This is the slowest Wendy's i have ever been to. When we visited it seemed like they would take your order, you would pay, and then go park. Every car that went through including us had to park and wait for food. There seemed to be plenty of workers so I am not sure why it was this way. We waited about fifteen minutes for our food as well. The order was correct after the wait, but by no means would this be the place to visit if you need fast food. read more

Came here tonight at 10:35pm with a mobile order. The gentlemen at the window seemed like he was the only one here this evening. He was on it. Very professional, on top of orders and clear on items and mobile orders. Great employee, and needs a raise. Refreshing customer service honestly. Especially from fast food. This is why I go to Wendy's, and not McDonald or BK. The woman who brought me my order forgot half of it. Was corrected at the window. read more

Restaurant always clean. Friendly staff . Wait times are reasonable. Easy, sufficient parking. The men's bathroom is not working. Food was good as always. A little pricey but worth it. read more

We swung through after grabbing gas down the street expecting a quick experience. The wait in the drive through was about 20 minutes before getting to the speaker. We should have left and gone to several of the other places we could see from the line with quicker moving lines, but opted to stay. When pulling up to the speaker, I could barely hear the person taking our order. I thought it was just a bad speaker, but when I got to the window, she was looking down on her phone texting while taking orders. Yay for multitasking, but her mouth was so far away from the microphone, it caused us to ask her to repeat herself a few times. After getting the food at the next window, there was no thank you for spending your money here or thanks for coming or acknowledgement. The girl seemed surprised when I said thank you and she said no problem (pet peeve, but kids have no clue how to talk these days if not properly trained, so what the heck did I expect?) I got nuggets and a diet coke... (at least that's what i ordered, fairly sure I had a regular coke). Thankfully I don't travel that way much, but if I swing back through, I'll hit up any of the other places around there. read more

I was on a road trip to Sarasota Florida. We were hungry so we made a beeline for Wendys because they have decent fast food and you can always get a cheap deal. That's a plus when you have teenagers traveling with you. The store was modern, bright and clean. The folks working that day were pretty polite. Everything was kool except the fact that no matter what Wendy's you go to its pretty slow. However that didn't bother me so much because the food was piping hot. Oh also this location is pretty much right off the exit so that's a plus as well. read more

The workers all look high out of their mind and have bad attitudes, the manager isn't that nice and doesn't care. I went there at 8:30 Sunday and dining inside was closed. Check the hours and it's supposed to be open until 10. So they're just shutting down whenever they feel like it instead of following protocol and hours unless the hours have not been updated on the web. read more

I had an extremely unpleasant interaction with Wendy's store #1921 in Lake City (FL) yesterday, 2 August 2022, at 9pm. I walked into the lobby and saw 3-4 employees standing near the french fry station chatting amongst themselves and seemingly ignoring the job completely. There was also an employee there who was handling the drive-through. I walked up to the counter and waited patiently for a minute, and all of the employees ignored me completely, even though they could all see me standing there, as I was only 10 feet away. I finally spoke up and asked them if they were still open, wondering if maybe the lobby was closed and they had forgotten to lock the door or something. One of the employees looked at me, had an insulting look on his face and pointed a finger in the direction of the drive-through, then turned around and walked away. I was just about to leave and go somewhere else for food, but just then a young lady named Hannah ran up to the register. She apologized for my wait, said that she had been cleaning the bathrooms so she didn't realize I had walked in the door, and asked me "how are you this evening". I was still very insulted by the way her coworkers had refused to even acknowledge my presence, and I told her that. She took the time to apologize for the way I was (not) greeted, and she appeared to be quite sincere. I ordered 2 Junior Bacon Cheeseburgers and a large fry from her. When I received my food, I thanked her for her professionalism, and then raised my voice and let the other employees know how offended I was that they had ignored a customer, and that I intended to follow up on this incident with their store manager. The other employees actually jeered at me and tried to shout me down. I was astonished. I have never seen this level of rudeness or unprofessionalism in a workplace before. I walked out of the store with my food and proceeded on down the sidewalk, heading to work. I heard somebody shouting at me, so I turned around and saw that an employee was leaning out the drive-through window and was shouting insults at me, in between 2 vehicles at the drive-through, one having just gotten their food and the one behind them that was driving up to the window. It was a completely brazen display of hostility towards a customer, and I've never seen that before in a workplace. I couldn't hear specifically what the words were that he said, but I'm certain they were not an apology. read more

The man who took my order was wearing dirty clothing with his pants hanging below his butt and a covid mask covering his chin instead of his mouth & nose. We stopped by this Wendy's while travelling on I75 as most visitors to this Wendy's probably do. It gave us a good chance to stretch our legs and have a meal outside of the car. We wanted something different than McDonalds or Burger King and this seemed to be the best choice. I will give full credit to the good fresh food and great friendly service with a smile. The reason for the lower rating is that despite being advertised everywhere (including on the entry doors and on the marque), the free WIFI didn't work. You could see it but couldn't connect. This is a big deal with someone who is not from the US and must connect to WIFI on their phone do anything. We also stopped by to change my son's diaper. It was odd though as there was no baby changing area (I thought everywhere had these places now, especially those places with high chairs) in either the men's or women's restroom. The net effect is that after leaving Wendy's that we also had to visit McDonalds down the street for a diaper change and access WIFI. The food and service were great but had we known that the WIFI didn't work and that there was no diaper change area, we probably would have gone straight to McDonalds. read more

I would give this location a "0" star if I could! Disgusting location - stopped in a few minutes ago to grab a burger - went to ladies room first & witnessed an employee come out of stall & leave bathroom without washing her hands!!! she obviously used the toilet because (at least) she flushed. Then I saw that same employee (immediately after) serving Food!!!! YUCK!!! don't eat here!!! GROSS!!!! read more

Unhappy visit.... hold the owner accountable! 1) no soap in men's bathroom, soap container MISSING from wall and no substitute soap in bathroom. Just no soap. GROSS. 2) charged me for sweet and soure sauce to go with my chicken, then waved fee for next customer in line while I watched on. CRAZY. 3) fries half full. This location took fluffy not stuffy to whole new level.... better off calling it MISSING. read more

Stopped for lunch on our way home to Georgia during Christmas break. Every employee we encountered was attentive and friendly.

Came by on a Sunday at 430pm. Service was prompt, food was served hot and prepared correctly. It was to go and all individual orders were placed in a handy carry on paper bag, very well organized, each person's order in a separate paper bag. I was on a 1500 mile road trip, meaning lots of fast foods, and this one blew them all out of the water. read more
