for Danny. I believe he is the manager or supervisor and if he isn't he needs to be. Normally, I wouldn't even think of reviewing a Subway because it's a relatively straightforward restaurant with very little probability of screwing up your order. The sandwich and flatizza were delicious, but the real noteworthy point is that the counter person washed her hands at least twice between making sandwiches and flatizza's for my family. I've never seen a restaurant worker wash her hands so much. Nice job! Who would have thought that a Subway inside of a Walmart would outperform a stand alone store...or even fancier restaurants?! read more

I was looking to order a Subway Club late at night and found this location on my Subway app for the iPhone, not realizing it was located inside of a Walmart.. The app never told me, so I drove to the wrong Subway at first lol fail! Because I had used my Subway app on the phone, my Subway Club sandwich was ready to go when I got there. The cashier took 5 minutes reading my receipt and had no idea how to process that through the register, she could barely speak English. The other staff members don't really seem to like their job because they don't greet you or look happy at all, although they were not rude to me. I can see why the other reviewers rated so low. I know it's a Subway inside of a Walmart, but hey, at least you have a job. Try to look like you enjoy it :) I only chose this location because on the Subway app, it showed a 24 hour picture and it was late at the time. Next time, I will go to another Subway down the street. Wow, I guess I am not surprised to see such a low rating for this Subway after a few experiences I had in the last month here. The food is a good as any other Subway, the service is the worst that I have experienced anywhere. Any other Subway I have been if you don't drink coffee or soda you can pay the difference for the OJ or water for 25 cents without a question at all. Not here, they tell you if you want water you have to pay full price and there are no substitutions. The menu even show the 25 cents for a bottled drink in lieu of a fountain drink. The they have a breakfast special for $3 and when you order it they say it does not start till 6am. The sign does not state this. The girl states it is their store policy and if I have a problem I can call the manager. I tell her so if I wait 18 minutes you will give the sandwich for $3 but now it is $6. I put in a complaint to the Subway corporate and they assure me this will not happen again. The next visit the store added stick on hour limits to the special. The girl is a rude as ever behind the counter. The management needs to be replaced along with a few employees. This place is a joke. They don't seem to need repeat customers. read more

Subways are all the same. There really isn't a big difference that distinguishes one from another. Usually the food is all the same and decor too. The only thing that changes is service. The person who made my sandwich seemed pretty nice, at first. Not even half way through my order he/she just started throwing things on and ended up wrecking my Vegi Delite. How do you mess up a Vegi Delite?! At the end he/she half a__ed wrapped it up and just threw in the bag. All the vegis were practically falling out and I ended up with a salad in a bag. Not cool. Alright, lets get one thing straight. I LOVE Subway. their sandwiches are SO good, and this only sky-rocketed when I discovered Italian Herbs and Cheese bread with the Black Forest Ham sandwich. With that, THIS particular Subway is HORRIBLE. I don't understand why. EVERY time I've ever ordered a sandwich from here, the bread has been HORRIBLE. My only explanation as to why the bread is so bad would be that it's because this Subway is opened 24 hours, and with that, they keep their bread and don't make more until they're out! As apposed to being stale, the bread is always kind of soggy, plain, and flavorless. Also, the inside parts of the sandwich taste flavorless as well, and I don't even want to think about why that could possibly be. I go to a subway closer to my house ALL the time, and I thought it would be awesome having this 24 hour Subway to go to during the later hours when my main subway is closed. I love Subway, but I will NEVER return to this one in Walmart. My negative experience began Nov 27 when I was rudely passed off by one employee to another, because the first one wanted to help a Walmart employee.. Whatever, no biggie. Then employee 18027 begins to assist with her pathetic attitude. I get it. She's working and doesn't want to be there, but I'm 99% sure SHE demands excellent costumer service when she's out and about. I'll skip the sad service in between and fast forward to check out. So, after I insert my credit card to pay for the sandwiches, Employ 18027 bags one of my sandwiches and DROPS IT ON THE FLOOR. I should've put the brakes on right there, but I didn't.
