Went here on Saturday November 23rd 2024 with my mom to get some dinner. We were going to take it to go, but then decided to eat it there. I actually heard about their new Krabby Patty Meal, and wanted to try it, but they didn't have it anymore- it did say limited time on the commercial but that was one of the reasons i wanted wendys. Anyways, decided on the Baconator, with small fries, and a medium frosty. My mom got some chicken nuggets and something else. Cashier and person who took care of us was very pleasant, and even let us know that the payment didn't go through for some reason.Payment was then taken care of. Dining Room was a bit messy, as there was a mess of french fries on the floor, and no one cleaned it up,especially after addressing it. i enjoyed the fries and my frosty. The burger didn't like as much, but i ate it all so, eh. I've always said the fries here tasted less salty than mcdonalds. Anyways, may be back another time! read more

Pretty average Wendy's. Ordered at the counter and got my food in about 5 minutes. Got the Biggie Box which was a great value for $5 but was not quite enough to fill me up. The jr bacon cheeseburger looked quite sad. The bathrooms were somewhat clean, but nothing unexpected for a Wendy's. read more

Is it safe to say that we've all been to a Dave Thomas establishment even though cute Wendy who looks like Shirley Temple doesn't exactly mirror his daughter. And I never thought of Wendy's much as a kid, it wasn't until the 90's when that freckled face pony tail redhead made it to Forest Hills and I didn't do much with them then or now. I found the mere name Baconator offense and gluttonous and had zero desire to have one. "Everything is better with bacon" -- dontcha just hate that? Bacon on ice cream on a rainbow pumpernickel bagel --;huh? Have we lost our minds? Oh the stints are just waiting for you. Stints to create blood flow where their obnoxious, attempt at risky comfort food has officially gone off the deep end. Here is my excuse for eating here. The trail was so long -;waaa I'm tired --:waaa .. it's easy waaa.. all sucka excuses, but I did it anyway.. Here's my review.. I ordered the Burbon Bacon or Bacon Burbon Burger because there were signed everywhere and like a hungry child on line with his mother at the grocery, I'm grabbing that with the pretty picture and wrapper without consequences. Flat over crispy psudo bacon crumbles so easily, so after a few bites you wouldn't have to take me what I had for lunch, as I was wearing it. The crumbles got into everything, so this is a non eat it in your car entree.. I didn't get the fries nor drink combo but instead ordered the spicy chicken sandwich for later, which came sooner than I thought. That darn fast food gets ya hungrier than you started it seems.. It had a quick Pete's hit sauce rip to the lips, subsided quickly so it was something I'd rather not have again, just a flash in the pan spice you can recreate with a bottle in your glove compartment and probably better. read more

I'm not from this town, I went to walmart to buy a few things and I stopped at Wendy's with hunger. The service was okay but once I ate the food, it did not have flavor. My stomach started to hurt and i was not satisfied with my food at all and the drink tasted very ill. Why are the fries cold? Why is this team so dead with hospitality? Why aren't recipes given? These are my complaints from a business pov & customer perspective. It's like the people hired are either oblivious to how fortunate they are to have a job or there not held to the basic standards of their job functions. 4 out of my last 5 visits the fries were cold. 5 out of 5 visits I had to ask for a receipt. And 3 out of 5 visits the person who collects the money or gives me my food just hands over my payment / food and shuts the window. It's very disappointing how poorly ran this place is. And I loveeeee Wendy's..... but this place makes it soooo hard to stomach. The only positive I will add to this review is all the food aside from the fries. The rest of the food is awesome, delicious and hot. A lot of times I'd rather deal with Wendy's competitors just for how the treat their customers. Wendy's is lucky their direct competitors aren't in that shopping center... yet. A good Wendy's location. Wendy's was always just above McDonald's and Burger King - it's main competitors, but at the same time it's still fast food so expectations are always in their justified lower place. This place was clean and well kept mainly. The food is what it is, but there were no complaints. I ordered my Jr Bacon Cheeseburgers and they were just fine and were what I expected. Staff were fine, no issues. There are no booths here, just tables and chairs. The tables were clean....mostly. An issue I had was with the drink dispenser. They had the dispenser which has the touch screen and multiple choices. They were actually out of a lot of the choices I wanted, though I was able to find something. While it's understandable to be out of one or two things at times, being out several is not good and should be addressed. Parking lot is decent. Overall a good Wendy's location and one I'd return to if in the area again. read more

