I wish they gave an option for zero stars, I have never seen an establishment run so poorly. My food was cold and some was missing. The manager on duty his name is Cole, was very rude and aggressive. Probably shouldn't be working fast food. New management needed badly. The lobby was disgusting, no clean tables, but I was surprised the doors weren't locked like they usually are. Loved their salad and pub sandwich. Both were tasty and delicious. The pretzel bun was soft and moist. Very well done for a quick drive through order. Get the Wendy's app and you can get many offers that are not available to others and sometimes you can even get stuff for free! We got the pub fries for free during this past order. Overall, Wendy's is a consistent chain for burgers and sandwiches. read more

This Wendy's used to be better back in the day. Not anymore! The lobby is always closed, doors locked whenever I try to go to this location. The drive thru queue wraps around the building and spills out onto Candia Rd. They take a very long time with orders and several times things are missing including straws, cupholders, and drinks ordered. Going to any Wendy's in Southern NH is not very pleasant since most are drive thru only with very long wait times. read more

I asked multiple times if the ice tea was unsweetened. The response was yes it is regular tea, what I received was definitely sweetened. The bacon actor burger had barely one strip of bacon parts, also disappointing. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. The lobby is always closed. The thing is, I use the app to order food and to pay in advance, I always select pickup and carry out. Well how do I get my food if your lobby is closed at 5pm or sooner every. Single. Day!! I call the store to ask how can I retrieve my food, a reasonable question considering I've already paid for it. As rudely as possible they remind me that the dining room is closed like I don't already know that, the reason I had to call and ask can I have my food. I had to walk thru the drive thru and when we get our food it's wrong. To top it off the food is cold too. The McDonald's right around the corner is leagues above this horrible establishment. The manager(s) are clearly unable to train, hire, retain, or run the location. It's a shame. Wish they'd close this place and put a Chik fil A or literally anything else here. The person at the second window giving out food was very rude. He shove the bag at me and slammed the window shut. I ordered large fries as part of my order and was never given the chance to ask for condiments and on top of that they were not fresh fries. After reading a few reviews of this restaurant it appears as if the drive thru needs better trained employees? Double check your order for (sure) before driving away but for God's sakes pull forward and out of the way of the customer behind you. The drive thru traffic backs up easily in this location. Mandy and Tim are great team members here!! I've never been to a better Wendy's! The Atmosphere is so friendly and happy! Need more people like Tim and Mandy!! The guy in the drive thru(not saying names to expose) gave me attitude while I was ordering. After we ordered our food, we noticed that there was a clear absence of straws in our bags after they handed us our order. The look in the mans eyes indicate that this was on purpose. I am very unpleased and my lips are now cold because of not having a straw. read more

I'm not sure what it is about me that I find myself having these inane conversations with fast food workers... it can't be entirely my fault. Anyway, I was in the middle of a crazy long road trip, so I went inside to stretch my legs rather than using the drive-through. The people behind the counter were very friendly. Unfortunately, they insisted that they had given me a chicken *wrap*, despite the fact that I could see them putting it in the bag, and it looked exactly like a chicken sandwich. When I explained that the item in the bag was round (sandwich) not square/rectangle (wrap), they acted like I was completely crazy. I finally gave up and left, thinking that maybe Wendy's makes fancy round chicken wraps. They don't. It was a chicken sandwich, which is exactly what I thought, because a sandwich is on a bun and a wrap is on a tortilla. So maybe, in the future, when a customer says the order is wrong, instead of swearing up and down you don't know what they're talking about, you could check. P.S. Not sure the sandwich was "Caesar" either, unless "Caesar" means "breaded chicken with lettuce and mayo. It was tasty enough, but not what I wanted, and I didn't have time to argue all day. P.P.S. Their "medium" iced coffee was freaking huge. I was a little afraid to ask the size of the large. It was pretty good though, and I needed the caffeine. Just - if you order a medium, realize that it's about the same size as a Dunkin Donuts/McDonald's large. read more

Been here several times in the last few months, always the same. Waiting a long time for the food along with other people who have the wrong orders. The drive-through takes forever. It backs up into the street and no one can get in or out of the parking lot. I don't know why it takes so long to get your order. For God sake it's only burgers and fries. read more

I stopped in on a Wednesday at 2pm. The mid-20's woman was very friendly. The food was fine. The incessant beeping from something in the kitchen was annoying as it was virtually continuous. But what really bothered me was that there were NO specials - no 4 for $4 - nothing. The smallest burger and fries (no drink) was over $7; not worth it at all. Apparently franchise owners don't need to participate in the specials that Wendy's advertises. Why spend all that on national advertising if you can't actually get what they're selling? Yeah, that's the last time I go to a Wendy's anywhere. read more

This has to be the cleanest fast food place that I have ever been too! I tend to stop at this one when in the area and want hot, good tasting and fast service. This Wendy's never disappoints me. There are other Wendy's in the area not far from here but I will go out of the way to go to this one only because of how clean and great their service is. The staff is friendly, and service quick. Even on their busy times they can move the lines. I wish you would bring back the parfait ice cream though as I miss that as my dessert. read more
