don't know what is going on with this store(#3163). it's not the first time my orders are not accurate. Multiple times orders are wrong also missing fries, I ask for 2 plan cheese burger junior get home and BANG PICKLES AND KETCHUP! My son is allergy to ketchup and doesn't eat pickle, I went about 2 weeks ago and the did not want to give me my receipt but charge for my order. Waiting time is not good have been a lot of time when I have to park and wait for order to come out. Prior to that 1 month ago I waited so long I finish asking for a refund and the manager did another new order that was not as the one I did threw the drive threw and gave me a refund thaT WAS NOT THE AMOUNT THEY CHARGE ME AT THE DRIVE THREW. STILL HAVE THAT RECEIPT WITH ME! Very upset that I had to drive over 6 miles to make it there and buy my food to them when arriving home is completely WRONG! And having to throw it away! STAY AWAY The staff is untrained and slow. Several customers had to demand refunds because they could no longer wait. People who were not served saw their names disappear from the "In Progress" screen. If you got your food, it was cold. One employee only filled fries containers. She kept stacking them whether or not they were taken. Therefore, the fries got cold, too. New management required. The nuggets were decent, the chocolate frosty was melted and not cold, and as you can see the baconator fries were crap no cheese sauce, didn't break up the bacon and stale fries. I would say I guess this is what I should expect for ordering after 12 am, lazy workers who are high on dab pens (or crack)lol. The line also took a good 20-30 minutes. Wendy's is one of my favorite fast food burger joints, but this location fails to consistently offer a good experience. I've lived in the area for over 20 years and have frequented this location likely hundreds of time over those two decades, yet the service has remained predominantly poor. Many employees have been unfriendly, dismissive, and treat you as a burden they wish to get rid of ASAP - especially at night. Orders have been incomplete or wrong with requested alterations (ex: plain, no pickles, etc) being ignored or drink and fry sizes being small instead of medium or medium instead of large (yet still being charged for your requested size). The quality of the food has been varied as well, with burger patties all too often coming out small or overcooked and fries being stale, undercooked, or cold. Going through the drive thru has resulted in various poor experiences multiple times ranging from sitting in a line of only 5 cars for nearly 30 minutes (with no business inside), waiting at the order box for 5 - 10 minutes until the person taking my order was ready, to actually being told to wait 15+ minutes to even place my order so that they could fulfill a DoorDash order that was given to a car behind me that was seemingly told to drive around me and pick said order up at the window when it was ready. In short, this location has proven to be disappointing more times than not and seems to be consistently staffed by incompetent, rude, and/or lazy employees. I'd wager that the only reason this location has continued to stay open is because the next closest Wendy's are 5+ miles away near Lititz and heading towards Columbia and gets most of its business via traffic going in and out of Lancaster City, from DoorDash orders, and from the nearby Franklin and Marshall College. read more

What can one say about Wendy's? Fast food in general is not something I indulge in too often but when I do I do prefer Wendy's to the rest. I used to love their fries although this visit they were just kinda meh. This location is your basic run of the mill fast food joint that was recently tastefully remodeled. They have a cheaper budget menu which won't fill you up but is good for a snack on the road. Service at this location tends to run on the slow side. Inside was clean on my recent visit with the exception of the soda/condiments counter which needed a good wipe down. The location of this Wendy's is at a very busy intersection that separates city from the suburbs. There is two entrances/exits; one on Harrisburg Pike and the other on Dillerville Rd. Choose the one that's easiest to turn out of for the direction you're heading. read more