Oh Wendy's. You just cannot keep decent employment can you?! I paid a visit with a new keychain card you get for a free frosty. After waiting a good 5 minutes for the guy to finally take my order, I told him I had a keychain card for a free frosty. He said "what do you want?" Now - one would think "what do you want?" means he may not have heard me. It was raining, I drive a loud pickup truck, I repeated myself. "I have a keychain for a free frosty" With a teenage girl sized attitude - he says "I KNOW THAT, what kind?" Id imagine that meant the flavor so I said chocolate. I get to the window and the (disgrace of a) "manager" John I believe his name was, rings me up and gives me my food. I drive away. The frosty is not in the bag. This guy gave me the BIGGEST attitude in life about "knowing" that I need a frosty, yet doesn't give me my frosty. The food and the lovely gals at the counter gave me reason to give the place four stars but if I was them I would quit in less than a flash because that manager is awful to his employees. The poor gal at the counter asked for coverage to use the toilet and (again) with his attitude, he tells her off. How RUDE. My suggestion to the guy above the meanie manager - get friendlier and more professional management. When I returned I told John he forgot my "known" frosty and told him lose the attitude. Let's hope he takes my advice because this Wendy's Does have the freshest fries in the area (for fast food). read more

Horrible customer service!!! Stopped by for breakfast. I must say it was 10:25, she took my order then said "give me a second" had me wait for till after 10:30, meanwhile a person came out and switched the menu! She came back on and said "how many I help you" I told her I had ordered from the breakfast menu " she said they are not serving breakfast anymore. Empty inside on a Wednesday evening at 6pm. Very fast service. Food as expected and nice and hot. No complaints at all.

It would be great if this place could get an order right for once. It doesn't seem to matter if you go in store, through the drive-thru or use the app...something is going to come out wrong or missing. I would love to say it's an isolated incident, but each time we've visited this location over the last several months, there's always been an issue. The manager seems quite friendly and capable, but the staff is just terrible. It's really a shame his workers clearly don't take their jobs seriously and don't even bother to fully read what's been ordered to simply place the items in a bag. read more

Management you need to do better in your staff selection and training. I've been to some fast food places where service is pretty great, some standard, and some were sub-par, but this is the first time I've been to one where EVERYONE that speaks to customers goes out of their way to be outright rude. I just visited this Wendy's location 15 APR 2022. Why can't people just do the right thing? I truly do not understand. So the guy that was cleaning the floor, stopped cleaning, took my order, then assisted with preparing my meal. It is unsanitary and sickening. As a kid I worked for Wendy's. They do or did teach and require sanitary practices. It is appalling. Yet all these businesses want local support. read more

One of the most rude cashiers I have ever had to deal with at any fast food restaurant!

First of all, I have to say I usually enjoy going to Wendy restaurant but this one in particular I needed to write a review about the time it takes them to provide satisfaction in a "fast" food service is not provided. After waiting in the drive thru again, just like my last visit for almost 40 minutes, I decided to go inside. "Maybe orders would be faster" I told myself. Honestly, though, workers were mostly moving slow and steady but that's understandable if you are still learning but the difference in speed from this restaurant and other Wendy's is truly different. (Not including they gave me a wrong sandwich in my small order) I wouldn't recommend stopping here but hopefully your visit is to your liking read more

The worst fucking Wendys in the Hudson Valley. I worked next door for 3 years @ Payless and went into this establishment atleast 9 times a week minimum, and there was ALWAYS a wait - even if there was only 2 people on line and no one in drive thru. Most of the staff are kids (15+) or old people and they just dont care & move slow as shit. They mess up the most basic of orders (ie: a large diet coke w no ice turns ino a medium root beer w ice..really?). Dont even try drive-thru if you're in a rush, there is always a 15-20 minute wait. Fries are WAY too salty, and the workers curse in front of customers. Cleanliness is almost non-existant unless they have district leaders show up. Hated going here for...well, anything. read more

Consistently the worst Wendy's I've been to, due to poor service. Every, and I mean EVERY order I have placed at the drive thru window has been wrong in some way. Usually, the attendants forget to give me an item I ordered, causing me to look through my order before departure. Sometimes, it is the wrong item. Last time I ordered a salad, the attendant forgot the croutons. When I asked for them, the person looked confused and held up a knife and fork...she did not speak English and did not know the word crouton. I asked for management...yes, at the drive thru! That person spoke English and I asked her to teach the other worker the names of items on the menu. read more
