I went to order food late at night, I was not disrespectful, I did not cause as commotion, but they denied me of my food. I don't know what the persons name was, but it was at approximately 1:30 AM on Saturday 11/17/21. This worker did not do her job and denied us of our food. In fact, we drove very far to order and waited of a very long line. This rating is compared to other Wendys locations that I've been to. You are just never sure what service you can expect here. I've waited upwards of 10-15minutes for a simple burger, fry, drink value meal. I honestly think sometimes I can go back there myself, learn the recipe, and make the sandwich myself before it comes out. My two sons wanted Wendy's tonight, we went to the drive through in Midland Park. Worst experience ever. The girl taking the order rushed us through, when I checked the order, which they would not give me a receipt for, I was missing items. The girl rolled her eyes & said "oh my god", & then charged me a second time. I asked where my other missing item was, she again yelled "oh my god", & told me to pay again. I asked to see the receipt, & she held it up but would not give it to me. I asked for the manager who cowered in the background. I again asked for the missing items, & I said that the customer service was awful. This is when the young girl proceeded to tell me I was "weak". I realize times are tough, & staffing is difficult, but this was extreme. Not one person was kind, friendly or helpful. Awful location & awful customer service. read more

The service at the Wendy's in Midland Park is some of the worst service I have ever experienced. We went to the drive-thru and the young man was so impatient and rude. So, we decided to park and go inside, and we addressed the young man about his attitude, and he apologized and took humbly took our order. At the same time, we witness two managers arguing in the back where we could see them. A young lady yelled at another young lady as we were standing there waiting for our food. I also witnessed this same young lady being rude to be in the drive thru. We spoke to one of the managers as she was grabbing cookies for an order, and she never even acknowledged us. The employs are so pleasant and always willing to lend a helping hand. Next, THE FOOD! Unreal is all I have to say. The nuggies are so wonderful and my mouth is watering even thinking about them. Lastly, THE PRICES! Why is this place still in business? Why? Everytime, and I mean EVERYTIME I order from that "crappy" voice machine outside, when I get home, my order is WRONG! TODAY I ordered 1 potatoe, just butter and sour cream. I GOT CHEESE POURED ALL OVER MY MEAL! IT was that horrible liquid cheese drip which I did not ask for. Since when does Wendy's care about my eating habits? When I went through the drive thru, I asked for my usual--2 chicken sandwiches and 2 large fries. In addition, I ALWAYS order 4 Creamy Sriracha sauces on the side. I tell them AT the drive thru in case they want to charge me extra for my excessive amount of sauces. Today, I pull up and the lady denies my request for 4 sauces stating, "You didn't even order nuggets--what do you need these sauces for?". EXCUSE ME? Does it matter? I am a paying customer offering to PAY for additional sauces (since I know you're stingy AF at this location) and you're now telling me I MUST order nuggets in order to receive dipping sauces? Is there some new policy I am missing? The workers at this location are always rude and the food is always made terribly, but hey, when I want a frosty, it's the only place I can go. So I have been coming here for awhile since it's near my house and NEVER have I ever experienced such disrespect by a worker taking my order. My friend and I went to get some food late last night and after taking our order this woman called me and I quote "obnoxious as fuck" and started mocking the way I talked saying "Hello??? Hello???" Im always polite when taking my order and somehow she thought I came off as loud and obnoxious. Maybe she was having a bad night, but no one should ever talk to a customer that way EVER. I've been eating from here at least once a month for the past year.. This Wendy's is the best I've had in a while. Fast service, friendly workers and they have not messed up my order yet! My food has been fresh, like the crispy lettuce and tasty fries that aren't soggy from not cooking them the right way. After a late night run with some women and friends I had to stop at Wendy's. I've never had a greater Wendy's experience in my life and never had a great server. Lavella is a fantastic server and the food came out amazing. My only disappointment is no Apple Pay, I did not have my credit card and I couldn't let the woman pay. The Apple Pecan chicken salad is great. The drive through takes no time at all. They get the orders right 99% of the time.

You get what you pay for. The food here is pretty decent. Overall quality is that of what you would expect from any other Wendy's.

The fries are always soggy and cold. They can't get a simple "no mayo" request correct. There was 6 people behind the counter, 2 were working and the rest were eating chicken nuggets as my fries sat in a bag for 5 minutes while waiting for a simple burger.
