The sign does not clarify the time. finally, I went to the window and the lady there came to the window and said they don't sell breakfast any longer. go back for lunch. This used to be a decent place to get maybe a C+ - B burger and the baked potatoes were unique. Wow. I went there for lunch the other day and I will never step foot in a Wendy's again. I had the Parmesan chicken Salad and a Junior cheeseburger. I declare this food inedible. The salad was pre-made and bland. The little cheeseburger was cold and flavorless. The people were friendly. Horrible! This location has messed up my order or forgotten items multiple times. This time when I asked for a refund the manager first refused saying that I was wrong and confused. He finally gave me the refund but was rude and then stared talking loudly about me with the other employees. I'll never be back this location. It is very interesting how the fast food restaurants and some other convenient stores are now eliminating the employee behind the counter. At this, Wendy's, you enter everything into a kiosk, and they call your name. You would think without someone standing at the counter to take your money, and your order the place would be clean, but it was not. In fact, there was stuff all over tables, and it did not look at all inviting. I have to say that the staff behind the counter that was cooking they were moving constantly, so maybe what they've done is just cut staff back, raised prices, and eliminated that personal contact at the counter. read more

Stopped in for lunch and wanted to try something different in my local area, so I checked out the new businesses on the east side of Collier Blvd. Wendy's caught my eye and I turned in. Surprised by cute covered outdoor seating area, I ventured inside. Confused by the Euro/Techno music playing on patio?????? Walk inside to a whole different kind of wendy's. 3 kiosks that you order and pay from. Pick up window. Wanted to pay cash, that was extra effort. I young man helping 4 people at kiosks and taking my order. Had no idea what to do after I got my receipt so went to pick up area. Girl was incredibly rude and we barely interacted. She was obviously having a bad day when the computer drink machine was out of 2 flavors and the young man at the door called over to her to alert her and she yelled back, " Well Change it then?". Now in the middle of lunch he's pulled off assisting clients to change a computerized machine that takes 10 minutes. I finally get meal and drink, go outside, sit down at table and start enjoying a very good Classic Bacon Cheese burger when I can't help but realize the profanity in the music!!??? OMG! I am no prude. Far from it! But sitting there listening to XXX lyrics at a take restaurant is a little much! I said something out loud after the 2nd "MutherF-er" was plainly dropped and graphic sexual activity started being described. I went in and asked for the Mngr. Awful location. I was in the mood for Wendy's last night and I went through the drive thru. After I drove off I realized she didn't even give me back my credit card so I had to drive back around. I said the girl you forgot to give me card back and she replied with what card? I said my credit card and she goes oh this card? My most sincere gratitude goes out to this Wendy's. Last weekend my car ran out of gas in downtown Naples. The nearest gas station was about a 4 mile walk from where my car was. It was a hot 90 degree sunny Naples day and I became exhausted and thirsty. This Wendy's was along my to the station. I stopped in a for a quick cool off and the manager noticed I was struggling and offered me water. It was a life saver. I wish I got his name but he was a middle aged man working the counter on Sunday evening. I returned to this location the next evening and purchased food for the entire family even though we're not fast food eaters. It was delicious and satisfying. THANK YOU WENDY'S! read more

What a disappointing experience going thru the Wendys on Collier Blvd. Thought I would try this location and give them a second chance as the first one was a disaster. I was going to do my shopping at Marshalls in the shopping center and was starving so I ordered a combo with fries and drink. Pulled over to eat and took one look at the hamburger which looked like it was sitting there for days , dry and nasty. Fries were not cooked cold, and drink was not carbonated. This Wendy's used to be good, and when it was I used to patronize 3-4x a month. It's a total S---Show now the past couple years but last two visits were horrid, I think I'm done. Seems weird that staff was happy and good before the $15+/hr wage hike, and now that meals cost $3-5 more it's so much worse. My experience today was going inside (because they seem to get my drink choice wrong even after repeating it back to me) at 2:30pm I guess they were 'closed'. The rude skinny cashier 'lady' greeted me with a "who let you in here?!?" which confused me, and she repeated "how'd you get in here!!!!???" and stormed off to check the two more popular doors, to which I pointed to the door on the back side. She unapologetically told me I had to leave because inside was closed, she could not take my order because someone had taken her cash drawer already. I told her I was paying with a card if that made a difference, and she repeated I had to leave now because inside was closed (despite other diners finishing the food they had ordered before the cutoff apparently). I had a coupon for a specific combo meal and asked if she could just give it to the drive thru person 10 feet away with my card so I didn't have to go take a lap around the building and she said I had to leave now. Got a salad and a cup of chili for myself, a kid's meal for my daughter and a baconator meal for my boyfriend. They enjoyed their meals, but mine was not so pleasant. The salad had guacamole in it and it tasted as if the avocados were cut open and sitting out for ours. The worse salad yet after McDonalds salads. And let me not get started on the chili...
