Drive thru worker "we don't have any sodas right now"....Not apologetically, just dry and matter of fact. Just kind of rude and unfriendly. To be honest, I've never had a great experience here. The women (at least in drive thru) are always just kind of rude and unfriendly. Doesn't give "I want you to dine with us" vibes. The Wendy's in West Palmdale has always been more friendly. This store just happens to be more convenient during the times we need to eat, but I'm kinda done trying with this place. Maybe I'll try again in a few months and update my review. read more

I received a free 6pcs nugget from Tmobile Tuesdays. No purchase necessary. My SO and I opted to go inside to get it. The store is not busy. I downloaded the app, showed the offer to the employee and there were no questions asked. I waited for a few minutes then I got my order. The chicken nuggets were tasty, fresh, and tender. I went through the drive-thru and placed my order. When the cashier attempted to run my card, he told me it wasn't going through. I provided a second card, but he said the same thing. At this point, I had already been handed all of the food and was only waiting on my drinks. The cashier called a manager, who told me their payment system had just gone down and they were only accepting cash. I explained that I did not have cash on me. Instead of offering a solution or showing any understanding, the manager demanded that I return all the food. Although surprised by the tone and rudeness, I cooperated. As I was preparing to leave, another manager approached and suggested trying the card again. This time, the transaction went through without issue. However, the manager handed me the food back without making eye contact or offering any form of apology for the inconvenience. I understand that technical issues happen, but the way this situation was handled left me feeling disrespected as a customer. A simple apology and professional courtesy would have gone a long way. I am sharing this because I believe customer service should reflect the values of your company, and I hope this feedback is taken into account to improve future experiences. read more

I recently stopped by for a quick bite because I was in a hurry. I ordered some French fries and used my rewards to get a jr bacon cheese burger To my surprise when I started to eat my food it was visually apple along, smelled hot and fresh. I didn't expect the presentation to be so great given it was a value menu item but that memorable feeling makes me want to come back and order one of their great combos and I will drive a little further than a closer location to me just for the experience. Thank you for caring about the food you put out to your customers. I wish I had taken a picture because it matters. The only thing is the building is dated and while it's classic looking which I don't mind it needs a fresh coat of paint and lighting. read more

This used to be a great Wendy's, however, it seems to go the way of most Lancaster places. Where the service people don't care, not attentive, give wrong orders, all the food is shrinking, and the prices are just going up. Looks like one of the cooks or staff was eating his burger and fries where the orders are being made. They are only accepting cash and no credit cards which is a bit fishy. Last time I saw employees doing this, they were picketing the money. Is this the case here, I have no idea We asked for a typical menu item and were told to wait 25mins until it was ready. This is 12 noon lunch time. Ha It's 12:07 lunch time and we are the only customers in the restaurant. We have only seen 2 cars in the drive thru in the last 15 mins. This speaks volumes of how well this establishment is doing. There was one staff member who was really working hard. He was scrubbing all the dinning rooms chair and legs. I waited ten minutes in The lobby to order they act like they didn't see me will never go back

I go to this fast food often and today I went again and the workers are so rude. The cashier was a young man and was rude. The second worker was a young Lady and she gave me my food and didn't say anything like" hello, please or thank you". Nothing at all. This is the second time now in a row that they are so rude with no manners. They are very unfriendly and I won't be going back again for a long time. read more

I ordered breakfast through the Wendy's app after realizing that I couldn't pick it up I called the store to cancel they said that they weren't making the order. They told me that I could get a refund through the Wendy's app. But there's is no way. I called and spoke to a manager and they told me to call customer service. The order was placed on a Saturday I couldn't speak to anyone till Monday. They offered a refund but within seven days. The store staff are really good. But management is very incompetent. The price was good with the $2 Davis's Double but the service was beyond bad. I put in a mobile order for immediate pickup. It asks you to push a link when you arrived. I did as I drove from Costco to Wendy's. I came in, checked the pickup shelf and it was empty. There was one lady at the counter waiting to order. I was never acknowledge my the rude woman at the front no the manager working the fryers and getting food for the driver through. I waited over ten minutes before being acknowledged. After several more minutes I was given our food. When I saw on the fountains that there was o spigot for Coke Free the drink I had ordered on line. I was you'd they don't carry it. I suggested that they change the app so it is not shown as an option. "We have nothing to do with the app" I was told. She then proceeded to hand me a Diet Coke and it was WARM. I asked for some ice and was told that they had none. I asked for my money back on the soda only and was told I couldn't because "they have nothing to do with the app." At this point I asked for the manager and lo and behold that very instant the ice machine started working. He got me some ice. In the time we waited other people had been handed warm, no ice, sodas. I admit that I went to a couple of customers and told them they had ice know. The were very appreciative. Best Hi-C fruit punch in Lancaster. Have tried many Hi-C's at different fast food places but this one is top notch. Idk what it is about Wendy's Hi-C that is incomparable to any and every other place. The amount of ice they put is perfection. Their see through cup is also a great addition for aesthetic purposes. But can also be a con because you're able to see the immaculate Hi-C disappear. Pairs excellent with a biggie meal. Hits different with this hot weather and when you're extremely thirsty. I normally go to Wendy's in Palmdale. I've never had any issues there. This is the first time I've come to this location and I heavily regret it. my first problem was the rude lady at the window who didn't seem to understand my order and asked me to repeat myself multiple times because of the amount of times that I had to repeat myself I forgot to order something and try to add it at the window. That's when she told me I'm sorry, sir we cannot add anything at the window so she basically refused, a customers money because that was another potential sell.. I had to get out of my vehicle and go into the location and order the 1 item that I was missing. I asked why is it that they cannot add at the window like the Palmdale location does and I was told that's because they care more about the times that the orders get out then they do about customer satisfaction. my drive-through order took me five minutes to get one too large, combos, but it took nine minutes to get the 1 sandwiched i forgot that's because they prioritize the drive-through orders over the dining orders even though I was the only customer in their lobby waiting.. the lady working the drive-through should seriously needs to talked to, and maybe be retrained.. it's crazy that a store policy is to refuse service to a customer read more

Unfortunately, I have to place this Wendy's on my ban list - the list of places I will no longer frequent. Essentially, the customer service SUCKS and there are other viable alternatives for food. Why? I placed an order on Monday at the drive thru. I get ALL the way home (across town - 15+ minute drive) to find that my order was wrong. Of the 5 meals I ordered, 4 were incorrect including a missing sandwich, a totally wrong sandwich (not ordered), no cheese on another item, and improperly prepared sides for 4 meals. I called spoke with "Maria" the alleged manager at the time about my $50 inaccurate order. After about 6 minutes on the phone, "Maria" tells me to come back, on any day I choose, and they will remake my entire order. So, I come back, on that Friday, 4 days later, with my receipt and the notes from the conversation with "Maria." Ended up talking to three different staff persons, including 2 "Maria's," in store all of which gave me a hard time about the improper order. I wait over 20 minutes to be handed 3 sides, a salad and a sandwich. So... "Maria" lied by phone, or, no one else thought it appropriate to honor "Maria's" word. Either way, I was treated like sh*t after THEIR error. Inexcusable. I will not frequent your establishment any longer. read more

Working at a fast food restaurant cant be easy you deal with people all the time... sometimes nice and others not so much, but you're expected to give great customers service no matter what. Today I want to compliment Adrian the cashier that took my order. He was so polite and patient while taking my crazy order. A lady walked into the restaurant because she didn't get ketchup and Adrian took responsabilty for his mistake apologize leaving the customer satisfied with his service.
