The food court at Woodbury Common offers a variety of quick lunches while shopping. Cinnabon and coffee is a favorite if shopping in the early am. Shake Shack over across the street has amazing burgers and shakes. But right in the court, a healthy option is Chipotle. They offer delicious guac and chips. And we often order the kiddie meal quesadilla for a light meal for under $5. The line moves quickly and it looks super clean. This was my first time having a Chipotle bowl and I swear it felt like I was being handed a family heirloom. This thing was massive. For $11, I basically got a meal that could feed me and my descendants for three generations lol The staff were efficient. Definitely appreciated that. They were so generous with the sour cream that it formed a literal dome on top. I had to dig through it like I was on a creamy archaeological expedition. Yum. Flavors were good - standard Chipotle fare I suppose. The ingredients were fresh, but it leaned heavy on the dairy (which I don't mind.) Major points for portion size and value. So I go in for dinner, and I get up to order my burrito and ask for rice and beans and the guy puts on literally 10 pieces of rice, I say I need rice and he says he doesn't have any more and it's going to be 20 minutes. Then he was putting my queso in the cup and he scapping the bottom of the container to fill the little cup half way. I said I don't want that to throw it out. Got fed up and walked out. When I was about to pay, I overheard 2 customers complaining about how the rice was not cooked properly. I thought maybe they were just picky but I wish I'd have listened because soon as my fam started eating our food, we all had the same complaint: the rice is half cooked! The rice was hard and not fully cooked! I've been going to Chipotle for over a decade and this is the first time Ive ever been disappointed at their location. They had the longest line out of everyone, and I waited over 15-20 minutes to order because the service was really slow. I usually place an order on the app for Chipotle, but this location doesn't accept it (probably because they'd never be able to keep up with both the mobile and in-person orders). On top of the long wait times, they were already out of fajita vegetables, cheese, and ice before 4 pm, and the chips we got were so soggy and stale that they were inedible. There's always a line here, so unfortunately you have to wait a bit. The burrito can definitely fill you up, it's packed to the brim with ingredients. I think it had lots of flavour as well. The food wasn't cooked right and cut right. I got a bowl with carnitas and the person making my food grabbed a big scoop with big fats of carnitas and i had to take them off. As a former employee of the commons, this was the go to spot when the line wasn't long. Bottom line is that the staff is rude and slow to serve the customers, they all look like they don't want to be there, and are constantly rude and make you feel bad about placing an order for food which is their job!! The portions are small and the price is outrageous for how much food you actually get. They also do not accept cash unless it's exact change which is ridiculous. This location opens and closes whenever they feel like it, and it's total nonsense. The counter is always so dirty and they do not always put on a new pair of gloves when serving the next guest who may have allergies to something that they serve! Went here for the 1st time in while (Yesterday 4/18/23) to use a gift card that my mom had. Chipotle is located in Marketplace hall, which is essentially the malls food court. It was about 6:00PM/6:30PM. They were out of some ingredients, and was told that they wouldn't replenish them because they close at 7. Not complaining, because kudos to them that they told us, but some can really want something. anyways, the line was short when we got there. I ordered the burrito bowl with The plant based meat(SOFRITAS) , corn salsa, black beans, and brown rice. My mom ordered the burrito bowl with beef, black beans, brown rice, the tomato salsa, and some sour cream. Next we had another order for my dad which was a Burrito with Chicken Alpastor, white rice, sour cream, and the tomato salsa. Order was accurate, and paid with a gift card, and put the remaining balance on the credit card. good service, although they seemed to almost forget the buritto had i not said something. THE AWARD for 'Least Compassionate Company' during the 2020 Covid-19 Pandemic goes to Chipotle in Woodbury, Ny. Congratulations guys - you've successfully managed to gain a horrible taste in my mouth. Here's my story: I deliver with Door Dash. I picked up an order at Chipotle in the Woodbury Commons Outlet center. The order does not show up on my screen so I cannot confirm the items in the order. The employee hands me the bag. I arrive at the customers house, drop the order and send a text to be safe and enjoy your meal! She writes back - the drink is missing. I tell her to contact Door Dash for a refund and to also contact Chipotle - maybe, just maybe, they have someone available to deliver it to her. To no avail. So, I, as a customer service feen, contacts Chipotle myself and I ask to pick up the entitled drink. The manager proceeds to tell me - "the customer got a refund and didn't seem very upset about it". First of all, that in itself is a HUGE lack of compassion!!! How does this manager know, (in this desperate time of need, where we all need to help one another and come together), that the gal even had a drink at home??? What if she was ill or unable to leave the home or didn't have anything to drink because she doesn't have a car??? This customer is entitled to the 2 cent drink you buy from wholesale, that you forgot to put in her order!!!! It's a PANDEMIC!!! A GLOBAL PANDEMIC!!! I arrive to the store after arguing with the manager for 5 whole minutes, to pick up the beverage and hand deliver it to my customer. I call the store upon arrival as we are to wait in the vehicle and not come inside. The employee 'Alex' picks up the phone; I say, very graciously - "hello I'm here in a black truck to pick up a lemonade iced tea". He replies "oh you're the one with the attitude??" Really??? How on earth a restaurant of this global size, could hire such un-compassionate and un-empathetic people, is beyond me!! All I wanted to do was bring someone their entitled beverage in what could be the most horrendous time in our history so far. And a note to the manager - the woman didn't get her refund as she had too much going on at home to go on the website and worry about a 2 dollar drink. I will say - the gal was BEYOND thrilled about receiving her drink. As for the restaurant itself - I will be damned if I, or any of my friends or family members, will ever order from or step foot into this restaurant and give them any sort of business. I come to this location quiet often and yes, the line can definitely get out of control. I really wish this location offered mobile ordering. I've come here on bad days- when they're out of what I want or when the rice is undercooked. Still, this is my favorite place to eat in the mall. Price wise it compares to McDonalds, but taste wise it compares to shake shack for me. The staff is some of the nicest in the mall, even on the busiest of days. read more

Considering the new renovations this location appears much much cleaner than most, and I am on par with majority here: something needs to be done about the wait here. I understand that this is relatively new, ample time is required till they get the hang of things, however why is this Chipotle of all the other food services in the food court the only one seemingly with the issue? We ended up waiting about half an hour for our food. The staff is very very slow and inefficient. Clients being indecisive about their choices don't help with the wait either.