I rarely leave reviews for fast food places or huge chains. Unless something is strikingly amazing about the place, or I need to warn people to stay away. This one results in the latter. This Wendy's seems to employ people with the worst attitudes in the area. I've only been once and will not be returning. Upon seeing a long line out front I decided to order inside. I was second in line and it took 15 minutes to get to me. I kept thinking "I should just leave.. but I've already been waiting here for X minutes, surely it must be my turn soon". There were a few people behind me likely thinking the same thing. To make matters worse, the girl behind the register was talking to a friend on her phone about her medical problems. I have no idea what she was waiting for, she didn't offer any explanation for the growing line that was not moving, and I'm baffled at how many people were just putting up with it (including myself). Terrible service. Every single time I have tried to come to this Wendy's the line was super long, the lobby has been closed for literally years now Covid is over. The lines are literally so long that every time people jump out of the lines and you still wait 25 to 30 minutes for an order. This is not fast food probably the worst from Wendy's in the country. Stopped in this past weekend for some quick eats and unfortunately George A's review from almost five years ago is still right on. Apparently this location missed the memo from the CEO about going back to basics with the food as they still fry and salt the hell out of everything as if they are trying to cure the burgers and fries for long term storage as opposed to making them anything close to edible. The drive thru speaker has volume that only dogs can hear and when it was audible it sounded like the girl on the other end had the headset in her armpit as everything had that Charlie Brown's teacher sound. You know the voice that sounds like a cross between a guitar's wha wha pedal and a talk box. Shockingly everything in the order was correctly put in the bag but the torpedoes that came out of my ass a few hours later seemed like I was trying recreate scenes from Das Boot on my toilet. This place is always incredibly busy, and it makes sense that there's normally a wait. The crew members are nice, never had a bad experience with them. This was an awful experience. I came through the drive through. The wait was long despite a short line. Yvonne at the window was horrible. Her mask was below her nose, it was ripped and she kept picking at her face around her lips while I waited for my food. I would like my restaurant workers to at least pretend to care about being clean and not gross when I am getting my food. I will not be back here again. Tried to return it and was treated very unprofessionally and disrespected terribly by the supposed manager. I would not allow my dogs to eat there. I've tricked myself into visiting this particular Wendy's too many times and I know better. Both drive-thru and indoor service moves at a tortoise pace and the place is either perpetually understaffed or undertrained. There are a dozen cheap fast food places within 2 miles of this Wendy's and the convenient location isn't enough to justify the egregious wait time. I've had an entire meal at the Waffle House next door in less time than I've spent in one trip through this drive-thru. If you don't mind the ludicrous wait times, expect to get your typical Wendy's meal if they manage to get the order right. I've still received the wrong food (showed up correct on the receipt) multiple times. Not wasting any more time or money here. read more

STAY AWAY! Lobby is always closed by 7pm even though the lobby should be open to 10pm. The drive thru lines wrap around the building, you will easily sit in the drive thru for a minimum of 30min before you get to order food. The employees don't seem to care. It takes an additional 5-10 minutes from ordering your food to paying to leaving with your food. On top of that, it's possible your food will be cold regardless. This place is notorious for giving you cold fries after that long wait. I'd rather drive 15min north, completely out of my way, to one in Lititz over this one. Don't waste your time with this Wendy's or with the one on Lincoln Hwy. read more

Tried to use the drive through but no one greeted me. After waiting 2 minutes, finally said "Hello?" with a "Yea?" "May I order?" With now a "yea." Starting providing order but it was wrong on the screen. When I explained that My order was incorrect, I received a responds "Hey Brra! This thing is f?!k up." I asked to cancel my order and I'll come inside. Pulled out of line and went inside. I found two employees on their phone behind the counter scrolling through them, two trying to handle the drive through and one employee just staring at me near the fries with no one to assist me at the counter ordering point. So a lot of the reviews on here comment on how slow it is. And yes, it's very slow, just waited about a half hour for a burger and fries. But it's because they are so understaffed, which anyone who has worked in food service knows, it is horrible when you're understaffed and a rush comes. Nevertheless, this Wendy's has improved. I used to be traumatized to order because i was scared I would get yelled at, however, the customer service has really gotten better. The food is normally fresh and hot. The employees are friendly and pretty quick. We normally never have any issues with our order being messed up or cold. The place is usually clean but it can get pretty busy and crowded. My favorite is a chocolate frosty with french fries. read more

This is by far the grossest fast food place I've ever been to. I've been through the drive through before but today I went inside and I promise that I will never ever ever eat here again. I made the mistake of using the restroom. No joke, feces was sprayed all over the toilet and wall. I almost threw up.
